I was in love with the building (high ceilings, big wooden doors, big windows, staircase) and all the designe touches (artificial but really nice flowers, art at walls). The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the metro stop, main streets and attractions so you can walk everywhere. Despite central location it was very quiet and peaceful. Beds are comfortable. There was enough space for everybody. We also liked the option of Budapest Breakfast Cards and we had no problem in communication with the stuff. Though we can’t rate the fictionally as high as the design I thing we would stay again in the apartment in case of traveling in the group of 4-6.

For everyone that have read the comments about broken shower - it’s is already fixed and works perfectly :). The sink in the bathroom could be bigger, especially that there is enough place . There are no hangers for jackets next to the front doors. Some stuff was not working well (remote control from tv, bedside lights, drawers in the wardrobe). The kitchen was also not so well equipped. But Budapest has so much to offer that there was no time for cooking or watching tv so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Overall, our stay was great. The apartment is very clean, well maintained. We had only one issue - it was quite cold inside. For the future, the host could be more responsive during the stay as we contacted him with no answer. Also, adding the easiest way of how to get to the apartment by public trnasport from the main spots (airport, train/bus station) would be highly welcomed. When it comes to breakfast, I think this could be improved. We found only one absolutely great breakfast spot called SIXLETTER!!! Thats a must go. The breakfast doesnt have much of variety and many of them are closed during the weekend!

Old building with no lift. Inside the apartment is good with new furniture. Check-in time is very late (4 pm) because this is when the cleaning finishes (According to the host). This being said, I found dust on surfaces and spider net on the ceiling (pictures attached). Bathroom can not be locked (They MUST FIX the bathroom door locker). The host never responded to my calls and messages when I needed him/her even during the written service hours. I had to pay for dropping my luggages at a different address that was 20 minutes (walking) far from the apartment. I was informed about paying for luggages (Which is not reasonable) only two days prior to my arrival when the payment was not anymore refundable. I requested early check-in and it was rejected immediately and I had to wait 5 hours until I was allowed to the apartment. Being fare, the check-in with the key box at the front door was pretty easy with the instructions and pictures available in a PDF file. The location is close to many city cites and shopping centers.

Host did not help, they did accept early check in and they have a very late check in time.

Beautiful apartment, modern furnishings, friendly and helpful staff (for example, they immediately sent us a new iron as a replacement). The system of getting breakfast cards and choosing between several restaurants is great. Checkin instruction is perfectly described. Location is central and quiet.

The building is old and the apartment is in need of repair in many places. Bedside lamps did not work, the shower door was missing, so the whole bathroom was always wet. The mattress under the cover has large stains, unfortunately, since the cover is thin, you can not miss it.

The location is superb, during our stay the main sights were max 30min from the apartment by foot or public transport. Arrival from airport is also OK. The apartment matched the pictures, clean, spacious, with very high ceiling. The air conditioning was a life saver during the hot days. Both beds were comfortable, with big pillows. Apartment had the needed tools/appliences that you would need. We had no issues with check in process, instruction was clear and straight forward. The breakfast coupons worked well, recommend caffee Shakerito from the list.

The shower was missing part of wall, you needed to shower carefully in order not to flood the bathroom. Iron and fan were not working, toster was semi-functional (for us this was a minor inconvenience,but still could be fixed) Late check in (16)

The location is perfect!

Very good location and price, nice and clean apartment, everything was well explained from the host via email and messages. Generally we were 2 couples and we enjoyed our stay.

We were 4 people for 4 days and there was not enough toilet paper for the whole stay. Also there is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so it's a kind of good fitness to walk up the stairs.

The apartment is spacious, well-located and check in/check out was super easy. Heating is also very strong!

Sound isolation is quite bad, you hear everything from inside and outside. Bathroom door don't have the key, and they are very loud when you open or close them, so if somebody is sleeping it would wake them up probably. Also iron is not working, and TV remotes didn't have batteries. And one sleeping room doesn't have curtains on one window so it gets very bright in the morning.

The Appartment was spacious and modern. The breakfast is provided through cards that you can use at coffee place partners, I liked the variety of options. The self-check-in was helped through WhatsApp where I was assisted to drop my luggage until the time of check in. They made sure I had all information needed for a smooth stay. The location is very convenient, at a walking distance from major sightseeing places and transportation Network. The place is a great value for money.

Bathroom door is hard to open and the shower rack is completely broken. Poorly stocked (no wine glasses tea towels, shower gel or other basic things in the apartment). They had forgotten to give any breakfasts cards to us and I had to keep asking for them since we checked in at 5pm and they were not apologetic when half the people had already left by the time we got them after 11am so half got no breakfast. Check in time is after 4pm and check out before 10am.
