We just stayed at Bill’s property for the third time, so clearly we have enjoyed our experiences here! We managed to rent this house for ND Freshman move-in weekend, JPW and now graduation. It’s remarkable that in four years, the house has really showed no signs of aging - it’s been kept in great shape by the owner. It’s spacious, with a good sized backyard, easy parking, and very close to campus. Really has everything you need for a great stay in South Bend!

Thank you for renting to our family! We had a great stay. The home is as pictured- very clean, excellent home. Family with adult kids came into town for ND football weekend. Plenty of space, enjoyed walking to campus, hanging out together in home, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My college roommates and I were all in town for another roommates son’s wedding. The house was incredible! Clean, very spacious, everyone had their own bed. The house was super close to ND where the ceremony was and for a nice walk around campus (we went to the University of Dayton). It was very close to all the rest of the festivities and for a quick run to the grocery store. The beds were VERY comfortable, in fact one roomie took a picture of the tag because she wants to buy one for home. We loved sitting out back on the patio the first evening there and then for coffee in the morning. If we could give the house 10 stars (max was 5) we would have!
