House is very nice. Lots of room. Beautiful sunset view from the top deck. Neighbors are friendly. No air conditioning, but the house has nice ceiling fans. The owner gave wonderful suggestions on places to go.

Tammy was an outstanding host. And the house was great! It was a family trip (two family units and grandma) so 5 adults and 2 kids. While the switchbacks to get down the hill to the neighborhood were a tad harrowing at night, the drive was well worth it. We could lounge in the pool and watch the sun set over the Pacific. Gorgeous. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and dinner, and we did day trips to the beach, volcano, winery, coffee farm, downtown Kona, etc. Highly recommended!
