Peaceful Lake View Cottage, La Casa Resort, Okanagan Lake
Questo cottage è ideale per un rifugio tranquillo, con una vista eccezionale e senza ostacoli del lago Okanagan. Situato a 30 km a nord di Westbank e Kelowna, 30 minuti di auto lungo la Westside Road, a La Casa Resort Development. Si è anche 7 ore di auto da Calgary o 4 ore da Vancouver.
In estate, si sarà in grado di godere di tutti gli sport acquatici sul posto, con le calde acque del lago Okanagan attraverso il nuoto, canottaggio (slot marina disponibili), parco acquatico, nonché piscina in loco e vasca idromassaggio. Altri servizi del Resort includono 2 campi da tennis, un campo da mini golf per tutta la famiglia, campo da beach volley, un lancio marina e barca. Se siete in cerca di una vacanza invernale, questo cottage sarà la base ideale per praticare lo sci a Big White Ski Resort (1 ora e 45 minuti), Silver Star Resort (1 ora e 15 minuti) e Crystal Mountain a Westbank (1 ora), o nelle vicinanze racchette da neve e sci nel backcountry.
Ci sono più di 20 aziende vinicole, così come caseifici, da visitare e degustare i loro prodotti, sparsi entro 30-90 minuti di auto dal cottage. Oltre a diversi campi da golf per un altro ottimo modo per godersi il caldo sole della Valle di Okanagan. Closer alla base di vacanza, siete a soli 5 minuti di auto a nord del Parco Provinciale Fintry, e 10 minuti da equitazione e ATV equitazione presso Fintry Alta Farm. O semplicemente distendersi sul ponte con un bicchiere di vino, che si affaccia sulle acque e in barca sul lago Okanagan.

Amazing place! Super clean and right on the water. The house had lots of space and storage and was complete with all the amenities. My only thing was the communication was quite difficult and the patio had a very tiny table with only 6 chairs that didn't fit around the table, when the booking holds 8 people. Other than that, it was fantastic. Thank you!

The house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view, very clean & the kitchen included all equipment to support meals. We enjoyed the different activities located on the prooerty.

The cottage had everything to make out stay comfortable and enjoyable including a well stocked kitchen, large dining room table, cozy living room area, comfortable beds, more than enough towels and extra blankets. (The only reason I did not give a 5-star review for cleanliness is because the cleaning staff did not remove the (used) bedding on the hide-a-bed from the previous guests.) Other than that the cottage was very clean, bright and well-kept. We liked the location as it provided a wonderful view of the Okanagan and we could sit out on the deck in private and enjoy the morning sun. The resort itself is very nice however we would recommend renting a golf cart as we did to get around as it is very big. The store was much better stocked than we anticipated, including take away food which was nice for a dinner in. It too has a good variety of 'beverages' and a nice restaurant with good food. The beach area however is very small and rocky (bring your water shoes). We were fortunate during our stay as it was low season so had no difficulty finding a chair to sit and relax by the water but if the resort was busy quite certain it would be very crowded. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend both the cottage and the resort as a wonderful get away destination. I too should mention our host Normand was very responsive when we had questions and provided us with much information that helped make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider returning.

Cute little house but would have like the following:1. Fridge wasn't turned on and it took a day or so it to start up. Which was a big deal since we travelled for hours with coolers.2. We barely had one towel each which meant we had to do laundry everday. It would be nice if there were some beach towels provided.3. Other VRBO homes we've rented had some lawn chairs and beach towels for us ( this is a would be nice).Other than that, we had a nice time.
