Questo condominio di 2.000 metri quadrati è unico in quanto ha due grandi suite matrimoniali con spogliatoi e bagni privati oltre a una terza camera da letto con bagno. Un divano letto estraibile consente un totale di alloggi per 8 persone. Con le master suite alle estremità opposte del condominio, è un ottimo set-up per 2 o 3 coppie, nonché per amici o famiglie che desiderano spazio aggiuntivo con un ambiente di lusso. C'è una cucina ben attrezzata se si desidera cenare, internet ad alta velocità gratuito, lavatrice / asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, 3 TV, lettore DVD e altro ancora. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro su ogni camera da letto e soggiorno si aprono tutte sull'ampio patio avvolgente con vista parziale sull'oceano. Il complesso recintato ha un grande bellissimo cortile tropicale con griglie e tavoli da picnic, e la grande piscina e vasca idromassaggio con vista sull'oceano.
La piscina olimpionica con vista sull'oceano Atlantico con spiaggia privata è assolutamente mozzafiato. L'enorme cortile tropicale all'interno del complesso ti fa sentire davvero in un paradiso tropicale. Inoltre, per il tuo divertimento è una vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni e saune per uomini e donne in cui rilassarsi. Sentiti libero di usare le griglie per barbecue e i tavoli da picnic per fare il tuo picnic in paradiso, oppure puoi fare un po 'di esercizio usando i 3 campi da tennis (1 in terra battuta), il campo da calcio duro o camminando sulla spiaggia. Great location to activities. We were able to park a gulf cart and a scooter in the garage. The water temperature was not consistant in the showers. Beautiful garden, pool, reading room and workout room. Took advantage of everthing.

The condo is really nice. Great location. We all really had a great stay. That being said, I offer the following.
Pluses:
- Ocean view
- Hot tub and sauna and pool
- Check instructions were great
- Owner is very responsive to questions.
- really nice towels
- Plenty of plates and pots and pans
- plenty of fun drink glasses
- washer and dryer
- Refrigerator makes loads of ice
- Portable fans available for each bedroom
Minuses:
- The floor throughout the condo is so dirty, you cannot go without shoes. Socks and bare feet get black. Really needs a deep clean.
- Silverware does not serve 8 people and is very flimsy
- Chopping block knives are really not usable
- Condo does not have any oven mits/pot holders
- Oven is so dirty (bottom) it smokes when cooking which causes the smoke detectors to go off. We tried to wipe up whatever was left from prior renters
- Most of the games in the game closet are missing most of their pieces and should be tossed.
- Some inexpensive plastic containers would be nice (ziploc, Rubbermaid)
- There are not enough chairs/seats for the counter. Only 4 stools) We used the desk chair with pillows to reach the counter.
- None of the TVs are “smart”.
- The stick vacuum smells like an old dog when used. Could not find replacement filters
- There is a broom, but no dust pan

The place was great and the bathrooms were upgraded nicely. The cleaning service was not great. When we got there we had to wipe everything down because we had found crumbs and things on the kitchen counters, floors didnt look done, rugs still in the washer. I would recommend upgrading the furniture. Not very comfortable and was stained.Also with the wonderful upgrades in the bathroom, maybe also look to replace some little.things like the outlet covers. The main screen on the sliding door does not work and gets stuck. The bedroom curtains were a little hard to maneuver and didnt provide full coverage from street light at night. Great outside area to sit and close to.the beach. Beautiful community area with pool ,garden and library. Beautiful sunsets were to be seen there.We had a great time overall.

The condo provided us with great accommodations. Well equipped. Took advantage of the pool, beach, and gym. Quiet neighborhood. Easy Uber to all the fun on Duval, Mallory Square, and the waterfront.

The condo complex is spectacular! The condo was perfect for our group. We were a little disappointed in the private beach but no one can control human nature. I definitely recommend staying here!

The floors in the condo or very dirty. Our feet were black if we didn’t wear shoes. The condo needs updating very old.

Our original booking canceled 5 days before our trip so we were desperate. This unit was available but was $2K more for the week. The mattresses were soft, there was only one bowl (other than mixing bowls), lots of alcohol glasses (martini, margarita, wine) but not many regular glasses. The furnishings were dated and at least one bathroom had a fan in the ceiling but no way of turning it on.
Had we not been desperate at the last second I would have looked further.

The pool area is super nice. Right next to Smather’s beach. Close enough to downtown area. The apartment was adequate.

1. I was led to believe the unit was on the ocean end of the building (whoever I spoke with said the only 3-bedroom units were on the end overlooking the ocean). Instead it was mid building overlooking a busy street, with a very limited view of the ocean.
2. On arrival, when opening the refrigerator freezer drawer, a large number of ice cubes slid out on the floor and blocked reclosing. The cube holder does not fit and allows ice maker to continue to produce cubes which then overflow. We had to spend time cleaning this up and clearing the freezer drawer path.
3. The dishwasher leaked on the kitchen floor with every use requiring clean up.
4. While the photos showed 9 chairs around the kitchen counter (no table), there were only 4 stools. We could not enjoy a meal together because we had to spread out to available surface areas.
5. The unit needs general improvements from doors sticking, replacement of burnt out lightbulbs, and cooking items loose or warped.
We've stayed at 1800 Atlantic several previous times, but will not go back.

