Che scoperta! Questa proprietà unica si trova nel centro di Tucson, vicino all'Università dell'Arizona. Questa unità silenziosa e privata è completamente murata con un garage per due auto e un patio privato. Completamente ristrutturato con cucina e bagno hickory, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi rivestimenti per finestre in legno e nuovi mobili. Questo luminoso stile messicano sud-occidentale è completo con pavimenti in piastrelle Saltillo in tutto, bagni piastrellati messicani, opere d'arte luminose e soffitti alti. Questa casa dispone di un piano camera da letto diviso con il maestro da un lato e due camere da letto dall'altro con porte del fienile messicano che dividono la terza camera dallo spazio abitativo. C'è un camino nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo e un accogliente chiminea nel maestro. Le porte di sicurezza schermate che portano a tutte le aree esterne consentono di godere della brezza incrociata. Questa casa è la destinazione perfetta per i visitatori invernali, ci piacerebbe che tu restassi la stagione invernale!

This was the third winter we spent in this midtown townhouse and treasured every minute. Its proximity to all things Tucson and to the Bike Loop is very appealing to us. Margery has stocked the house well for long term stays and its outdoor amenities have added to our comfort. Recommend!

This townhome is great and why we returned for a second winter. The close proximity to the Tucson Bike Loop is a big plus for us, as well as local shopping and restaurants nearby. It has a very well stocked kitchen for long term stays and there are many nice amenities throughout to add to our comfort. Margery is very responsive to any of our needs or requests. The outside space is awesome, as well as relaxing, and provides an incredible place to bird watch!

Your home has been a very special part of our experience in Tucson this month. You have provided everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. We’ve appreciated all the amenities. Especially important is the fact that you are so centrally located to everywhere. It seemed as if all of our journeys in and around Tucson were within 30 or less minutes. We’ve loved being close to all the outdoor parks and activities. Each day walking on the river trail has been such a peaceful experience, not to mention getting our steps in each day. The birdlife here is so joyful. Thanks for providing the feeders. Your collection of art astounds me each and every day—what a very cheerful, warm and inviting home you’ve created. Thanks, again, for a great home away from home experience.
