Coquina Beach è un piccolo complesso per famiglie con solo 40 unità situate in Middle Gulf Drive. 5E è un 2 walk-up 2 camere, 2 bagni al secondo piano (mi dispiace, senza ascensore) unità che può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone. Ci sono 2 camere da letto più un soppalco che ha 2 letti singoli per ulteriore spazio per dormire. Il soppalco è aperto alla zona giorno, che dà un'atmosfera aperta e ariosa. Voi e i vostri ospiti apprezzerete questa bellissima unità con cucina aggiornata con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il soggiorno ha una grande HDTV intelligente con Netflix e entrambe le camere hanno una TV a schermo piatto. Il proprietario offre sedie a sdraio, un dispositivo di raffreddamento e 4 teli mare per la vostra convenienza. I servizi del complesso di Coquina Beach includono: piscina riscaldata, barbecue a gas e campo da tennis. * Nota: solo 1 posto auto per unità. Questa è una unità walk-up al 2 ° piano, senza ascensore.*

Had a great stay at this well appointed condo just a short stroll to the beach. Second time we have stayed there and we will return. The loft offers some great privacy for additional guests.

Wonderful location for a family vacation. Our family of 5 adults / teens enjoyed staying at this property. The upstairs area offers no privacy / access to the bathroom, so maybe better suited to a child than a teenager, but this was apparent from the photos. Sanibel is a wonderful place to vacation, especially during the pandemic, as we were able to spend most of our time either in our own apartment, or outside on the beach, which is within easy walking distance. This property is run by a rental agency, not a private Airbnb owner, so you have to go via the rental office and sign a contract beforehand. There were two maintenance issues scheduled during our week's stay, but overall the property is in reasonable condition and the rental agency personnel polite and helpful.
