Questa bella casa di montagna si trova tra Big Boulder e Jack Frost, all'interno di Lake Harmony! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia privata di Lake Harmony. Dal terrazzo posteriore privato si può godere una vista invernale del Big Boulder Ski Area. Ha 6 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi, ampia camera familiare con caminetto a gas in pietra e sala giochi con biliardo, freccette e 50 in HDTV con Blue Ray e servizio di streaming da utilizzare con i tuoi account Netflix e Amazon. Appena fuori dalla sala giochi è un patio coperto separato e vasca idromassaggio! Tutto perfetto per grandi riunioni di famiglia. Le 6 camere da letto includono 2 camere da letto king size, 2 camere da letto queen size e 2 camere da letto matrimoniali / a castello pieno. Uno dei letti queen è al piano inferiore con accesso comune a un bagno completo che è possibile rendere privato la sera. C'è un ulteriore divano letto queen size nella sala giochi.
All'esterno della casa vanta un ampio terrazzo con un grande tavolo da picnic e barbecue a gas Weber e buca per il fuoco all'aperto. La nostra casa è a pochi minuti da Jack Frost. e Big Boulder 5-10 min ad entrambi. Camelback Mt. a soli 25 minuti di distanza.
Lake Harmony Estates dispone di una spiaggia privata di sabbia con pallavolo. Il noleggio include l'accesso ai campi da tennis privati. Goditi tutto il divertimento che Lake Harmony ha da offrire: ristoranti, sci, nuoto, canottaggio, escursioni. Split Rock Lodge dispone anche di un cinema, videogiochi e del nuovissimo parco acquatico al coperto!

The hostess was professional and friendly. The house was nice and roomy with everything in place. We enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the property owners!!!

Everything was clean and ready for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was plenty hot. We had great communication with the host as well.

The house is in a nice, wooded neighborhood with deer and other wildlife we even saw a big black bear. The small beach and the lake are very close. We took a walk every day around the neighborhood. And we found plenty of family-friendly activities nearby. The kitchen was stocked, and the furniture was in good shape. However, we did experience several problems the most traumatic was mice. Late Sunday night we saw one running across the kitchen floor. The host assured us it was an isolated situation, just a field mouse. But the next morning we purchased two traps. So, glad we did because we trapped 3 mice in the same area and had to send several emails and pictures before the host took the situation seriously enough to call in a professional pest service. Their slow reaction was very unacceptable and upsetting. The other major problem was a piece of trim with exposed nails. It was around the door of one of the kid's rooms. Again, the host was informed on Sunday, but the handyman did not come until Wednesday. Again, this was a very unacceptable slow reaction to a safety issue. Some of the other concerns... a reaped shower curtain liner; dirty coffee maker; broken freezer door handle; and the floor of the outside trash bin was so full of loose trash that we could not set the trash cans upright. The host had a real opportunity to wow us...but unfortunately, they missed the mark! Due to their slow response time and lack of attention to details.
