Questa spaziosa casa a due piani offre 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e 1/2 e un soppalco con 1900 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo di lusso. Si trova in una strada tranquilla senza traffico.
Questa residenza cittadina ben arredata dispone di una camera da letto principale al primo piano con letto king size, armadio con specchio, cassettiera, TV a schermo piatto, ventilatore a soffitto e bagno padronale privato con vasca da giardino e doccia separata. Le altre due camere da letto si trovano al secondo piano. La prima camera ha due letti matrimoniali, ventilatore a soffitto, TV a schermo piatto, cabina armadio, cassettiera con molto spazio per i cassetti e bagno completo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, una TV a schermo piatto, un ventilatore a soffitto, un grande armadio con bagno completo nel corridoio. Ci sono più armadi in tutta la casa su entrambi i piani. Se stai cercando un momento tranquillo, l'area del loft è un posto rilassante dove lavorare sul tuo computer o sederti e leggere un libro.
La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti cucinati in casa da gustare nella sala da pranzo o all'aperto nella veranda protetta. Dopo cena, goditi il tuo spettacolo preferito sullo schermo piatto da 50 ”nel soggiorno con un ampio spazio salotto per tutta la famiglia.

We have nothing bad to say about the unit itself. It is beautifully decorated and feels like home when you walk in. It was clean, ample towels, fully stocked kitchen for anything you would need to cook a meal and the unit is in a great location. We had two couples and a minor. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there is a doorbell camera so if it bothers you that you may be watched coming and going this may not be for you.
Our only complaint was with the Management company. Rich assured me in a message golf carts were ok as long as they were put inside at night. The association rules that were hanging on the door on the inside. Also stated golf carts were OK as long as they were put in at night We weren’t even there 15 minutes and we received a phone call that the golf cart had to go because they were not allowed. Thankfully we had family up the road and we could keep our golf cart there and not lose $600.
Aside from the management company we would stay in this unit again.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We rented this property because it's located in a clean and quiet resort where pride of ownership is very evident. This unit did not show pride of ownership.
The unit is in dire need of a thorough paint job as walls have scuff marks that are evident in most of the lower floor. There were cob webs in hard to reach areas of the high ceiling in MBR and LR,
The supplied vacuum did not work properly as the intake was clogged with a eyeglass lens(cleaned and removed by me).
The above items were discussed with the Property Management on my departure and I was informed that painters were scheduled to start shortly after my departure.

The actual rental was ok and the location was fine. But the condition of the facility was disappointing. Cigerrette burn holes in beddings, short in one of the Bedroom light switches, pots and pans in unusable shape, sweeper that didnt work, rug on screened in back porch ripped and stained, back porch door handle broken. Overall townhouse condition when we arrived was not very clean. Efforts were mad to correct some of this - and that was appreciated. But would not rent this place again.
