Rilassante tre camere da letto, due bagni casa di fronte all'oceano. Grande veranda protetta sul lato della spiaggia. Sopravvissuto all'uragano Firenze senza danni interni. Nuovo tetto, nuovo HVAC, nuovo tappeto e illuminazione. Nuovi passi e accesso alla spiaggia, ritorno alle condizioni pre-Flo. Tutti i comfort di una casa lontano da casa con camera da letto principale con bagno annesso con letto king size, seconda camera con letto matrimoniale e terza camera con un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello, ventilatori a soffitto in due delle tre camere da letto, Wifi gratuito, 3 colori TV via cavo, (cavo espanso) 2 videoregistratori, 2 DVD, stereo CD-W AM-FM, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, microonde e lavatrice / asciugatrice.
All'esterno della casa, ha una terrazza sulla spiaggia con un fronte bambino / cancello cane e la spiaggia proiettati in veranda con dondolo, un tavolo da picnic per pranzo con vista sull'oceano e sedie a dondolo per godere della vista mare, doccia esterna, veranda e griglia a carbone. Vietato fumare. Animali ammessi a pagamento. Biancheria devono essere pre-ordinato.
Dolphin Watch si trova tra i comuni di Surf City Topsail Beach. Entrambi offrono molti negozi e ristoranti. Anche circa un'ora di auto a Wilmington e Wrightsville Beach.

Overall this beach home was just as great as we anticipated... It was clean, well furnished, and exactly as described. Best of all... the screened in porch was THE BOMB! - and we spent a ton of time out there day/night. Beach access was very close as well as very long and flat which we greatly appreciated when compared to the N. Topsail Beach area. Also being situated pretty much half way between Surf City and Topsail Beach (the town) was great when we needed to run out for morning coffee, groceries, gift shops, or dinner. The host (Greg) was easy to reach and very friendly. He provided accurate check inout instructions along with other necessary info for our stay well before we arrived on TI. We used the Sweet Dreams Linens service, which worked wonderfully as they were familiar with what we needed for the home and delivered it before we arrived.We have already recommended this beach home to our friends/family as we had a great week on the island!

Our stay was amazing! Home was very clean and beautiful, exactly what we needed. Our own personal beach/ocean view was spectacular. Weather couldn’t have been any better. Our host was a phone call away if we needed anything & actually checked in with us during our stay & after we left. We already are planning going back in the fall.

The house was very comfortable for our family of 4. There was every amenity that you could possibly think of. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping.We had not been in Topsail/Surf City in about 20 years, it was just as enjoyable as we remembered.
