Moderna e recentemente arredata casa a pianta divisa su 3/2/2 piani sul canale con ascensore per barche e due box auto nel quartiere molto ricercato delle Isole Punta Gorda.
La casa è arredata con mobili nuovi di zecca e dettagli unici che riflettono la vera vita della Florida. Pavimenti in legno in tutta la zona giorno principale e moquette berbera nelle camere da letto.
L'open space comprende un soggiorno con divani in pelle e un televisore a schermo piatto da 65 pollici. (TUTTE LE TV SONO SMART TV) C'è un salotto separato appena fuori dal soggiorno principale con un divano che si estrae in un divano letto a una piazza e mezza, pouf e sedia accento.
La cucina aperta è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e bar per due persone.
Lavanderia separata dalla cucina.
Le porte scorrevoli a scomparsa nella sala da pranzo e nel soggiorno si aprono completamente per consentire un facile accesso all'area coperta patio / lanai che ha un'area salotto conversazionale, un bar esterno, un televisore a schermo piatto da 60 pollici, una griglia a gas e un gioco ad anello !!!
Lo schermo in piscina riscaldato dal sole e ha una luce personalizzata che cambia con una varietà di colori. Inoltre è incluso un resort illuminato di 11 piedi come un ombrello.

The property exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The property manager was responsive and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful spot to spend our Christmas with family! We look forward to coming back again.

We spent two weeks at this property. The location is very good and not very touristy compared to many areas we have stayed in previously which made it very laid back. We brought our boat and used the boat lift to make trips to the beach and fishing almost daily if the weather allowed. The house is well equipped and clean. About the only negative comment that we could make would be that we all agreed was that the outside patio furniture was new but was not very comfortable to sit in for very long periods. The property owner was very responsive with any needs. We would certainly recommend and may stay there again when going back to that area.

This home was beautiful in a great neighborhood. The pool was green with algae and unusable for 11 of the 14 days since his pool company didn't service it well. The kayaks were not safely usable from bay behind this home. Needs a ladder to climb down into.
The owner, Mr Johns was very responsive to calls but not really able to help.
He has agreed to a small refund and hopeful it will arrive. We did enjoy our stay in this beautiful home, just disappointed some of the amenities listed weren't easily available.

Relaxing Stay in Punta Gorda Isles
This home was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed and we liked being able to grill out whenever we wanted to. The weather was very warm and we were able to float in the pool and enjoy the nice lanai every day and evening. There are many great restaurants in the area also. The neighborhood is nice to enjoy a leisurely walk. We look forward to returning!

Awesome location
The property was beautiful, well maintained and comfortable.
It was great to have the dock and boat lift, this made easy access to the canals allowing us to go fishing.
The property owner was very helpful and often checked with us to see if we needed anything.
Looking forward to a future stay here again!

Great escape from winter weather!
Very nice house in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. The weather was perfect the entire month and we were able to enjoy the lanai/pool area every day. Would definitely book again.

Perfect stay for the beach lover in both of us!
This home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Every room reflected a vision of the Florida beach we expect to see when we visit the state. The owner had everything we needed to relax and make ourselves at home, including a welcome basket with goodies. Each day we explored the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda area. Then we could return to the pool and lanai to unwind and snooze in the sun! Can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven next year.

Great stay in Punta Gorda
Our trip came up at the last minute and everything worked out great. The house was great and we enjoyed the pool. Gregg the property manager was there to greet us and walked through the house. Highly recommend.

Property was perfect for a family with younger children.
Our daughter and her family came with us. The split floor plan and pocket doors allowed us to close off portions of the home, so could relax and see the kids from everywhere. The pool had a guard/fence that we put up. This also allowed us to keep the doors to the bar, grill and pool open adding security that the kids wouldn't end up in the pool unattended.
We used the boat lift as a way to lower ourselves into the water. It worked great!

Very nice, but-----
Upon arriving we were very impressed with the house. After staying the night and the next morning we realized the home was not very clean. We had to wash the Windows because they were all very smeared. The bathrooms and a lot of the corners were very dusty. All the pans in the oven drawer were all greasy and dirty. Had to scrub. There were no clocks in the bedrooms. I bought three clocks,a bath mat and many hangers. The kitchen cupboard door never closed. Fixed it with Velcro. After we cleaned all, we enjoyed the home.

This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our FL get-away.
The master suite is totally separate from the other 2 bedrooms and bath, so the layout was perfect for our stay since we were vacationing with our son's young family. We loved our time spent here.

Yes, what you see on the VRBO website for this property is exactly what you get--an attractive, roomy, comfortable house with a beautiful lanai-pool combination off the living room. Nearly brand new everything (furniture, carpet, wood flooring), all systems in excellent condition. Most appealing to us and our family: the property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with, attentive to our questions, helpful and cordial in every communication. For our needs and purposes this trip, this house was perfect. -- Richard and Phyllis Pacholski
