Rusty B&B

Rusty’s is perfectly located on the main street within walking distance to bus stops, beaches, and for hikers so inclined to walk uphill on safe roads to Sheding Nature Park in Kenting National Park, or from Elanubi Lighthouse and the Southernmost Tip of Taiwan! Sammi the Host is absolutely delightful! She speaks English (though not to her satisfaction), maintains the comfortable and clean cheerfully themed facility and spacious rooms, and prepares healthy tasty breakfast accommodating your food preferences. We always chatted during breakfast or late afternoon coffee. The day I departed for Kaohsiung, the 9188 Bus did not stop to pick me up even though I was waving to the driver indicating I wanted to board. Sammi came out on her motorbike concerned and accompanied me to the police station bus stop down the road waiting with me to ensure I got on the alternative 9189 Express Bus! She is kind and caring for sure! The night market runs the entire 1.2 miles along the main street starting just steps from Rusty’s front door making it convenient to wander and select food items. I personally preferred the Kaohsiung Pizza vendor up the street to the right of Rusty’s near the bus stop because it is handmade thin crust, not fried as so many other food items are, healthy and tasty!

Nothing negative to report.

Good spot close to town, but not in the middle of the night market, so not crazy noisy. Quiet little place run by very nice women. They cook a simple homely breakfast.

It could be too noisy for some people esp on Friday and Saturday night when the night market is busiest. But nothing white noise doesn’t fix.

當天我坐客運到墾丁派出所下車時，我打電話給民宿老闆娘，她一接到通知，就騎車要前往民宿，路上認出我們，還幫忙載行李．進房前先幫忙開冷氣， 拿行李到3樓， 原本訂雙人房， 但看我們一大兩小，還幫我們升等四人房，說這樣住得比較舒服，她也有在墾丁大街擺攤，還招待我們玉米．在路上遺失外套，回去找，碰巧是民宿老闆娘，幫忙把地上的外套，放到派出所附近的變電箱上．現做早餐，營養豐富．民宿在墾丁大街上，離小灣很近，樓下有提供給小孩的玩沙玩具，去小灣玩沙回來，外面有提供水管，可以沖腳．

吹風機吹一吹，沒多久，就斷電了．要過一陣子，才能再繼續吹．

This place is awesome. They are so kind and welcoming and caring. Our room was amazing, filled with natural light. They accommodated our breakfast preferences, and each morning cooked a special and delicious breakfast. They also let us store our bicycles downstairs even though it is a small space. So glad we stayed here and thank you for having us!
