CASA JOYERO È UNA SOLA PROPRIETÀ DI PROPRIETÀ E NON È CONDIVISA CON VILLA ZAFIROS A MENO CHE NON SIA AFFITTATO INSIEME DALLA STESSA FESTA. NESSUN ACCESSO DA PROPRIETÀ AD ALTRI A MENO CHE NON SIA AFFITTATO INSIEME DALLA STESSA PARTE.
È possibile visualizzare la nostra proprietà sorella adiacente denominata Villa Zafiros (VRBO # 673494). Combinando entrambe le proprietà è possibile avere fino a 6 camere da letto totali. Villa Zafiros è una camera da letto 3 e non può essere divisa, ma Casa Joyero può essere divisa in 1, 2 o 3 camere da letto. Pertanto, se hai bisogno di 5 camere da letto, potresti prendere in considerazione l'affitto di Villa Zafiros (3 camere) e le 2 camere da letto a Casa Joyero, per un totale di 5.
A dicembre 2015 abbiamo completato il nostro terreno confinante con Villa Zafiros, Casa Joyero (Jewel Box). Ora che la costruzione è finita, stiamo offrendo questo gioiello incredibilmente dettagliato a pochi individui selezionati all'anno.
Composta da 1 camera da letto STUDIO e 2 camere da letto di lusso CASITA, Casa Joyero può essere affittata come 1 camera da letto, 2 camere da letto o l'intera proprietà come 3 camere da letto. Con dettagli come fontane private sui patii della casita, docce all'aperto, sala da pranzo all'aperto con un tavolo per 10, grande cucina all'aperto ma coperta, bagno completo ... adorerai la meravigliosa maestria di Casa J. Entra nei cancelli forgiati a mano in ferro battuto, progettati dal nostro architetto pluripremiato. Tutte le finestre e le porte in ferro in tutta la proprietà sono state progettate e create individualmente.
Lo STUDIO è autonomo, completo di un piccolo piano di cottura, splendide finestre in legno personalizzate con vetro messicano opaco per la privacy, aria condizionata, bagno privato e doccia, opere d'arte e incredibili controsoffitti in cemento e vetro a forma di mano. Nuovo letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto, illuminazione personalizzata e altre caratteristiche. PERFETTO per una coppia!
Le CASITAS: Appena passato lo studio è un cancello d'ingresso che ti porta nella casitas di Casa Joyero. Una volta dentro vedrete il massiccio tavolo da pranzo mesquite con posti a sedere fino a 10. Grande sala da pranzo all'aperto e spaziosa cucina è il luogo di ritrovo perfetto. Pareti di piastrelle selezionate e lavorate a mano in cucina, l'illuminazione proveniente da determinate regioni del Messico conferisce a questo spazio un'atmosfera autentica che non si trova da nessun'altra parte in Sayulita.

Coloro che affittano CASA JOYERO non avranno accesso alla proprietà di Villa Zafiros, compresa la piscina e i terreni della VZ, né gli ospiti di VILLA ZAFIROS potranno accedere alla proprietà CJ a meno che: Solo combinando entrambi o facendo in modo che gli amici affittino l'uno o l'altro allo stesso tempo, puoi avere accesso a entrambe le proprietà.

We rented both Casa Joyero and Villa Zafiros. We really enjoyed our stay, and the house is lovely!
We were a group of 9 adults, staying the first week of June, which is the start of the rainy season. We didn't have any problems with the rain, however it was hot and extra humid. Having a pool was a huge help with that, we hopped in whenever the heat got to be too much! It was also really nice that the pool man came almost everyday. There is a lot of foliage around the pool and it was very nice to have someone come clean up every morning.
There were a few issues with the air conditioners burning out due to the intermediate power outages in town that week. The house manager was quick to respond to the issues and did his best to take care of us.
We were very happy we utilized the private chef at the house. Her name was Lulu and her food was fantastic! She cooked for us, served us and cleaned up! Worth every penny!
Finally, the best part of the house is its location. You cannot beat the its proximity to EVERYTHING! And it is a short walk to the Playa de los Muertos--which was a really nice escape from the busier beach area. The only downside to being close to town would be the roosters--you can't avoid hearing them... just bring ear plugs ;)
Overall we were very happy with our stay!

This place is incredibly beautiful and romantic. The outdoor showers are the greatest thing ever and the kitchen and amenities are top notch. You won't find nicer in the city and especially not that close to everything you would want.

This was our second trip to Sayulita, and we once again stayed on an amazing Mike and Lola property. On our previous visit, we stayed in their neighboring home, Villa Zafiros. We loved Zafiros - but were excited to see this new addition.
They have truly built an architectural delight, while maintaining the integrity of the beautiful natural surroundings. Each bedroom felt like an independent luxury hotel room, and the private gardens and fountains in the Casitas made it even more special and unique. Every area is masterfully decorated with a balance of modern touches and authentic local elements. The aesthetics alone will make you happy and relaxed.
As with Villa Zafiros, the location is perfect for those wanting to spend time wandering the town or on the beach. Almost anywhere in town is just a short walk away, with excellent dining and drinking establishments literally steps from the house. The hosts have thought of literally everything to make this a very easy and comfortable journey and stay. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Sayulita and hope to return again soon!
