Best Central Location/Private Urban Oasis/ Travis Heights Near SoCo & Downtown
Travis Heights è uno dei quartieri più antichi di Austin ed è nascosto da estese querce secolari che hanno centinaia di anni! Si trova a circa 2 miglia dal Campidoglio e poiché siamo a sud del fiume (Lady Bird Lake), siamo eclettici di Austin! Tiny House può essere nascosto in un bellissimo e tranquillo quartiere, ma è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal meglio del South Congress (SoCo), il Congress St. pipistrelli, ed è anche vicino al centro e ai ristoranti, bar e club del lato est. Il Whip-in, una passeggiata ravvicinata, è un ristorante eclettico, un bar e un locale di musica dal vivo le cui origini erano un semplice negozio d'angolo. Vuoi del tempo tranquillo? Fai una passeggiata nel quartiere di Big Stacy Park o nuota nella Big Stacy Pool, aperta tutto l'anno! Travis Heights ha il meglio di tutto!

My boyfriend & I came into town for a concert and this was the perfect place to stay! Really close to our venue (come and take it live) and super close to all the cute shops and restaurants on South congress! The neighborhood is charming and so was the backyard casita! Very comfortable for the two of us. The rental was also very clean and had everything extra we needed. Definitely a great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable spot to stay in Austin. Easy check-in, easy access to local spots. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with coffee and water. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amy was terrific. She was a great communicator and when I asked about a bike, she cleaned up her old mountain bike for me to borrow. From the moment I arrived at the property, thoughtful touches made it feel like I was staying at a friend's place: a fresh pint of half and half for coffee, granola bars and microwave popcorn for those snack-attacks, extra Q-tips in the bathroom, an extra fan and blankets, plenty of condiments including butter, hot sauce in the fridge... The layout was great, the downstairs had the kitchen with bar counter, couch and desk areas. The "Tiny House" had a front porch and just outside the window a fire pit with a ring of chairs. I can't wait to come back with friends and take advantage of a summer night.

Really cute house. Set up is very minimal.
The host was amazing sent really in-depth emails about what to see and do in the local area. Also very clear instructions on how to access the property. Very responsive to issues that we had whilst staying there.
Unfortunately didn't get to meet the host, but met her two cats who were adorable.
We stayed primarily for the ACL festival. The festival grounds were within walking distance (if you like walking). Close to congress street and Zilker Park, lots of opportunities to paddleboard and kayak on the river.
