Shoreham Towers II è uno degli edifici più esclusivi e unici sull'oceano a North Myrtle Beach. Pochi proprietari di case affittano, quindi il lungomare non è affollato come nei grandi resort. La nostra unità angolare di 1650 piedi quadrati presenta finestre dal soffitto al pavimento, avvolgenti e balconi su ogni stanza. Le viste su e giù per la costa sono spettacolari!
Ci prendiamo molta cura e piacere nel mantenere e aggiornare le nostre cinque case: Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) e Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

Questa unità è arredata con gusto e dotata di numerosi comfort e servizi di casa. I mobili sono mantenuti in buone condizioni, i materassi sono di alta qualità e la pulizia è assolutamente essenziale! Forniamo pulizie e biancheria alla partenza. I posti letto sono il re nel maestro, la regina nel secondo, i gemelli nel terzo.
Home ha quattro televisori, DVD e accesso internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità. Vi è un ampio parcheggio in loco e una hall protetta. Gli scivoli della spazzatura sono su ogni piano. Barbecue, area picnic e bagni sono a bordo piscina. Sempre a livello della spiaggia si trova un magazzino privato con sedie a sdraio, boogie board e giochi di sabbia (l'offerta varia a seconda degli elementi).
I noleggi vanno da sabato a sabato. Siamo un condominio NON FUMATORI e questa politica si applica anche alla zona del balcone. Non sono ammessi animali, non sono ammessi motocicli all'interno della proprietà. Solo adulti con più di 25 anni e famiglie.

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach and beautiful weather.......

Beautiful views from both inside and out of condo. Perfect private location with easy access to all other areas of Myrtle Beach. Condo contained everything needed indoor and out. Cannot say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, kindness and goal of owner to make sure our stay was top shelf. We wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this unit again.

We have stayed many times in North Myrtle over the years and this was by far the best location.
There was never an issue with parking, never an issue getting the elevator or even waiting for it. Never an issue with noise. There are bathrooms by the pool so that you don’t have to run up to your room. Only a few steps up to the beach not a long pier with many steps. Never a line to use the outside shower to wash off the sand.
The condo itself was by far the best stocked and we brought everything from home. Soaps, cleaning products, trash bags etc. Very clean and comfortable.
The washer and dryer worked very well which is a major bonus for a family of 6.
The owner clearly has a very well operated rental process with following up with customer during the week to see if we needed anything.

The two things that initially drew me to this property - the view, and the comments/ratings of the property - were just as advertised. Upon booking this property, Margaret reached out to make us aware of events going on while we were there since it was our first trip to N Myrtle. We appreciated her desire to make sure we had a great vacation. We had great time and plan to return.

We stayed in this condo which was very clean and very convenient to everything. It’s a very quiet building and the people that live there are friendly also. The owner Margaret was very helpful and even called to check and make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed and more was provided. Communications with the owner was fabulous, couldn't have been better.
We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years, staying at different condos for various reasons and this. by far, was the nicest one we have stayed at. When we walked in the door, I just said "WOW!!" I would recommend any of the William's condos. Margaret is easy to talk to and the information was spot on.

Once again, as we did last year, our family enjoyed Margaret’s beautiful condo, the comfortable beds with lovely linens, a kitchen that makes feeding everyone not only with complete necessities but with a GREAT view the entire time!! This condo is beautiful. The view is gorgeous and we had the most relaxing experience. Margaret is remarkable with her property and communicates well to make sure all is good for our stay. We look forward to coming back next year!

It was very clean, and private. Plenty of room. It was a little confusing finding the key when we first got there. Another couple who just arrived also helped us, and Margret returned my call immediately to help us. Garbage/recycle was not clear. From the way the sign reads, only food garbage goes in the shoot, everything else goes across the street to the dumpster, or hopefully that is where we were suppose to take it. Just little things. We would come back for sure. Beautiful Condo, and views. Store was close, for your groceries.

The condo was very clean ,comfortable and well stoked .The views were amazing from just about every room. My wife and I stated here at Christmas it was so quiet and peaceful time. We really enjoyed are stay.The host was great to deal with communication was A plus. I have already recommended to friends.we will definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful. It is clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Walls of windows provide spectacular views, both north and south, of the beach and ocean. Fantastic balcony. The location is exceptional. The host is quick to respond and communication is great. We look forward to scheduling another vacation here.

The location could not have been more perfect. Looking off the balcony both directions we're crowds as far as you could see, we we're very impressed that our section of the beach was quiet and open for our enjoyment. The condo itself was very clean and it was nice to have the personal check in from the owner confirming everything was to our standards.

The condo is very clean, and is well equipped with everything you need. It is very comfortable as well as a very relaxing condo. The building is quiet and other guests are always friendly within the building. The accommodations for this condo makes for a perfect vacation!

No complaints at all! GREAT CONDO
The kitchen fully stocked so I could cook all week. The rooms were all clean & comfortable beds. The beach was not crowded at all compared to the ones on both sides. Owner is great! Highly recommended!

A Slice of Perfection!
Truth is, from my first contact with Mrs. Margaret Williams I knew this was going to be a wonderful place in which to enjoy a beachfront family vacation, but this condo was beyond expectation! The list of pluses for 5a at Shoreham Towers II would make this review too long…trust me…but here’s a few: a lovely, well-appointed, clean living space; a kitchen with just about everything you could need already in place; beautiful linens for comfy beds and let’s not forget the VIEW!! Windows everywhere made the view an ever present gift! Thank you, Margaret, for sharing this beautiful “slice of perfection” and, Lord willing, we hope to enjoy it again in the future.

Over the past six or seven years, my husband and I have stayed in various North Myrtle Beach condos. All were good. This one was the best yet. Clean, great views, great location. Excellent parking, great owner communication. We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect
Check in was flawless. Margaret sent us the keys ahead of time. We walked in and it was like we were in a palace. Wall to Wall windows with an awesome view as stated. It was clean and felt like home. Fully stocked kitchen. Bed and sheets were incredible. Can't say anything at all negative about this rental. We will be coming back again and again. What a great host and fantastic rental. Thank you again for making our anniversary perfect Margaret.

We had a fabulous time! Everything was perfect, just as it was described online and by Ms. Williams. She was great to work with and we would go back in a heartbeat! We were thankful it was so welll stocked with anything we may have forgotten to take. It was incredibly clean and well cared for! We were very thankful for such a great week! The owner was wonderful to work with and the unit was immaculate. The property is a large 3 bedroom with a huge living area. Lots of glassware, flatware and plates were provided. Wonderful location and we will be certain to rent again. This condo has everything. Thank you!

Great place to vacation!
This condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and right on the beach! The perfect place to stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony gave us the most beautiful views of the ocean. The owner was very helpful in making sure our week there was perfect!

Absolutely awesome
Our fourth stay at the Williams’ condos and I’m still amazed every time with how perfect things are. Well kept, clean, makes it feel like home! So thankful to have had this time with my family! Thank you Margaret, we hope to see you again next year!

Felt like home.
We stayed in unit 5A. There was nothing about this rental to be disappointed in. It was as clean as home and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. Parking was easy and access to everything to do was convenient. The view and assess ability to the beach was a minute away. Mrs Williams was a joy to work with.
