The staff was so friendly! The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the location in relation to the city as well.
The room was not really cool enough for me. The breakfast selections weren't as good the 2nd day.

Overall a nice hotel. Good location.
They have poor processes in areas. Breakfast. We've stayed there 2 times in last month and both times we waited on hot food. The process isn't honed to get more food in at a better pace.
Morning peak check out time the elevators are tied up by cleaning crew with trash cans and laundry carts. We waited 12 minutes this morning to go from 2nd floor to first.

I liked the location.
My husband was going to use the pillow from the chair to prop his back. When he lifted the pillow, there was a pair of panties beneath it. So disappointing. I questioned had the bed really been cleaned prior to my booking.

Breakfast was well donel
We returned to our room at eight p.m. on night one, having left eleven hours earlier. The room was not made up. Not the end of the world but not good. Asked the desk clerk the next morning, “Is there some reason our room was not made up?” She answered, “Oh, you have to ask for that.” Here’s news: No I don’t. Unacceptable hotel management as far as I’m concerned.
