This house is perfect for a large family. Separate floors give privacy and all have amazing views! Beach is incredible and family friendly. Neighborhood is close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Have the most amazing time! Hope to return next year!!

Dirty… broken furniture…. Rats on updeck!!!! Rental agency wasn’t concerned! Couldn’t sit out after dark because of the rats!!! We had our 7 mo th old grandson with us and it was awful!!! Fir the amount of money we paid it was not worth it. I will not be giving the rental agency a good review. I’d rate it a -10. Our check in person messaged us when we arrived on Sat evening and said she would be by and check in with us in the next few days and never heard from her again!!!!! Unbelievable!!!

Sunshine Hideaway is a great location with beautiful sunsets and plenty of space for a large family gathering. Overall cleanliness was great. We had a great stay and this could easily be a 5 star review. Initial responses to maintenance were addressed quickly and then we did not want any additional service techs to come to house.Definitely needs some very simple repairs that should not be done while guests are at location as the service techs are not friendly and do not want to be bothered to communicate with tenants. Fan and blinds were replaced after requested. The AC in one unit needs repair or replacement. The light fixture in kitchen did not work in this same unit. Pool was never cleaned while we were there even though it is supposed to be done twice weekly. Responses were given on first two days and then no response after this as we requested to not have any other service during our stay.

The house was fantastic the reason why I gave 4 stars for overall stay is because every morning there was 3-4 fisherman setup and spread in front of our house. Which meant we couldn’t get in the ocean in front of our rental unless we wanted to get hooked, sometimes they didn’t leave until 1-2pm. But other than that the stay was great!

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation! Great location! The pool was so relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchens were great to have in each unit. Covered parking. What more can I say. Loved it!

The outdoor area and pool was very nice. So close to the beach it was easy to walk back for bathroom breaks and food. Pool was very dirty with sand, not sure if that’s a normal thing with beach pools. This house is essentially 3 apartments next to each other, which was hard for me to discern in the description. No “apartments” are accessible to each other without going outside. We needed something a little more together than the way it was set up. But it may work for another family.
Unit B’s bathtub was clogged with hair that we had to remove in order for it to drain properly and overall the apartment just wasn’t clean. Smelled musty with dirty surfaces.
We did have a nice time with family and enjoying the beach and outdoor area but the inside was not worth the money paid. We will not be staying in this house again.

The grill itself was extremely dirty and we did not feel comfortable preparing food on it so we bought a small charcoal grill when we were out getting charcoal. Only 1 unit has a keurig, not all. But they do all have drip coffee makers.The floor under the table in unit C was dirty and full of crumbs upon arrival. There were long black hair stuck to the wall above the towel bar in the downstairs bathroom of unit CThere were ghost ants in the kitchen and living room of Unit B. The management did take care of it but that meant our vacation was interrupted by cleaning people and then a big guy that we had to tend to.The pool was not heating properly but management had the pool guy come back to adjust that and then it was fine. We had to stop using the pool while he cleaned and shocked it. Again we were interrupted. There are no working outside yard lights so once the sun goes down (6pm) we could not use the outside. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms in unit B did not work. The microwave in Unit C was rusted on the inside of the door and the outside of the door was cracked. The dishwasher in C door was broken and it just falls to the floor. All of the beds are doubles and can be very tight when you’re used to anything bigger. All guests said their beds were uncomfortable to sleep on as well. (Except for children)Unit B had long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in bathtub.No stoppers in the tubs to give bathsI coul

We had five wonderful days. The location is great, close to ice cream, casual dining and gift shops. Being right on the beach was very special. And the house is large enough to accommodate us all (12,) without being overcrowded and allowing for privacy when needed.
We have rented many houses and this was by far the cleanest and best equipped. We’re looking forward to another week in the future.

My sisters and I and our adult daughters had a lovely vacation at Sunshine Hideaway. While it’s not fancy, the setup is perfect. There were 8 of us, and that was plenty. Unless you’re sharing beds, 14 would be tight. Being just steps from the beach is fabulous. We had a blast!

