This is a property you will not want to miss for a excellent vacation on the beach. This condo is beautifully decorated and designed for you and your family. The owner is always available. The sunsets and Dolphins watch from the baloney is amazing. We will be back

This property was stunning. Incredible view, clean, beautiful beach and a short walk to Johns pass. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay. Was a great location - walking distance to beach town area and shopping/restaurants. Many options simply across the street. Clean beach and clean water. Clean condo on 3rd floor with wonderful views of the beach/ocean. Property manager/owner VERY responsive to needs and questions. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo is spacious and clean. The furnishings are perfect for the size. The dining table seats 8. There are plenty of chairs on the balcony for everyone to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, bowls, etc. There was a wine fridge too. We were six at the condo and 3 others visiting and staying close by and there was plenty of seating for our mini celebration. It is a perfect home base for city field trips. The two parking spots are handy and necessary. The unit is close to the elevator, which is nice. Two thumbs up!

This is the perfect place on the beach. It was awesome to be sitting on our balcony and watching the dolphins jumping in the water. Very clean, close to restaurants and stores. He was very good at answering our questions. This place exceeds expectations. We are planning on coming back again

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the ocean views from the condo and easy access to the beach. My kids loved the beach toys that the condo provided, and the playpen was a great spot for my baby to sleep.

My family has stayed in multiple condos at Madeira Beach over the years, including other units in this building. This unit definitely has the nicest finishes and most comfortable accommodations. We had 9 people in our party, and found there was plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, soft towels & linens, beach towels, and beach toys. The hosts were pleasant and accessible, and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The building is right on the beach, with a shared pool and covered parking. There are plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Your place was absolutely wonderful. So close to the beach. It was even better than the pictures showed on website. It was close to everything. There were 2 adult women, and there was more than enough room.

We loved our stay at Las Brisas! The condo is very comfortable and is very well stocked with beach towels and beach toys. Bring your own laundry detergent to utilize the washer/ dryer. The only thing I wish the condo had was a portable crib so we didn’t have to bring one with us while flying. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our 6 day stay in this condo, which was well appointed with all you need to enjoy your stay away from home. We had 6 adults and 2 small children. Very clean, beds we’re comfortable, beach towels provided were convenient, and quick walk out to beach from elevator. Close to John’s Pass and plenty of restaurants, although everything you need to cook a meal. I will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed at Las Brisas several times. This was our first time in this unit. It’s beautifully designed and decorated with a few extra features. There’s an entry nook which I found convenient and very useful, also, a wine bar nook which is very useful as well ;) The bedding was nice and comfortable. We just love being right on the beach and being able to watch sunsets from the balcony. We had a wonderful stay!

We traveled to Madeira Beach for travel softball. Upon arrival we were so impressed with the size of the location. We had 7 people plus all our ball equipment. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. The beach of the property was the perfect size and never overcrowded. A few nights friends came over for a drink and to swim. They were all impressed with our condo. Our place was ranked the best out of all 12 places we had girls staying. We will definitely return.

We loved the comfort and functionality of the space. We loved that it took only a couple minutes to walk from our room to the water’s edge! Wonderful location with great restaurants and shopping very nearby, even walking distance. The owner could not have been more available to respond to our questions. We have already booked to return to this unit next summer!

This property is gorgeous inside and out. Right on the beach as described and just as comfortable and cozy as it looks in the pictures. All questions were answered very quickly and any information I needed was emailed to me before our trip started! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was extraordinary. The condo is completely updated, very well maintained and in the prime location- perfect beachfront spot and also close to shopping, restaurants, bars etc. The owners provided us with an information packet ahead of our arrival which was very helpful. They also make themselves available in the event that guests need anything and when we did reach out they were incredibly responsive. We absolutely loved our time here!

A very happy week on the beach with my daughter and her 11y.o. at Madeira Beach. The condo was presented with new kitchen and details included. I frequently cook meals and appreciated the quality of the entire renovation. I had to drag the "girls" out at leaving time.

The unit looks to be recently remodeled. The view and location are perfect. As you know, not everything is going to be perfect. The bedding and beds, to me, were OK. If you like firm pillows, you are in luck. If not, consider bringing your own. The appliances, pots/pans have seen better days; however, it is understandable with the number of guests in and out in a year. If you use kitchen dish rags, bring them. Sponges are stocked. Also, only one dish towel, so consider bringing more especially for a longer stay. Was great having the full size washer/dryer in its own room. If the unit was available next year, we definitely would have booked it and probably for the next several years...we liked it that much. Great communication with hosts which is important. If you choose to stay in this condo, you will not be disappointed.

Everything about this condo was “spot on”. From the ease of booking to the welcome email to the quick response from the owners regarding anything we needed while at the condo. We have stayed in many different units within Las Brisas, but none have compared to this one. Every detail has been considered…down to hand soap and facial wipes in each bathroom. It felt more like a home away from home than a rental. The kitchen is fully stocked…..there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. Thanks again for an amazing week! We hope to return to your paradise in the near future.

Our multi-generational family stayed here over Christmas. Beautiful beach view and easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Very well thought out. My family is already talking about a return trip to this unit.

This newly remodeled condo has it all. From beautiful new flooring and furniture to the incredible views. The beach access is right outside your door and makes for a very fun and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Amazing beach front condo
My family and I had an amazing experience at this condo. The location is great and the beach in not over crowded. Directions are all over the condo regarding appliances, tvs, and leaving instructions. Definitely will be coming back.

Condo was perfect for our family! Two toddlers, two teens, me and my husband plus 2 nanas! Clean, stocked with extras and great location. Parking was great, elevator was great, beach was great! I can’t say anything negative about this place! We will definitely be back!

They had covered garage parking under the condo to keep your vehicle safe and an elevator so you didn’t have to lug all your stuff up the stairs. The beach was right there off the elevator so no walk to the beach. Very close to so many things including restaurants and Walmart. The balcony was very large and was wonderful for watching the sunset and sun rise. The house was a little dated and could use some TLC but over all it was great.
