excellent location, room had lots of space. most staff doesn’t speak English.

outdated, didn’t clean once while we were there. noise of construction in the morning. spotty wifi didn’t work in the room

It was close to the beach.

Almost impossible to find the reception to check in and communicate with the property. The hot water was not working. Preferred high floor, got lowest floor.

Big, spacious penthouse with 2 big terrace.

Beside the fact that the credit card was not required while we were booking the apartment, during the check in the receptionist said that the apartment that we booked is not available. He explained that we haven’t paid the deposit and that’s why our apartment was given to another people. He proposed us another more expensive apartment. So the reservation in this condo doesn’t guaranty that your apartment will be available while you arrive. Additionally, there were no warm water both in the kitchen and bathrooms. In our penthouse there were two rooms that have a view on the construction side.

I was charged more than double what I was quoted.

Location - 30m to the beach. 15 min walk to supermarket. Some bars and restaurants near to the apartament. Nice pool area.

Ground flor was a bit dark apartament, with really bad sea view (it was covered by lots of cars). Bad exchange rate 1USD = 59DOP, better pay with deducted ammout of USD.
