Come noi stessi affittuari per molti anni e come i proprietari che amano soggiornare in Wapiti Lodge quanto possibile, abbiamo arredato, attrezzato e 'amenitized' la nostra casa con il vostro soggiorno in mente. Abbiamo preso tutti i tocchi personali che si ottiene con una seconda casa e li combina con la professionalità che ci si aspetterebbe da una gestione della proprietà per dare la migliore esperienza in affitto a Breckenridge.
La nostra casa è di 4000 piedi quadrati, con 8 camere da letto (4 sono master suite), 6 bagni, una grande sala, una camera familiare e una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo / ping-pong. Può ospitare fino a 19 (14 adulti max.) E ha un sacco di spazio dentro e fuori. Rilassatevi nella vasca calda dopo una dura giornata di sci o di escursioni. Curl con un libro di un caldo fuoco. Sfida un amico per una partita a biliardo. Affrontare un pezzo di puzzle 1000. Sedersi sul altalena nel cortile di casa e ascoltare il Fiume Azzurro come corre per. Wapiti Lodge ha una grande sala con un camino a legna (legno fornito), una camera familiare con 47 pollici HDTV (con canali espanso) e un lettore DVD e una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo pong / ping. Tutti i master suite hanno un proprio HDTV a schermo piatto. Due delle camere da letto matrimoniali dispongono inoltre di lettore DVD. La cucina completamente attrezzata è grande e aperta alla sala da pranzo e grande sala per socializzare ottimale con il cuoco (s). La sala da pranzo è dotato di due tabelle che possono essere organizzati per le esigenze del vostro gruppo. Dodici sedie sono attorno ai tavoli e ci sono 6 sedie pieghevoli imbottite che possono essere presi in caso di necessità. La sala da pranzo ha anche una console bar e quindi è possibile impostare per un cocktail di mezzo dei cuochi. Il bar bancone della cucina ha posti a sedere per quattro. La casa ha due scaldabagni 75 galloni in modo da avere più di abbastanza acqua calda per ogni membro del gruppo. La cucina è stata completamente rifatta nel dicembre del 2010 con tutti i nuovi controsoffitti, elettrodomestici e mobili. La cucina è dotata di due forni, un top 5 fuochi cottura a gas, 2 forni a microonde, lavastoviglie e un frigorifero Sub Zero.
La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare e servire per il 20. Un secondo frigorifero è nella sala giochi.

Our family has been to Breck for the last 7 years at Thanksgiving to ski and be together and always use VRBO. This is the best rental we have had in those seven years.
The location is perfect. Away from the noise but just a three minute drive or short walk if you want to get there. The house was spotlessly clean. Everything worked like it was supposed to, which is really saying something when it comes to VRBO rentals. There were clear, concise instructions for everything (hot tub, Sonos, grill, fire place, laundry, trash and recycling). I had great communication with the owner and another in our group had similarly great communication from the property manager.
The kitchen gets its own paragraph. Our biggest complaint when we rent homes is the lack of usability of the kitchen. Most homes sleep 14-18 people but if you want to cook for them you are just out of luck. Not this kitchen. 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, big range and a large grill made cooking all meals including Thanksgiving meal a breeze. There are pots, pans, cooking sheets, roasting pans, slow cookers, a FULL spice cabinet and all the things needed to easily prepare large meals for the group. The kitchen is meticulously organized and labeled and it literally has everything. My mom, not believing the reviews having been burned before, brought her expensive knives and several spices with her from Kansas City but they were totally unnecessary. Another small but enormously valuable item was the second coffee machine

We were worried initially whether would be able to park 5 vehicles, including two pickup trucks since no street parking. All vehicles did fit although did have to move vehicles around to get vehicles out. Enjoyed Breckenridge and surrounding activities. Family went trail riding, fly fishing, gondola ride, snd white water rafting. Shopping as well. Would be nice to have gate to keep 9 month old from climbing stairs — the one at house is broken. Enjoyed amenities at house. Very well suited for family of 16.

