Master suite dispone di un letto king size, cabina armadio e bagno con doppio lavabo e cabina doccia. Camera 1 ha un letto matrimoniale. Camera 2 ha un letto a castello in stile con un letto matrimoniale sul fondo e due letti XL in cima. Bagno 2 ha solo vanità e vasca / doccia combo. Cucina è dotata di granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Grande involucro intorno balcone fuori zona soggiorno spiaggia con vista. Balcone è arredato con 4 sedie Adirondack altezza balcone in stile dando una vista perfetta della spiaggia. La zona giorno e ogni camera è dotata di TV a schermo piatto. Situato al 4 ° piano.

We had a wonderful time staying in 401. Great location to all restaurants and shops. Everything was just as it was listed. We had plenty of room for our group of 5 and would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Orange Beach to rent this unit.

I never leave bad reviews, I should have believed other bad reviews that were posted here. Pros— nice big spacious condo with beautiful corner balcony in great location on the beach. Cons— dirty/filthy. Mold in shower and in kitchen. Reviews from back in 2022 saying large microwave over stove is broken so they just plopped a different microwave on counter is still true. Furniture is dated/used/old. Definitely Salvation Army rejected furniture someone didn’t want to pay to haul to dump. Can write your name in thick dust on bar glass. Holes in the walls all over from prior frat parties, doors taken off hinges and left by doorway.
Pro- contacted condo owner and she asked how to make it right. But as my family had already driven ten hours only to strive to a filthy condo, and then spent two hours cleaning the condo until it was at least livable for my child, my husband, and mother in law that night; there was nothing condo owner could do at that point as the chance for her to appropriately prepare condo for paying guests’ arrival was past. Disappointing as pictures posted are beautiful. So to expect what you see in pictures, and instead walk into a beat up party house with old furniture, dirty showers, fan blades in master bedroom completely sagging to pointing straight down to floor, dirty sink and black funk on faucet. I paid a premium price for this condo based off gorgeous pictures and good location. At least we got the good location and spacious condo.

We loved the location of this condo. It is a spacious condo. The beach access was super close. However, it wasn’t cleaned well. Some of the items aren’t what’s in the pics online (kitchen table, microwave over stove is broken so there’s one on the counter) coffee pot was broken (had to plug in to turn on then unplug to turn off or it would stay on all day). All the chairs at dining table need tightened. Little things that didn’t ruin our stay, but was upsetting considering the cost.

Let's start off saying I own a condo not far from there so I know how it is renting out your place for others to enjoy. The location was great. It's a very roomy condo Directly on the beach with great views, and a on beautiful beach.
Negative part: And I'm very picky when I'm paying top dollar. The condo sliding door was very hard to open to me and also the whirlpool tub in the master bed room was out of service. Credit to the Owners they may have this fixed by now or waiting on contractor to fix.
Overall a great roomy condo directly on the beach ready for some great family time.

Week get a way
We were looking for a place to get away from it all but not too far from home. This place was a short 5 hr drive with a lot of things to do in the area. The weather was great, we all got a little
too much sun but it was all good. The property is a little outdated but nice and clean. Being on the beach you can't help but bring some sand with you in the building, but we quickly learned how to deal with that. Over we all enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to anyone.

Amazing stay!!
This was a great place for our early vacation stay! Beach was not crowded at all, probably because of it being April. My daughter had a conference nearby, and this location was very convenient to everything we needed for our stay! When we arrived, we noticed several lights being out; however, we were able to correct that problem in no time. Because of my mom and grandchildren traveling with us, I did book this condo based on pictures and description of rooms and furniture. All worked out great except for no recliner; however, we made do with a chair and ottoman. Access to pools and the beach could not have been better. We had everything we needed for an amazing time. We would definitely love to be here again!!

The location of this condo was amazing. There are houses to the one side and empty field then public beach parking. I loved how there was not high rises packed along each other. The condo was very large and had a nice wrap around balcony. It was very clean and a nice decor. I would definetly stay here again. The only knock was you couldn't use the jetted tub but stuff like that happens. Still 5 star condo.

I am not sure what causes it, but the waters dance different in that spot than any other. The lay out of the bedrooms gives everyone privacy! A wonderful place to stay!

Best Sunrise Views!

The location of this condo is great and the Summerchase staff were friendly and helpful. The condo needs a thorough cleaning and minor repairs. We enjoyed our Gulf view and beach access very much.

We had a great time that was very relaxing. The property exceeded our expectations. It is well appointed and very spacious. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Views from the deck were awesome, particularly in the morning as the sun was coming up. The rail height deck chairs made lounging and views on the deck very relaxing - nice touch on chair height that you don't often think of. Beds were comfortable and amenities at the building met expectations. Though construction repairs were ongoing from Sally, we did not find this to be disruptive.

There were several things wrong with this unit cleanliness being the main issue. The entire unit was dire need of deep cleaning. The dining room chairs were not safe to sit on and were so worn out the bottoms were crumbling. The beds were comfortable and access to the beach was perfect.

The condo was a bit dirty when we arrived, just random bits of dirt and sand under the couch and in various places on the ground. The pantry door was off its track. The refrigerator door wouldn’t shut quite right but we were able to make it work. A quick sweep cleaned up the dirt and sand, so no big deal there. The light on the fan in the bunk bed room didn’t work but there is a lamp in there so that was fine as well. The view from this property is gorgeous though and was great for our family.

Great place. Clean and lovely. Does need some TLC with a few items. Wear and tear with renters is expected. Would stay here again. JoAnn was very good to work with.