Rental was very nice. Wish we could have stayed more than two nights to enjoy the pool and balconies more but only had limited time and spent most of the day taking in Key West. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great.

Unit was very big and roomy, floors were not clean we had to scrub them but otherwise than that it was great to be able to eat breakfast and lunch in and saved a lot of money that way!

We loved our stay. Check in was a little confusing. It was the perfect location for our sons wedding on Smathers beach. Close to airport and beech. Pool was awesome and parking was a bonus. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable here.

Beautiful condo with lovely view but bathroom fixtures need some work and so do electric outlets. Figuring out where to go to get the key was very challenging. Overall very nice.

Larger than anticipated. Two masters plus a third bath was perfect. Kitchen is super large. Washer and dryer are so fast! Balcony, Pool and outdoor areas were relaxing. Underground parking nice as well to keep car cool. Loved it. Sectional super large and comfy and can sleep two easily and much more comfortable than the pull out couch. We got a garage door opener for parking, a code for condo door, and 3 Fobs for building. Was super easy and accommodating.

Parking was extremely tight, if you are traveling in a truck or have multiple vehicles. The condo itself was very 80’s with a some modern touches. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the extras available for use. The location is great for being close to the beach and the kids loved the pool.

The space and location were nice and felt mostly clean, unfortunately the elevator was broken, the balcony was nice and the view was okay. The pool and beach were very nice!

Unit was very nice. Beds were terrible. Picture of room was accurate but exterior pics seemed to show a real view of the ocean, we really had a view of road and the noise along with it.

There was road construction the entire week right outside the window. Starting at 7am.
Then they we’re putting a new roof on the buildings out by the pool so wherever we were there was a lot of noise. (There was no communication about the new roof at the pool.) Other than that it was a great condo. Plenty of space. We were a family of 8 including a 1 year old.

We had a wonderful stay! Warning road construction occurring at this time so expect a lot of noise at 7 am until they are done. Air conditioning was replace during our stay so we had to leave for the day but other than that we enjoyed the visit. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We had lots of room for the 6 of us. I would highly recommend this condo.

Condo was very secure and easy to access. AC was not working but staff was very responsive to get fixed right away. Tubs/showers in both master baths were very strange and difficult to step in and out for older adults. Also needed a good cleaning. Kitchen and living room very nice. Pool and beach were great! Would come again.

This apartment was spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were very large (but the bathtubs looked really dingy). We missed having a dining room table because we weren't able to play the board games we brought. Also for meals we couldn't all eat at once because there were not enough chairs at the kitchen island. There was a smell to the apartment that was not pleasant but not terrible. It's definitely dated. Kitchen utensils were adequate but some more non stick pans would be a good addition.

This property needs some TLC. Power cords don’t stay in the sockets and the dryer door won’t stay shut and your clothes gets sucked into the lint filter hose. There are other things that need some fixin but it is a comfortable, spacious condominium with very nice amenities! The pool over looking the ocean is pleasant! When you had a question the response was timely too.

The location of this property is perfect with beautiful views. However, we had emailed the owner a couple days prior to arrival with some questions and never received a response. When we landed we were able to get a hold of the property manager who was able to give us instructions on how to enter the building. The condo itself was good with just some minor issues. The dishwasher leaks water all over the floor while running so we were not able to complete the load and had to clean up a bigger mess. Like others have mentioned, there was significant mold in the washing machine so we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it before it could be used. No big deal but we waited until our last night to do laundry so we had to scramble. Once the clothes were cleaned, we learned that the dryer does not work properly. It continued to say it was drying but would pause and could not get it restarted. Or if it did start, the door would open up no matter how tightly you closed it and you would not be able to get it going again. So we had to pack all our damp clothes in plastic bags to travel home with. Luckily, we did not travel to key west to spend all of our time in a condo so all of these issues were easy to get past. The place was beautiful with a great beach a block away and we were a 5 minute drive from everything on the island. There is plenty of things to entertain everyone of all ages. We would definitely return.

Wonderful time had by a group of close girlfriends. The place accommodated 6 women quite well. Tgere we’re a few things that need improvement. Towels, shower heads, hot water heater but overall roomy and adequate for the price! Great location. No beach access but very nice pool.

My family loved our trip and loved our condo! My son is a competitive swimmer so he was able to practice every morning in the lap pool. For future swimmers, it is a 25 meter short course pool. It isn’t Olympic size, but it is a great pool to practice in We will definitely be back!

I wish I would have known to have brought toilet paper. Also we were locked out one day and we had to stay in our room until they could get it figured out as to why we couldn’t lock there door back.
