Benvenuti nella nostra famiglia Beach House. La nostra casa è situata di fronte all'accesso alla spiaggia. Questa spiaggia è una grande spiaggia sabbiosa che degrada lentamente per i bambini più piccoli e ha un'ottima pausa per il surf.
Ci scusiamo per non aver aggiornato le foto. Abbiamo tutti i nuovi mobili del soggiorno, con un grande sezionale in pelle con poltrone reclinabili e grande TV a schermo piatto. Le trapunte sono tutte nuove sui letti e la maggior parte ha topper in memory foam per un comfort extra.
La nostra casa ha un'atmosfera aperta e ariosa con soffitti a volta, una grande cucina accogliente con vista sull'oceano, pavimenti in parquet e ponti sulla cucina, camera matrimoniale e soggiorno. Il soggiorno ha vista sull'oceano, un ampio e confortevole divano componibile in pelle, una TV con lettore DVD, CD e ricevitore audio con altoparlanti. La cucina dispone di tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, lavastoviglie, compattatore di rifiuti, grande frigorifero, stufa Viking e un bar con tre posti a sedere. Adiacente alla cucina è un ponte con un barbecue incorporato in acciaio inossidabile. La sala da pranzo ha anche vista sull'oceano e un grande tavolo con posti a sedere per 4 bambini e 4 adulti.
La nostra casa con quattro camere da letto può facilmente ospitare 9 persone. Abbiamo tre camere da letto al piano inferiore con 2 camere da letto con letti Queen e una camera con tre letti singoli (letto a castello + rotelle). Al piano inferiore c'è anche un bagno completo con una doccia piastrellata extra large che è collegata a una stanza di fango. Inoltre, al piano inferiore c'è una stanza in più (come una veranda) senza letti e si collega alla lavanderia che ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Al piano superiore è un mezzo bagno, soggiorno, cucina e zona pranzo che è tutto aperto con soffitti a volta. C'è anche una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno completo. Il bagno ha una vasca e doccia e un lavandino con un contatore di calcare. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale californiano con porte francesi che si aprono su una terrazza.
Crediamo che Cayucos sia uno dei segreti meglio custoditi. Le nostre spiagge sono incontaminate con poche persone e bel tempo!

Quiet area, almost a hidden area that is not traveled on unless you live in this neighborhood. Beach is across the street and down some steep stairs so if you have oldsters it might not be great for them to go up and down these stairs. House is clean, well lit and has everything you need. Beds were good , showers good water pressure and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Definitely would stay here again. Love the area and 15 minures from SLO

We had a lovely stay at Debbie & Thom's beautiful Cayucos home. The location is perfect - just across the street from the beach access, and they had everything you needed from chairs and towels to wet suits and surf/boogie boards. The house was very well appointed - particularly the kitchen. Debbie was super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

When we walked in the front door, the house was so clean the floors and windows sparkled!
We are grandparents with our son, his wife, and three grandchildren. It could not have been more perfect. The only issue we had is I couldn't find the guard rail for the top bunk when we arrived. A quick text to Debbie resulted in a prompt response that it's quite large so it is stored in the closet under the stairs. It's the best guard rail I've ever seen.
A previous guest mentioned lots of stairs. Indeed, and at 76 I feel in better condition for it. Lots of stairs in the house and my Fitbit counted the steep beach access stairway as 2 flights. 15-21 flights per day plus walks on the beach, tons of fresh air, and fabulous, healthy food prepared by our children in the wonderful kitchen, gave me the best lab test results and doctor's visit in years!

This house was in a great location with public beach access just across the street. We were able to enjoy time at the beach everyday and some days multiple times each day. Our kids ranged from 6 to 9 and the yard in the front was perfect for them to have a place outside to play. Debbie was wonderful through the process. She checked in about things we might need and took great care to make sure we would have a positive experience.

We enjoyed every moment of our labor day weekend getaway at this Cayucos gem. We were extremely pleased to find property exactly as advertised! It is right across the street from a beach access point, which made it easy as we were traveling with 2 kids under 6 and an infant. The house was clean and the common areas were spacious and allowed for the kids to play and crawl around the living room (but beware of the stairs!).
One thing that is NOT advertised in the listing is the warm hospitality that Debbie provides, over text. Thank you, Debbie!

Debbie's place is perfect for any family looking for a low key spot to enjoy some time by the beach. The house itself is large and comfortable with great views of the ocean and plenty of space for relaxing. And the location really can't be beat since it's just a few steps from a small, quiet trail leading to the ocean. As others have noted, the steps down to the beach are on the steep side and there can be a lot of dogs, particularly on the weekend, but we never had any issues, even with a 5 year old and 2 year old in tow. The house is on a sleepy little street just off the highway, but there's really no traffic noise and it's just a short drive into Cayucos and Morro Bay. Throughout our stay, Debbie was a warm, helpful host. For instance, the oven broke just before check-in, but she provided a top of the line toaster oven that was easy to use and we mostly relied on the outdoor gas grill anyway. Only thing to note is to come prepared with your own soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Again, no big deal. All in all, a great vacation.

