The owner and property manager were very responsive to any issues that we had. The view from the balcony is nice! The living space was very open and comfortable for our family and the kids loved the pool! The bikes advertised were in non- working order, so don’t count on those. The master bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Some cushions on the balcony are on back order as they were ripped and stained. But cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the owner and property manager. Big plus And house is very close to the beach access. Another big plus. Great location.

The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach, across the street from a few restaurants and a coffee shop. Super close to grocery stores and activities. Spacious house for our family. Grateful for the memories we made❤️

Everything was perfect!!! Beautiful home. Only a quick walk to the beach.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The house is spacious! We had six adults and five little ones and had plenty of room. Having king size beds with adjacent bathrooms made it great for all of the adults. The kiddos loved the bunk room. The pool is small but the little ones loved it - very refreshing after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We enjoyed grilling in the patio and looking at the beautiful ocean view and sunset. The location - right by 30 A and Rosemary Beach - and beach access - at the end of the street - were fabulous. Nearby restaurants recommended by the host were a hit - Amigos/Amicis and Shades bar and grill were great. . Communication with concierge was very quick. No problems. A few minor notes for improvement: Some of the furniture had stains and the deck furniture is torn. The large dining table seemed to have been stripped of its varnish - the surface was sticky/tacky, which made it difficult to clean. A toaster oven was provided but the text on the knobs had worn off so you just had to guess how to operate it. The addition of a regular toaster would help. Only two of the five bikes were in working order after adding air to the tires. Also we arrived at 3:45 but were not able to check in until after 4:30 because cleaning crew was still there. (No big deal). A blind was hanging off in one of the bedrooms and there were a few holes where nails had been removed in the drywall. All of these things were minor - mostly just normal wear and tear - and the house was clean overall and very pretty. I would recommend for families for a fun and convenient trip to the beach!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 plus a friend. The kids all had space from each other after being together all day at the beach. Traveling via airplane we especially appreciated having the beach towels provided. Might sound silly, but it was such a luxury that most vacation homes do not provide. Craig was a pleasure to communicate with — highly recommend this lovely home.

This house was perfect location and size for my daughter's beach wedding on Inlet Beach. Short walk to the beach. We had 14 people and we were very comfortable, plenty of room. The house is very nice, and updated. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom and walk in closet that was perfect for dressing for wedding. All beds were very comfortable. The host and maintenance man was very responsible to all of our needs. Would love to stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay in Inlet Beach! Another Blessing in Paradise was the perfect house for a large family. It had lots of space, an elevator so we didn’t have to lug our bags up the stairs, and was short, convenient walk to the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back balcony and our wine and cocktails in the evening. We loved being able to see the beach!! I highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to come back again!!

We had a great stay at this property. Thankful for the elevator! All rooms (except the bunk room) have king beds which was amazing! We had 6 kids under the age of 7 and the walk to the beach was relatively easy. Thankful for the wagons provided which made carrying all of our things a breeze. Only complaint was the location of this property to restaurants. There was not a restaurant in walking distance and most places cut off take-off orders at 5:00pm which is how we like to order meals most nights.

We so enjoyed our week here - the weather was incredible - 75-85 degrees, no humidity, a slight breeze on the beach, and not a drop of rain! Could not believe it was Florida! The house was lovely and thank goodness for the elevator - since it is a three story house it made the arrival with luggage and shopping trips with bags easier! The porch was wonderful for the cool mornings and evenings. There was a nice gas grill on the porch for cookouts. After a day on the beach - we all enjoyed a dip in the plunge pool. Not huge but it worked for what we needed. The beach is a short walk from the house so getting back and for the was easy. We were glad we bought several chairs and an umbrella with us because the most of the beach chairs provided for the house are in really bad shape and not usable, and the umbrella was totally broken. There was a big cover for the beach that had two damaged legs. We tried to make it work and were somewhat successful. The kitchen had most everything we needed but the toaster oven could be replaced. Just a simple toaster would be a good addition. Craig was a great host and Bryan, who is local, was responsive to questions we had. Any family or group would enjoy this house.

Wonderful family trip and beautiful home. Would definitely recommend this home to any big family. Great communication with the owner. loved all the extras with home pool was nice.