We were so happy we chose this home. The house was just perfect for our extended family of 14. The free shuttle bus 2 doors down from the house was just perfect for us. The kids loved the creek near the home. They were there everyday playing in it. The kitchen was a dream. We cooked every meal in the house except for the last night and they had everything you could imagine there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if we ever come back to Breckenridge we will definitely stay here again.

We had 12 family in Breckenridge for Christmas and had an absolute blast. The house was well appointed and provided all that we needed. We would definitely go back!

The house was bigger and nicer than I expected from the photos. The wood fireplace was amazing. Everything is available in the kitchen and labeled. The only complaint is the spot for the trash. It almost took two people to take it the trash out and was messy when we got there. My son had to dig out the empty one.when we got there.

The house was perfect and easily accommodated our party of 11, including a toddler and an infant. The lifts are all a quick shuttle ride away and the stop is just two doors down from the house. Very well stocked kitchen!

Plenty of room for multiple families. Large mud room with huge boot/glove dryer was perfect for our ski gear. House has everything you need and more - not like most rentals. Kitchen is stocked, tons of towels, extra blankets and humidifiers in rooms, games, books, firewood, and toiletries. Bathrooms are all updated and look brand new. Location is excellent. Rental and check in/out process was super simple. We feel extremely lucky to have found this property. Would definitely rent again.

Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The humidifiers helped a ton for us low landers, Kleenex everywhere was also a thoughtful touch! And the generously stocked welcome basket was was fun for all!! This is one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen in a rental, two refrigerators, which we used every inch of! So many wonderful meals with tables and chairs that fit the whole family. Outdoor space with hot tub, swing set, bbq and patio were very enjoyable in the beautiful weather.
Very close to town for fun adventures.

Warrior's Mark (Wapiti Lodge) was PERFECT for a week's vacation for our intergenerational family of 15 (ages ranging from 72 - 5). Reviews by recent occupants said it all!

Great Breckenridge VRBO
Wapiti Lodge was our base in Breckenridge for our 50th Anniversary gathering. The home was arranged with many sleeping areas with baths that accommodated our family who ranged in age from 4 to 75. The outdoor patios and yard play ground equipment was excellent along with a wonderful hot tub with towels. The location in Breckenridge made getting to town and to activities around town and on the mountain very easy. Meals were easy to prepare with the wonderfully equipped kitchen and 2 refrigerators.

Katie is an absolute WONDERFUL host!! She has been so helpful with my never ending questions & making sure my family had every need met. Most importantly though – WAPITI LODGE IS WONDERFUL!! We had 17 of us – 4 sisters, all of our children/grandkids & friends – ages 11 to 59. The house offered us the space we needed to accommodate all & also the togetherness we all wanted. This house has EVERYTHING! It was very welcoming & cozy for all. The hot tub & pool/ping pong table were a huge hit! There were games/puzzles & my crew really had a blast playing Simon! We used the outside grill & bbq’d for all – opened the doors to the deck & some sat outside while others were at the tables inside. So much space for everyone to enjoy being together! The kitchen has everything you could possibly think of! The towels/sheets were really nice! The wooden swing/playset outside were great! For my Louisiana folks – do not be scared with no air conditioner in June! Katie assured me before we booked - and I’m here to say she was 100% correct – it is completely not the same. We were VERY comfortable! We were visited daily by a cute fox. One of the kids named him Nolan! You’d hear someone say “There’s Nolan!!!” or “Nolan’s back!!” The Lodge’s proximity to Main Street was really nice! We walked it several times (there was a bus – we just didn’t use it). The Breckenridge Troll is really close to the house!! We rode the Gondola to Epic Discovery where there was so much to do. We watched the Sunset at Sapphire Point where there were chipmunks that would nibble sunflower seeds from your hands!!! We rode horses at Breckenridge Stables. We did white water rafting at Performance Tours (about an hour away). At the end of each day though – we all were happy to come back to Wapiti Lodge. The memories that we made – the laughter that we shared – the smiles that will remain in our hearts – all happened because we were lucky enough to have experienced such a fabulous family vacation in beautiful Breckenridge at our wonderful Wapiti Lodge which shall remain in all of our hearts forever. I only hope we can plan another trip at this house in the years to come. Truly the best location, the best house and the best memories. Great place, great space, great location
Wonderful gathering place for our family reunion. House was very comfortable with great amenities. Location is walking distance from Main Street and also close to the free shuttle should the altitude get to you. Shuttle stop would be great during ski season as it takes you right to the gondola. Adult children loved the hot tub. I would definitely rent here again.

