My family really enjoyed our stay here for the holiday. The kitchen is outstanding and well equipped to cook large family meals. Plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The home is beautiful and furnished/stocked better than an average rental. It was comfortable and relaxing. Melanie was responsive when we had questions and easy to work with. We liked that the living area (kitchen, family room, game table) were all on the same level so we could all be together as a family even if we were doing different things.

This house was perfect. We were in town for our daughters wedding. And throughout the weekend we found ourselves hosting several of our family members for brunch and dinner. The house was plenty big enough between the hot tub, downstairs fire pit, kitchen, living room & big balconies, we had lots of areas for people to gather & have fun. And the media room was perfect for a football Sunday!
Melony called when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and let me to call her if there were any problems.
We would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to get away to Bodega Bay.

Beautiful views, kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I’ve experienced in vacation rentals. The home is clean and very well put together, we didn’t want to leave😊

In a world of hyperbole and wide-angle lenses, i find myself routinely disappointed in homes that are not as-advertised. This was not the case here. The home is extraordinary. Its well laid out and and fully equipped for an extended stay. The location is also superb. I will miss sitting and judging people's golf game while listening to sea lions in the distance

This is a very nice house with a lot of room for a large group to gather or to find alone time, as well. The views are beautiful and there are two beaches within walking distance. Watching golf from the breakfast table was a daily entertainment for us. The hot tub worked great and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We took advantage of the many games, jigsaw puzzles, TVs and movies. We would not hesitate to recommend.

This house lived up to its listing. The house is very clean and the views are spectacular. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have ever stayed at in terms of appliances, pots and pans, etc. The host was great and answered a couple of questions we had. This was our first time to Bodega Bay and the family loved it. We had deer, jack rabbits and other wildlife out the backdoor. The beach has some fun tidal pools at low tide. The neighborhood is very quiet. Just be aware that VRBO lists it as 5 bedrooms, but considers the movie theater a bedroom because it has a pull out sleeper couch with a door that closes to the room. Not a big deal at all and we were just fine with it as we had a kid in that bed.

Our family stayed at the Royal Pacific home for an extended weekend stay in July. My kids and two grandkids. The home was beautiful and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful ocean and golf course views. There was lots to do at the house, And cooking in the kitchen was a lot of fun. Just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. I also want to include this house was beautifully decorated and the rooms are comfortable. 👌

Enjoyed this beautiful home. Very spacious great room/ Family room & kitchen. Wished there weren’t so many levels of stairs to the entertainment room, game room and bbq/spa area. Other than that we had a great week.

We were thrilled with the spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom home for our family vacation. We enjoyed the views, well-appointed kitchen, roomy hot tub, grill and golf and wineries nearby. Melony was so considerate with frequent emails and texts and suggestions for our adult group outings. The quiet neighborhood was ideal for relaxing on sleep-in mornings. We couldn’t ask for anything better!

We were a group of 7 staying here, all adults, all foodies, including a grill master. What a great place for us all to enjoy our company, cooking skills and some golf skills too. The place is so luxurious and well stocked. The view of the ocean a d golf course is unmatched and pictures don't do it justice. A true escape and memories for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

It just so happened that our time spent in Bodega Bay was during one of the biggest storms in years. Outdoor activities were out but the house is so conducive to indoor family interaction it was a lot of fun with kids home from college to the grandparents. The host, Melony, was easy to reach with any questions. Beautiful house with a great view.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and New Years with our family at Royal Pacific. It was perfect……a gorgeous home with incredible views. There were a lot of amenities to keep us entertained on a stormy, wet weekend. We loved the hot tub and watched movies together in the theater room each evening. The movie and games collections are incredible, and the kitchen is stocked with spices and staples. The home was very clean, and beautifully appointed. Royal Pacific was the perfect home to bond with family and enjoy Bodega Bay and it’s beauty.

Large, peaceful home on the golf course in Bodega Bay with terrific views of the water! It was great fun to watch a football game in the home theater! Location is an easy 25-35 minute drive to Sebastopol and to Santa Rosa shopping and eating if looking to get outside of cute Bodega Bay. Thanks for a sweet Christmas weekend!

We stayed for 3 nights between Christmas and New Years and it was the perfect property for our extended family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need (spices, crockpot, coffee filters, every pot and pan you could imagine)! The weather wasn’t the best for 1/2 of our stay but we kept busy indoors with the variety of puzzles and games that were available for us. The gas fireplaces really warmed up the room quickly! Beautiful view and soft carpets. There are a lot of tile stairs which was a little difficult for my 80 year old parents but we made it all work. Lots of memories made here! Definitely a wonderful find!

We came to bodega bay to celebrated my husband and Son birthday. The house we rented was beautiful and Clean. Melony was great. She checked in on us to make sure everything we needed.

35 years of staying at Bodega Bay and this house had everything we needed. Beautifully maintained. Only disappointment was that the "Media" room was not operational. Supply chain problems I would guess as the owner was trying to install all new video equipment and it did not arrive in time for our visit. Also, there was so many kitchen utensils that the drawers in the kitchen were extremely cluttered. But on a possitive side were'nt lacking for anything!

We make annual trip to Bodega Bay each summer with friends and family. The house is beautiful with amazing views and great amenities. The house is well stocked and has great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

House was great and well stocked kitchen for all our needs. Listing was a little misleading in that we believed it was 5 bedrooms with an additional pullout couch but there were actually only 4 full bedrooms and the 5th was the theater room which had a pull out couch. Other than that the house and location were great and we enjoyed our stay.
