Viste scintillanti da questo due camere da letto, due bagni condominio Fronte del Golfo. Se siete in cerca di un'ottima posizione con splendide viste sul golfo e sulla spiaggia, questo è l'appartamento che fa per voi. Mentre questo condominio al terzo piano ha arredi più antichi, cucina e bagni originali, è ancora un'ottima posizione e una splendida vista sul Golfo. La cucina funzionale con elettrodomestici aggiornati ha tutto il necessario per fare un ottimo pasto. Il soggiorno aperto ha una splendida vista sull'acqua e sul lanai. Rilassati al suono delle onde o guarda un bellissimo tramonto dal grande lanai con nuovi mobili da giardino. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size e di un bagno privato con doccia piastrellata. La camera degli ospiti ha due comodi letti gemelli con testiere in rattan. Il bagno per gli ospiti separato ha una doccia piastrellata.
Ascoltate le onde si infrangono, a piedi, il guscio rivestito spiaggia, giocare una partita a tennis, rilassarsi sul ponte superiore e guardare i tramonti di fama mondiale. Una vera vacanza al mare a Sanibel Island!

The Host was wonderful. The property was excellent. The amenities, appliances, supplies and decoration were some of the best I've seen in a rental unit. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Exceptional views of the beach. Nothing bad to say about this unit. I will definitely be ready to get again.

We had a fabulous vacation in this area of Sanibel Island. However we were very disappointed in the condition of the apartment.
Linens were clean, beds were comfy, all new kitchen appliances, lots of dishes, plates, bowls etc.
BUT unfortunately the rest of the apartment was very shabby. The carpet was obviously old and stained in places. The sofa bed was just downright "grimy". Lot's of the incidental side lights didn't work even though we went out and bought new bulbs.
The shower door and grouting in the main bathroom was badly cracked and rusty. I have taken pictures to back up my comments. The electric wiring in the unit was just dangerous , being draped and hanging over doors, A whole electrical 4x4 box was totally open and uncovered. The very small washing machine was useable but the whole inner core was cracked and broken which caught on anything other than towels that were put in it. Something very big and rough must have been put in it at some time.
The Dining table was badly marked and stained and all the cushions inside and out were very shabby.
There was a beautiful cabinet full of shells and sea glass that would have looked stunning if had been able to be lit.
A/C was good and efficient but very noisy, maybe needs servicing.
As we said, the position of the unit is fabulous, beautiful full-on beach views, beach breezes. The outdoor roof top seating was a glorious place to relax in the early evening before going out for dinner. We did comment to Kingfisher Vacation Rentals while we were staying there and they promptly replied letting us know that each unit is individually owned and they have little control over any updating done on individual condo's. We did look at a couple of others as they were being vacated and cleaned and it just confirmed our opinion of #8. As we said we do have photographs of what we are talking about if anyone would like to view them we would be happy to forward them.