The location was great. The hot tub was a popular spot after a day of skiing. There is a large mud room with many boot warmers. There was a small hill just outside the house, and where the kids liked to sleds (sleds were at the house.). We had 8 adults and 8 kids (aged 1-15) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is absolutely fantastic! Plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything you could think of. The house was clean and well-cared for. Firewood was provided. The location was great. The hot tub was a popular spot after a day of skiing. There is a large mud room with many boot warmers. There was a small hill just outside the house, and where the kids liked to sleds (sleds were at the house.). We had 8 adults and 8 kids (aged 1-15) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay there again!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful week of spring skiing at Breckenridge from this great house. Location was perfect for catching the shuttle to town and the lifts. The house was extremely well stocked and worked well for the group! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Wonderful Stay!
Wow! I have never stayed at a rental that was more well stocked or well organized! Our family (4 adult couples/2 adult singles/1 baby) had plenty of space and every comfort - loved the 4 master suites! We cooked for the crowd just about every night and the kitchen did not lack for anything. It was a chilly week and the firewood was even provided. Also loved the proximity to town.

Family Ski Trip
The home was perfect for our family consisting of 7 adults and 9 children for our family ski trip in March. The 4 bedroom suites allowed all of the adults to have their own bedroom. The other bedrooms were good for the children ranging in ages from 6 to 16. The location of the home was ideal for the skiers as there is a shuttle pickup one property away from the home. The 2 of us who did not ski enjoyed the location for a nice walk to town, especially to meet the skiers for lunch. The kitchen is very well supplied with all you will need for cooking and eating in. Every game you can think of was available, in addition to a ping pong table and hot tub which were enjoyed by all. All communications with the owner went extremely well. She is very accomodating as was the house manager. We will try to stay here again if we do a ski trip or summer trip to Breckenridge again.

Breck Lodge
This was the funnest week ever. We stayed here with 16 people and three families total! We had a ball! The lodge is so well equipped! The owners have thought of everything you might need! There is plenty of room in a lower level entry to store skis/boots/etc for a large group. They even have boot / glove dryers. It is a great thing!
There are two microwaves and two ovens. The kitchen is especially well equipped with anything you can think of.
It is also very close to the bus stop. It is right down from the driveway a few feet. We had a rental van but honestly it was just as easy to catch the bus and not have to pay for parking. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next trip out to Breck!

Excellent property for family ski trip! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent family room, living room, game room, and well equipped kitchen enabled great family time. Close by shuttle stop allowed families to go and return on their own schedule without parking hassles!

My family and I loved the property. It was very big and spacious with lots of amenities to keep us entertained throughout the day. They even provided my family and I with a gift basket showing that they really care about their guest. This was a perfect property for our 15th family reunion! The house was super clean and extremely well stalked. The layout was great for all-group dinners and activities as well as quiet places for conversations and book reading. Downtown Breckenridge was a free short bus ride or a 20 minute walk away!

The layout was great for all-group dinners and activities as well as quiet places for conversations and book reading. Downtown Breckenridge was a free short bus ride or a 20 minute walk away!

Our family of 12 enjoyed the space we had with everyone having a comfortable bed. The game room and the hot tub were big hit too! We stayed busy and was so nice to come back at the end of the day to relax. Everything was well stocked and organized. Thanks for making your home a wonderful place to share with other families!
