BEAUTIFUL MTN VIEW , HOT TUB & NEAR GOLF
Spaziosa casa privata a 2 piani con concetto semi aperto. Grande ingresso con soffitto di 24 piedi e soffitti di 10 piedi in tutto il resto della casa. L'ingresso di casa si affaccia sul bellissimo lago mentre il cortile offre una vista mozzafiato mozzafiato su South Mountain. Questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 5 bagni possono ospitare comodamente 8 persone. La casa è stata rinnovata e dipinta di fresco nel 2014, con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in tutta la cucina, che è anche dotata di tutti gli articoli da cucina, posate e bevande, con anche un bar per la colazione. Tavolo da pranzo per un massimo di 8 persone con sedie in pelle e lampadario. Il soggiorno ha divani in pelle con una smart TV. Tutti i bagni e il primo piano presentano splendide piastrelle in ceramica da 20 pollici. Il patio coperto si affaccia sulle montagne ma ha anche illuminazione esterna e ventilatori a soffitto con nuovissimo set da pranzo nel patio, nuove sedie a sdraio, pozzo del fuoco e griglia a gas in acciaio inossidabile. Il primo piano offre anche un mezzo bagno, dispensa, lavanderia dotata di lavatrice / asciugatrice ad alta efficienza e 3 box auto.
Il secondo piano ha tre camere da letto, soppalco, 2 balconi e 2 bagni. La prima camera da letto ha un letto a castello, un futon e una cabina armadio. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio, balcone con vista sul tramonto, sul lago e sui Monti Estrella. Il bagno è dotato di vasca / doccia, lunga toeletta e pavimento piastrellato. Il loft ha una stampante wireless, un divanetto in pelle e una scrivania. La camera da letto principale è davvero per i maestri, con un letto king memory foam, lenzuola di lusso e un grande bagno padronale. Il bagno principale ha doppio lavabo con specchio da 8 piedi, ampia doccia, vasca da giardino separata e toilette separata. Il grande balcone principale si affaccia sulle South Mountains con 2 nuovissime poltrone.
WiFi gratuito con il tuo soggiorno. La maggior parte degli armadi ha serrature per bambini. Aria centrale in tutta la casa, ventilatori a soffitto anche in tutta la casa. Nuovi materassi per tutti i letti sono stati acquistati a febbraio 2014.

Okay place to stay. Lack of TV stations.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for 9 nights around Thanksgiving 2020. We worked from the home on Monday - Wednesday and enjoyed working at the table out on the patio while enjoying the sunshine, warmth and views.
When we arrived just past midnight on Saturday, we discovered that the refrigerator had stopped working. We contacted Tammy first thing on Saturday morning. She had someone stop by right away and had a new refrigerator for us by 9 a.m. Sunday morning! She was fantastic!
With COVID running rampant across the country, it was comforting that Tammy had a "sanitizing station" set up for us with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes. The attention to detail was much appreciated.
The bed was comfortable, there was ample dresser and closet space for our belongings. The master bathroom was amazing.
We have travelled fairly extensively and stayed in many homes. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and look forward to staying there again.

This property is spacious and well laid out. All necessities were easily available. Nice outdoor space too, I used the patio in back a lot and the fire bowl a few times. Location was perfect for my work site. The one-ply TP was a miss at this price point. There is a sweet little balcony in front but it was unusable because of so much bird poop. I asked the owner about having it cleaned and she told me to sweep it off. It was more of a power wash job so I just didn’t use it. I did move to the guest room after a few nights because the master mattress wasn’t great for me. The master bath is great. Nice and big with a separate soaker tub and walk in shower, both of which I used a lot. Everything else was wonderful. I would and probably will use it again.

The house was so nice for relaxing. We enjoyed the patio and grill as well as the balcony off the master bedroom. All the amenities were as advertised except the golf course which closed last summer/fall. Laveen is a nice area with large grocery stores, pharmacies, and your typical fast food and small restaurants. We always felt safe in the gated community. Enjoyed the view of mountains in the back and lake across the street with lots of waterfowl.
