Una delle più belle case per le vacanze (con guest house) è una proprietà spiaggia molto apprezzata nella California del Sud, a trenta miglia a nord di San Diego su "Moonlight Beach" a Encinitas. Ci sono molte cose da fare in questa zona durante l'estate e per tutto l'anno: nuoto, surf, pesca, pallavolo, prendere il tram a San Diego, e andare alle famose corse Del Mar.
La casa si trova in una villa gated 100 yarde dal bordo dell'acqua, con vista libera e un facile accesso alla spiaggia. Bellissimi giardini circondano un grande patio centrale, e l'intera struttura è in autentico stile Santa Fe. Se stai cercando il luogo perfetto, questa casa di lusso spiaggia è una delle più eccezionali di fronte alla spiaggia case in affitto a Encinitas.
La casa principale dispone di due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Una delle camere da letto è uno studio d'arte convertito con grandi finestre per consentire a un sacco di sole. La cucina è dotata di granito e un accogliente angolo per la colazione con vista sull'oceano.
La struttura si trova proprio di fronte al patio, immersa nel giardino. E hanno anche una vista sull'oceano, ed è completamente arredata con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Qui sarete cullati dal suono delle onde, le rane ei grilli di Encinitas Creek. Quando si tratta di pianificare la vostra vacanza al mare a San Diego, questa struttura è di prima classe.

We used to live in Encinitas, and enjoyed a two week stay here. The house, patio and gardens are spectacular, with a direct view of Moonlight Beach and all its activities. The Casita was perfect for the extended family, letting everyone have some privacy while sharing the main house and patio. The beach, playground, good restaurants, and entertainment are all within a short walk. Would definitely come back!

The natural beauty of the beach and gardens surrounds this location, and the artwork and decor of the living spaces are spectacular. The owners are warm, generous people who go above and beyond to make a stay here a total pleasure - everything is provided for an unforgettable vacation. I hope to be back some day soon!

A week isn't long enough to stay at the incredible home and location. The best part is to enjoy the beach and ocean without having to leave the patio. The large patio includes a fabulous fire place that we enjoyed for warmth and making S'Mores. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils.Loads of local cafes and there is lots of surfing in the evenings/mornings that we enjoyed watching. We plan to return to this spectacular home.

This was my second stay at this fabulous home. The first time was 2003 and this was my first choice for my return to Encinitas. There is nothing like this home anywhere. The location was convenient to shopping at major stores plus the charming town of Encinitas. The kitchen was easy to use and equipped with all the pots and pans etc. that I needed. Mostly we walked to local restaurants. The home is light and airy. One of my favorite passtimes was to sit on the Patio and enjoy watching Moonlight Beach. Sunsets were beautiful.
