Nice pool areas just need more tables and umbrellas, good breakfast, nice bar area,ran out of toilet paper, fast elevators, need ramp for better access to beach with carts.

Property and room very clean, the unit was dated. Sofa old and dirty. Washer broken and was never fixed. 6 plates and 6 forks for eight guest. Had to go buy frying pan and pot to cook. Dishwasher broken so was the garbage disposal.
Check in was easy and streamline. Numerous repairs were needed.

The unit was just as posted. the floors could have been a little cleaner. The bay watch building needs way more luggage carts....had to hand carry all our luggage up. Same at check out; not enough carts. the elevators at check in and check out are over crowded and you have a wait a long time to get an elevator, but once you survive check in, then from there its smooth sailing. This is the second time we have stayed at Bay Watch and both times the building has a super long line to check in, can't get a luggage cart, or use an elevator. this time around we were less overwhelmed with it all, just knew this was part of the process. Not the units fault at all. We had more towels and linens that we needed which was great. Overall would definitely stay here again in this unit.

This was my family’s second time saying in Steve’s condo. It isn’t fancy, but it has the important stuff: an ocean view, great beach, and nice pools/amenities. The condo is a good value and meets our needs perfectly. Steve has fast communication as well. We hope to visit again!

The Baywatch has nice pools that are warm but were often diry there was a lit of people in them! The room needs so many updates the furniture is old and worn the tub was so gross my husband had to clean it before we could use it! The floors had food caked on them in the kitchen!

Condo was amazing!!!! Beautiful resort in great location. Condo was clean, spacious and exactly as described in listing!!! Owner was always quick to address any questions. Could not have been more pleased!!! I have already recommended to several friends!!!

Good trip nice condo but be sure you don’t mind walking from parking garage.Two in my group didn’t but two had recently had knee replacement.Only down side for some people.

We had a wonderful week. The location of the condo was great, and the amenities were perfect! Steve was easy to work with and answered any questions quickly. We would love to go back next year!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Lots of pool options, beachside, and free parking. The unit is dated, so if you are looking for something fancy, this isn’t it. For our family, it fit the purpose. 7 of us were able to stay comfortably here with room for everyone. The dryer didn’t work right. We had to start it about 8 times because it kept turning off, on all cycles, but I don’t intend on doing much laundry when I’m on vacation, so it was ok. Would recommend this property and will likely plan on staying here again in the future!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Lots of pool options, beachside, and free parking. The unit is dated, so if you are looking for something fancy, this isn’t it. Brought our 17 year old down for spring break family vacation and had a great time. Loved being right on the ocean with a balcony, beautiful view! Pools and hot tubs were great also.

Amazing views! Very clean! Had everything we needed! Steve was very prompt to respond when we had a question. The only thing we recommend is installing screens so we could listen to the ocean while we slept. 😊

Such a wonderful place!
The pools, the beaches, the location, and the condo - all were GREAT! I wish there had been more places to hang wet stuff and that the appliances (which worked fine) were a bit quieter. Seriously, if those are the only complaints after a two-week stay, you know it's good!

Resort has multiple outdoor and indoor pools and spas (13 in all, all saltwater) which was great for the kids on days when the weather wasn't good for the beach or they just needed a break. Resort staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Lots to see and do in the area without being quite as congested as Myrtle Beach central.
Would definitely do it again.

Beach toys, books, videos, and games on hand. Easy parking. The dryer was broken, which was inconvenient for our two-week stay, but Steve tried to have it fixed while we were there. This was a very comfortable and family friendly place to stay!