We had an excellent time staying here. The location is perfect, close to stores and restaurants. The pool and beach access are amazing. The house has three separate kitchen and living areas. Perfect for multiple families. The property manager provided full details prior to us arriving and they were quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay again.

If you are going with 3 separate families this is ideal since there are no doors that connect the 3 units. The property was clean and very convenient to local restaurants and the beach. I cannot describe how much we enjoyed this rental and it’s primo location! We were absolutely blown away by how this spot had literally everything we could want in a beach vacation spot. Gorgeous view of the gulf and sunsets, very short and picturesque walk to the ocean, and also a pool perfect for the whole family especially kids! We ended up cancelling plans to go to 2 other amusement parks just so we could enjoy this home. We made awesome memories and felt like every penny we spent on Sunshine Hideaway was well worth it! Having three levels with so many kitchens, bathrooms and beds was just what we needed. The kids LIVED in the pool which was also lit up at night! And we enjoyed several meals outside with the different dining table options. Such a beautiful place. Also minutes from highly rated restaurants and nature preserves, along with cute ice cream stops. 8 miles from Clearwater boardwalk. The ONLY complaint which was a minute in my opinion is a couple of the toilets had issues with the tanks not filling up so you had to lift the tops to be able to refill the tank and flush the toilet. Management sent out a maintenance person that day. Management was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely rent this place again.

This property could not have been more perfect for what we dreamed of for our long-awaited vacation. The proximity to the beach was so close and yet so picturesque…we enjoyed the most gorgeous sunsets every night either from the beach just a few yards from the o
House, or from the second story deck level that had plenty of seating for our group of 13 to enjoy together. We shared several meals outside on their huge decks using the many outdoor dining tables they had available. This house Is not fancy but it is clean, so comfortable and so accommodating! The theee levels suited each of our individual families needs so well with a kitchenette in each apartment and plenty of beds. No one had to sleep on a couch! The kids LIVED in the private pool that was on the property! It was up to 5 ft so not too deep and actually two of our kids learned how to tread water since it was so easy to go side to side in the deep but narrow end of the pool. Very easy to watch the kids from the comfort of the deck. The location on Indian rocks beach was outstanding, walking distance or very short driving distance to highly rated restaurants, ice cream eateries, fruit stands and nature preserves. We did not want to leave! What an amazing place and amazing treat to get to stay there. You will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay. We encountered a few issues in the first couple of days, but the rental management company was very responsive. They even installed a ROKU stick on the TV so we could watch our favorite college football teams play their bowl games. As a minor item, I would suggest putting some foam pipe insulation on the edge of the cabana roof. My family is tall, and we had at least a dozen head bumps on the roof edge. None quite drew blood, but were painful. We loved working with Beach Time Rentals. They were great.

We loved the space and location of this property. It was also very clean. We could walk to several restaurants and bars and the beach/setting was lovely. We had a friend group of 8 and wouldn't recommend more than that, unless you are comfortable sharing smaller beds and bathrooms. The common outside deck dining/lounging area was great, however, there was a very obtrusive fence surrounding the pool that made it less than desirable to use or even look at. I was initially told that (after seeing it in pics and asking) the fence was easily removable as long as we put it back up prior to leaving, but found it was very corroded and required more work than we were willing to do to remove it, so we never used it. Keep this in mind if opting to pay for pool heating. The beach is right there, which is where we spent all of our time. It was pretty dated and could use some TLC, but we spent as much time outside as possible so it wasn't a huge issue. We would definitely rent again as long as we didn't have more than 8 adults.

The refrigerator did not cool or freeze properly, even with our few items. We had to throw away spoiled food and the ice cream turned to liquid. Drawer items in kitchen were old and worn out. An outlet next to the bed didn't work and the blinds in all the unit doors were not attached at bottom, so many were bent or broken. The laundry facility had many broken machines and was not clean. Upgrades to units and some of the outdoor furniture would make this a very desirable place to stay.

Great location & space
We loved the space and location of this property. It was also very clean. We could walk to several restaurants and bars and the beach/setting was lovely. We had a friend group of 8 and wouldn't recommend more than that, unless you are comfortable sharing smaller beds and bathrooms.