Owners were incredibly present with answering questions via phone/text. Super easy check in. House was gorgeous. Loved that everyone had access to deck which had ocean view. Convenient to beach. Outdoor shower was wonderful for rinsing off. Beds were comfortable, house was cozy. Everything we needed.

This home is a perfect location for a coastal getaway! In addition to being a beautiful home, the beach access was immediately across the street. The 4 bedroom home was perfect for our family and enabled us to host guests throughout the week. The host was responsive and accommodating. We loved the open living area next to the kitchen. Beautiful view from the top floor/main living area as well! And Cayucos was the perfect location for a 2 week stay. Close to other towns and lots of cute shops and delicious restaurants. I would highly recommend this home!

Debbie and Thom’s place was clean, spacious, updated and organized. This made for a very relaxing family stay. Beautiful views all across the family room windows. We enjoyed a nice back deck BBQ as well. Debbie was very responsive. We’d recommend easily anytime.

This is a wonderful, quiet, relaxing beach property. If you love the beach, but don't like the crowds and beach party atmosphere, this place is for you! Tucked into a very quiet neighborhood, the beach barely had anyone on it, even in mid-June. The house is as beautiful as the pictures make it look, and has wonderful views from the second story kitchen, where you can hear the ocean waves as you eat and relax. The host is very responsive and while we didn't need anything during our stay, I'm sure would have been on top of our needs.
A couple items to note is that the beach access is literally across the street from the house, but there is a set of steep stairs (about 30 stairs) to get down to the beach. Additionally there is a dog beach very close by and there were many off-leash dogs on the beach. We never had any issues with them, even with our little ones.

Location is great, just a few miles from Motto Bay, easy to find in a quite neighborhood. We came to escape the heat of so cal, and enjoy quality family time. The ocean water was much colder than anticipated in August, but the kids didnt mind much. House is comfortable and homey. only hitch was the ice maker and freezer malfuncti oned, but we had a cooler and ice. I recommend this property .

Amazing property! Great location! Clean and comfortable. In the past, we’ve stayed at several properties along the central coast but this one has been our favorite. This quaint home worked perfectly for our family get-away.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room to relax, bedrooms are all a good size, kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Location is great right across the road from the beach entry. Mattress in the rear bedroom downstairs needs replacing but otherwise everything was in great shape and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and got the thumbs up from all the teens in our group. The house itself was bigger than we expected and had plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat and relax. With beach access right across the road from the house it was less than a 2 min for those morning walks.
The house had 2 bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath and the upstairs had a large family/dining room that could accommodate all 11 of us for dinners(family stayed at a hotel in Morro Bay while we were visiting)! The master bedroom was very spacious and the adjoining bathroom was terrific. The entire upstairs had a porch we could walk/sit around and the gas grill was a bonus. There was also a shower outside that had hot water so we could shower off from the beach!!!👍🏻
If we find ourselves in the area, we would definitely stay here. Debbie was very accommodating when we needed had a change of plans. We would highly recommend to anyone only minor issue we had was the kitchen sink had issues draining unless you ran the garbage disposal - not a big deal.

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation in August (7 adults, two small kids), and it was perfect. Located about 50 yards from the beach, just across the street and right in front of a beach accessway, it was incredibly convenient to go back and forth to the beach frequently. We did some surf fishing and caught about 30 fish for the week, mostly smelt and perch. We would come and go from the beach all day. Also, the upstairs living room is incredibly comfortable and spacious. Lots of couch and seating areas around a TV, with surrounding windows that give you a view of the ocean all day. The kitchen and BBQ were also very nice and modern, we cooked most our meals in and had everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping space too with bedrooms downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. The host Debbie was great to deal with and very responsive. We'd definitely love to stay here again someday and fully recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It is across the street from the beach access. The home is on a quiet and peaceful street. The house itself is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The views from upstairs look out onto the ocean and are really spectacular. The owners are very attentive and responsive. We definitely hope to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home. it was a great layout, close to everything, just a hop, skip, and a jump (with some stairs) to the beach. Everything worked well, was very clean, and was comfortable (not always the case with rental houses!) Decor was clean and tasteful and all the linens were good quality. Kitchen very well-stocked with everything you'd need to prep/cook/eat. Wifi was excellent. We hardly watched TV but it was nice having new and modern technology to use. The top/front deck was great--we had smaller kids and they could go out on it without us having to worry about them going down stairs (and the wall is high enough to not be an issue). I would absolutely recommend staying here, and my family is very interested in returning in the future. The owners were quick to respond to questions and arrangements. Thank you , Hume family, for making your wonderful home available!
