Golf swings and Sunsets!
Fantastico Signature Hole Sensation! Immaginatevi seduti in una bellissima vasca idromassaggio con vista sul campo da golf a vostra vista del tramonto! Il cortile si trova splendidamente su buco due fornendo ottimi sole tutto il giorno. L'usanza, sovradimensionato vasca idromassaggio (bobina) ha una cascata rilassante cascata. Questa casa dispone di tre camere da letto, tre bagni (inc Casita). La master suite si trova di fronte la vista mozzafiato delle montagne di San Jacinto. Mentre vi rilassate, ascoltare i suoni del vostro cascata cortile. Il master vanta un bellissimo letto matrimoniale con mobili eleganti e TV a schermo piatto. La casita ha un incantevole letto matrimoniale, con bagno privato e ampio armadio e ingresso privato. La terza camera ha due letti singoli, ma ha anche un convertitore di re fissato per coloro che desiderano la possibilità letto matrimoniale con ampio armadio e vista sul giardino. La vostra casa è un open space e la grande sala è enorme, con soffitti a volta, molti posti a sedere, camino e una cucina che è perfetto per intrattenere! La cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata dispone di granito, doppi forni, piano cottura a gas, forno a microonde, frigorifero e dispensa. La sala colazione spaziosa ha posti a sedere per sei, e barra superiore per tre. Godetevi questa cucina spettacolare o gettare alcune bistecche sulla griglia di fuori come il sole sta tramontando!

Siete a pochi passi dal centro fitness e piscina comunitaria. La vostra casa è in una posizione fantastica! Si tratta di meno di 5 minuti di auto Costco, Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, e HWY 10. Indian Springs dispone di un proprio campo da golf di alto nominale con prezzi ragionevoli e un ottimo ristorante. Questo molto quotato, ben tenuto, percorso impegnativo, propone carri che dispongono di sistemi GPS per rendere il vostro flusso tempo di gioco senza problemi. Il campo pratica, putting, premiato raffinato ristorante verde e il bar, il golf pro shop, e di avviamento sono a pochi minuti.

We stayed for 3 months in Petria and Rich's beautiful home and it was far beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen has every appliance you'd need and lots of cutlery, dishes, glasses baking dishes, pots and pans etc. There is lots of bedding and nice plush towels. The living room/dining room area is enormous and the bedrooms are all a good size. The backyard patio is on the golf course and we spent lots of time sitting in the backyard watching the golfers and the mountain view. One of the highlights of the house for me was the beautiful mountain views and sunsets from just sitting in the living room. The house is in a gated community so there is the added security factor. There is a very nice spa in the backyard and although we are not "spa people", we loved the sound of the water running during the day. We also used the very nice community swimming pool at the end of the street and it is heated, so was very nice and never crowded. Petria and Rich were fantastic about responding quickly to any questions we had. We had our dog with us and that was very easy too. Honestly, with any house you rent, there is always some negative thing, but in this house, we couldn't find one. We would return in a blink!

There are several things to consider when reviewing a property. This property receives high marks in all areas. The owners are the best. They are very available to answer questions or problems. Most of all they really are concerned you have the best vacation possible. The house was very clean and made a strong first impression. The spool was a great. We will certainly rent this property again the the near future!

We have been coming to the desert for 8 years and Petria has been the best host yet. She answered all calls promptly and took care of issues immediately. She even had her father-in-law come to the house when I locked myself out. The home was well stocked and nothing was overlooked. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would not hesitate to return.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Desert Sunsets during the Humana Golf Tournament. Indian Springs is a lovely, gated community and this home is nicely located to reach all the points of interest. The floor plan was very spacious, comfortable for guests and completely furnished with everything you might need. The owner was excellent to work with...quickly and pleasantly responded to all of our questions. We highly recommend this rental.
