Un ambiente bellissimo dal punto di vista ambientale che offre una vista incredibile sul Little Tennessee River (un fiume che scorre a nord), sulle montagne circostanti e varie cascate, la proprietà è delimitata da Forest Service Lands.

* POSIZIONE - Il cottage si trova a circa 1 miglio da HWY 441 e 2 miglia a 12 ristoranti tra cui la famosa Dillard House Circa 12 miglia a Highlands da Dillard o se si è a proprio agio con la guida in montagna, assicurarsi di prendere la Gorge Road da Highlands a Franklin: visita e fotografa la cascata lungo il percorso: Dry Falls, Bridal Veil e Cullasaja. Il cottage ha tutto il necessario. Facile accesso a un orto biologico privato per raccogliere prodotti in stagione. Vialetto pavimentato, pozzo del fuoco e altalena in una delle cascate. Facile arrivare al cottage senza paraurti al traffico, non ci sono strade tortuose e strade ripide per raggiungere la destinazione del cottage. We loved this cute little cabin. It is so charming and Carmen has added personal touches throughout. The fresh flowers were the icing on the cake. Jennifer is the one responsible for keeping the cabin clean and orderly and she does an excellent job. The small waterfalls are beautiful and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I recommend this cute cabin to all couples.

Cozy, quiet cabin with a lovely view of the mountains from the front porch. The accommodations were clean and nice. The hosts were communicative and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cottage as pictured, great communication before, during and after our stay. Percy place for the pups with the secured front porch! Due to little to no rain in the area the falls weren’t flowing but hikes were great. Close to Clayton (eat at Universal Joint) and Highlands! We found a beautiful winery nearby called High Holly! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet cottage with amazing hosts

We absolutely loved our stay. This cozy cottage had very personal touches and warm welcomes added. Our host Carman added fresh-cut flowers and made us feel most welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the Mountain View and birds from the porch. The nearby trails and creeks were an added bonus. We cannot wait to come back to this special gem!

Exceeded all our expectations the cottage was spotless and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very nice to meet and offered helpful advice on sites to see, restaurants and answered any questions we had. From homemade pound cake, fresh flowers and pears the personal touches made us feel welcomed as if we were family. Fresh water for Charli on the porch which Charli really enjoyed. Will definitely be visiting again.

We loved absolutely everything about the cottage! The location was perfect and Carmen and Jim were amazing hosts! They really thought of everything, and checked in on us frequently. I felt right at home! We can’t wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property! It was just the right size for the 2 of us and centrally located to all of the cute little mountain towns in the area. The cottage was well appointed and the porch was our absolute favorite! Loved having short hikes on the property for when we didn't have much time but still wanted something active to do. Jim & Carman had lots of helpful suggestions. Would stay again!

Our trip to Otto was fabulous and one of the main reasons was because of our hosts! They were extremely helpful and their kindness was overwhelming. They shared their bountiful garden, were readily available for questions, and simply made everything special. The cabin was clean and well equipped. We like to cook so it was such a pleasure to have a kitchen with everything we needed to make some great meals! Other VRBOs need to take note on the things that were in the kitchen. Loved the porch! We never even turned on the TV. It's the perfect spot for a couple to retreat. My ONLY suggestion would be to add some hooks here and there to hangs things. Thank you Jim and Carmen for everything! We definitely want to come back!

The adorable cottage was so cutely decorated and fresh flowers were special! Enjoyed that it was so close to Franklin,Highlands,and Clayton to explore. Our pups enjoyed our walks to the private falls,the river and the stream. Carman and Jim are the owners of the property and are the best people we were blessed to meet during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

This is a lovely little cabin with everything we needed, and Carman couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed walking the property with our dog and rocking on the big front porch. Great location for a couples’ getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed getaway. This was the perfect place! It was just enough for 2 people and was very comfortable. The area was quiet and the view of the Smoky Mountains was beautiful. We sat on the porch for hours just watching the birds and the views. The Little Tennessee River (which is right across the street) was a welcome relief after a day of waterfall viewing. It is close to lots of towns to visit. Our hosts, Jim and Carman, live right next door and it was a real pleasure to meet them. Thank you for your delightful cabin!

Beautiful private cabin with private trails to beautiful land and waterfalls ....perfect location for shopping restaurants and entertainment .

Tiny cottage, nestled on the side of a fool hill with beautiful trails and small waterfalls to explore. If you looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay, this is it. Even though it rained the first day, we had a wonderful relaxing time. I caught up on reading, hiking and exploring local antique shops. We visited a local winery, distillery and Mudcreek waterfall all within a short drive of the property.
Carmen and Jim were the sweetest people!

Wonderful, charming mountain cottage, could not have felt more welcome from home made pins cake to a lovely sparkling wine, which we tasted on a swing overlooking a waterfall on the property. The hosts were very attentive and kind. We will certainly be back

This was just what we needed for relaxing and escaping busy work lives. We took our two dogs, drove from FL and enjoyed the cutest cottage with an amazing view. The property had private trails that we loved exploring with the dogs. The trails led us to the falls with a swing to overlook the private falls. The cottage has a perfect screened in front porch with a Mountain view. The hosts were excellent communicators and provided the best experience. Definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and appreciated the comforts of the cottage after days spent hiking. We loved the sitting on the front porch soaking up the afternoon sun and even a few evenings around the fire pit. The property, cottage, and owners are absolutely wonderful! We hope to return in the future!!

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage. The owners gave us great suggestions, checked on us everyday to make sure we didn’t need anything, and even left us old fashioned pound cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary. We would definitely stay again!!

Very quiet and peaceful stay at this adorable little cabin. The size is just right for 2 people. We enjoyed walking the trails to the waterfalls on the property, watching the birds at the bird feeders, and the firepit right outside the cabin. We were able to drive to Clayton, Franklin and Highlands, which were all within a few minutes, and found some more beautiful water falls and country mountain roads. And the bed was comfortable too! Highly recommend!!

The cottage was very clean and just as advertised. The area is beautiful and the weather was great, late October early November. Carman and Jim were most gracious hosts. They are very knowledgeable about the area and most helpful! 5 Stars!

Carmen and Jim were great hosts. They were very attentive and helpful providing info on all local adventures and resources in the area. This is a great location to reach trails and waterfalls. We loved the porch to relax in the evenings and developed quite a rapport with the birds! Our pup was excited every day exploder the falls on the property. Cute cottage, clean and quite splendid. Carmen’s pound cake …… Amazing! We will stay again.

The cottage is tucked away in the mountains and just so cozy and had everything you could want available to enjoy! We brought along a lot of things we thought we would need but found that there was everything and more at this clean and cheerful cottage. The owners made every effort to make our stay fun and were there if needed but we never got to meet them because we were having too much fun! Great place!

The cabin has all of the utensils and appliances for your kitchen needs. Just stop at the supermarket down the road and your set.
Only wish that the cabin was less cluttered with the owners personal items which takes up a fair amount of storage space.

Great location. Private, yet not far from the restaurants in Clayton or Franklin/Highlands. Home was very clean. Huge property with plenty of trails for our dog. Hosts were very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the porch listening to music and playing games. Suggest bringing a small blue tooth speaker/spotify as radio stations are limited. Also, check out 12 Spies Vineyards which is close. It is in a beautiful setting if you like to relax with a glass of good wine. Finally, If you have a dog, download the app bringfido.com to find the restaurants nearby that allow dogs. We just discovered this. Great app.
