Shoreham Towers I è un esclusivo ed esclusivo edificio fronte oceano nella sezione Crescent Beach di North Myrtle Beach.
Ci prendiamo molta cura e piacere nel mantenere e aggiornare le nostre cinque case: Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) e Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)
Non usiamo un'agenzia. Il proprietario, Margaret Williams, vorrebbe parlare con tutti gli affittuari per la prima volta. La pulizia è una priorità assoluta.
Questa unità è arredata con gusto e dotata di numerosi comfort e servizi di casa. I mobili sono mantenuti in buone condizioni e i materassi sono di alta qualità. Forniamo pulizie e biancheria alla partenza. I posti letto sono il re nel maestro, la regina nel secondo, i gemelli nel terzo. Abbiamo altre unità con re / regina / regina.
Pochi proprietari di case nell'affitto dell'edificio, quindi il lungomare non è affollato come nei grandi resort. La piscina, il patio e le aree per grigliare sono progettate magnificamente. Il nostro condominio offre il piacere di una vacanza sull'oceano con i comfort di casa.
La casa dispone di quattro televisori, DVD e accesso internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità gratuito. Vi è un ampio parcheggio in loco e una hall protetta. Barbecue, area picnic e bagni sono a bordo piscina. Gli scivoli della spazzatura sono su ogni piano.
I noleggi vanno da sabato a sabato. Siamo un condominio NON FUMATORI e questa politica si applica anche alla zona del balcone. Non sono ammessi animali, non sono ammessi motocicli all'interno della proprietà. Solo adulti con più di 25 anni e famiglie.

The condo and pool were extremely clean, and I am a bit of a fanatic about that, so I was delighted. The kitchen was very well stocked and we did several evenings meals there. The only thing I didn't see was a grater. Literally, it was extremely well stocked even down to ice cream dishes. There were no working rocking chairs and that was disappointing because I had booked this specifically for the rocking chair. (An added one of some sort of the deck would be awesome, too) The owner did have a maintenance person come by and said she would be getting something else ordered, but it didn't arrive before we left. Also, the pool isn't listed as heated, but it was too cool for us and especially for the baby. I had thought warmer temps there would be enough, but it was chilly even with high 80 temps. The ocean water temps were amazing and shelling great. The beach chairs there were also very nice. We were all, overall, comfortable.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Margaret was great--a pleasure to deal with. She and my hubby were in contact over a leaky bathroom tub faucet. She took great care of the property, while still being considerate of our vacation. The very nice handyman and his wife took care of the leak. We come to N Myrtle Beach every April for the kids spring break, and while we've stayed in this building before, this was our first time in (one of) Margaret's condo(s). We will definitely be back! One of my favorite things about this condo was how well stocked it was. We've stayed in places that didn't even supply hand soap, so I was very pleased at how many basics were provided (starting toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, salt & pepper, sugar, and lots of mugs and glasses). It could use a big mixing bowl, tho (for pancake batter & popcorn).And, I just have to say: That king bed was AMAZING! The mattress, the bedding, the pillows--I loved everything about that bed. Margaret told us the tv had been updated, and indeed, it was great! Large, with a beautiful picture & plenty of inputs.The only things that missed the mark were the washer and dryer. They are both older models and, while absolutely functional, could use some updating. They have a loud, obnoxious buzz on completion.Hubby and I highly recommend this condo! We had a great time, and look forward to next time.

Unit was very well maintained and clean. Location was perfect and quiet. Margaret was very responsive and when unreachable, returned my call within 15 minutes or less. She followed through with any requests and remained true to her word.

Staying at this Dear lady's condo is a NO brainier. Always tip top shape! She always makes you feel welcomed. This was our third time I believe using her condos over the years. Highly recommend for sure. Thanks again Mrs. Margaret. A
