We really like this place, is very quiet, close to Manteo downtown and manteo’s restaurants.
We came to Manteo for working on Spercer Yacths company, we stayed on this place for 9 nights.

The kitchen had everything you need to cook. They even had a wine fridge. We all enjoyed our stay. If I had to make one suggestion, bring your pillow! The pillow game was lacking. The property managers were great and accommodating to us during our visit.

Overall property was good. Need to think about replacing beds, bedding, dishwasher does not drain, and the floors were dirty. Also need to spray for spiders. Other than that, location is good, easy check in and out.

This place was great. I have two family members that needed an elevator and this place provide that. The house was nice and provided a lot of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the using the kitchen we cooked everyday. Just wanted to say the back and front decks are great in the evening. We will be back. thanks for having us.

This place was great. I have two family members that needed an elevator and this place provide that. The house was nice and provided a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Very nice place and location. Our only issue was that the key fob to access the pool area was missing from the condo upon check-in and unable to be replaced during our stay. Had to rely on someone else walking in or out in order to get in when we wanted

The condo was very nice . It was not as clean as I would have liked going in but it was a good size and met all of our needs. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not open and the fitness and Game Center was closed . With having kids this would have been a bonus. That is why I booked at this location to begin with .

Minor comments for future: the kitchen knifes are bent and dull. Need new set.
Bed mattress can be upgraded.

The stay was perfect but the check in process was not completely smooth. I was not emailed the address of where to get the condo keys. Overall I was very pleased.

We very much enjoyed the location of this unit in respect to downtown Manteo, but we were looking for long walks. It's about a mile walk, but very pleasant along the way. The condo was basically as pictured. We would stay there again, but the carpet either needs to be replaced or cleaned at the very least. Everything else was pretty much clean. The bedding is old but still comfy. The neighborhood felt safe and was nice and clean.

Wonderfully stocked home with great amenities. Home was clean and spacious. We loved sittng on the decks and enjoying the marina views. Swimming pool and fitness center were great. Would definitely stay again.
