Questo è un duplex. Hai il lato destro del duplex. Hai il tuo mazzo privato e l'ingresso nel tuo noleggio.
Il 1 ° piano ha una cucina completamente funzionante e un tavolo per quattro.
Cucina include, stufa, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigorifero, lavello, caffettiera e tostapane. Forniamo anche sapone per i piatti, cialde per i piatti, sapone per le mani, asciugamani da cucina, asciugamani di carta, filtri per caffè e tovaglioli.
Il soggiorno è proprio fuori dalla cucina con un mezzo bagno. La vista sulle montagne dal soggiorno è mozzafiato. Il soggiorno ha un divano, una poltrona e una sedia. C'è una nuova Smart Tv installata nel soggiorno con cavo e Internet.
L'Half Bath è accanto al soggiorno. Forniamo abbastanza carta igienica per poche notti e sapone per le mani.

Lindsay was great. She was always available to help if we had questions or needed anything. There were fabulous mountain views from every window. The upstairs sitting room was a bonus! The welcome book had all the information that you need for the stay. I even walked down to the river which was so serene. My walking sticks helped when climbing back up. It was worth it. We would definitely come back again! Thanks Lindsay!

My partner and I were visiting NC from Texas. We loved staying in Lindsay’s airb&b. It was so clean, organized and super cozy! Our favorite area was the sofa bed upstairs as we got to relax together after a long day of exploring the town and hiking, we would cuddle up and watch movies or shows with the streaming apps that they provide btw.
Host Lindsay is so kind and nice! She always responds as soon as she can and is always making sure you have the bed stay. Thank you for everything Lindsay! And for the very sweet gesture of gifting us some hot chocolate for us, which we had a hot chocolate every night. :)

We saw a big black bear which near our rental which we enjoyed. Heads up, any more than 2 people needs approval from the rental manager, if you have local friends or family, do not exceed 4 people at the house even for a short dinner visit. This is all in the rule book, which, unfortunately, I didn't read ahead of time. The owner/manager lives next door.
It is a, well equipped, clean quaint abode, perfect for 2 people. Take time to read the detailed booklet when you get there.

I love staying at this property. It is always so clean and comfortable. Lindsay always checks in before arriving. She also checks in during my stay.

The property was very clean, very roomy and had everything we needed. The deck was very private and a great view. I even got to see a black bear in back yard which was so exciting. It was a relaxing weekend, close to everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

I would definitely come back and stay here again. Ms. Lindsay the property manager was very quick and responding to messages. She was very kind and made sure that my teenager kids where going to be comfortable with there stay as well. This place even provides a dog bag loaded with toys, poop bags, a mate yo put the dogs food and water bowels on. They also do not require alot of clean up when leaving. The area is amazing, you are within minutes of downtown Asheville and within an hour of water falls and hiking. When we come backnto Asheville, I will definitely stay at one of the properties that Ms. Lindsey owns.

We had a great experience with our entire process. From the initial communication to the stay and everything in between. The accommodations were just what we needed for our family. The unit has a king bed and a smaller futon. We initially had our 2 kids (10 & 5) with us, but our daughter went to camp and it was just the 3 of us and was perfect. Lindsay has a great and helpful binder to give us recommendations on food and fun in the area. I highly recommend this location!

The duplex was very clean and the perfect blend of being in the woods and close to town. Good communication. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms and loft were plenty for sleeping. The River walk is pretty. We would come back again!

We had two days. The first it rained ALL DAY, we had a comfortable place to hunker down and rest. The second day was clear and sunny, we enjoyed the Blue Ridge Parkway. And two nights quick drive into downtown Asheville for pleasant dinners. Checked a lot of boxes; great weekend.

This was THE PERFECT place for us. I needed a place to SEE the mountains. And this was it. The view was beautiful. Also, easy access to the city while also easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very close to all conveniences while not being in a crowded neighborhood. Our stay was delightful from start to finish. The owner / managers were great.

This is my second time staying at this property, and I have stayed at another property with this owner as well. Each time I enjoy it as they have made it feel like home. I spent a week with my dog, hiking and bike riding. The owner welcomes your four-legged friend and even prepares a bag of blankets and towels to wipe their paws off. I loved looking at the views of the mountains while drinking my morning coffee. The location is awesome and is in close proximity to so much. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Downtown Asheville and to the Biltmore Estate. The Blue Ridge Parkway is less than 5 minutes away. Stores and restaurants are also close by as well. Yet the location is tucked away where you get a nice serene setting.
The property owner is great, and she has prepared a large notebook of things to do and see. I will stay here again.

We had a great experience at this property! It was so clean which is a huge thing for me being a professional cleaner myself. It was stocked with much more than we would even expect at a rental and it made us feel right at home on our first trip to NC. The location was amazing too! Tucked in but still so near to everything you’d want in Asheville. They had a plethora of suggestions for food and activities to keep us entertained on our stay as well and we used many of them! All in all a great experience and we hope to make it back again.

The check-in process was very smooth and we had great communication with the owners throughout our stay. It was a quick downhill walk to the river, which was beautiful, but the uphill climb back to the house was a bit tough. Best part was watching a momma bear and her two cubs playing in the backyard! The location was very convenient to everything.

The owner of this property was amazing. She stayed in contact with me any time needed. She was prompt, responsive, polite and a wonderful host. This place was very well stocked for what I needed. Also, thus place was CLEAN!!! Not as in clean by a cleaning company that does not care but cleaned in a way that it was done by yourself and want it done perfectly. The property had wonderful views and was conveniently located. My only concern with location was I was not able to get an Uber or Lyft to come pick me up. That is why the 4 stars. Other than that, everything was great!

Wonderful experience. This property is on a quiet street but is close to everything. If you intend to visit the Blue Ridge parkway you are only minutes away. Clean and nice, I couldn’t recommend more.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The hosts are friendly and responsive, but not obtrusive. The unit was really comfortable and well-equipped, and the deck was a great place to sit and have a meal or a drink, and of course enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely rental
The check in was so smooth. Hosts are kind and clear in their communication. Location is quiet and has a gorgeous view in the back. Rental has a full functioning kitchen. We barely ate out.

Couldn't have been better
It's exactly as advertised, very clean, great scenery. Quiet and peaceful and comfortable. Very convenient to all activities. Lindsay is an exceptional property manager who goes out of her way to ensure that things are exactly as you expect. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was just as described. Manager was VERY responsive with any questions. Beautiful view of the mountains. Dog in duplex staying next door howled & barked when his owner was gone, but still a pleasant stay. I would recommend.
