Open space concept ideale per intrattenere l'intera famiglia. 69 Shell Ring è una 3 camera da letto, 3. 5 costruita su misura casa situata in Sea Pines Plantation. La zona giorno è dotata di una grande TV a schermo piatto e consente l'accesso al proprio mazzo privato. Il ponte è il luogo perfetto per godersi le viste sulla laguna sorseggiando il caffè del mattino! Adiacente alla zona giorno è la grande cucina e sala da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 6. La master suite con letti queen e bagno privato si trova anche al primo piano. Il secondo piano ha una tana dotata di divano letto matrimoniale e una grande TV a schermo piatto. Accanto alla tana è la camera doppia con TV a schermo piatto. La camera doppia ha accesso al bagno della sala. Alla fine della sala è una suite matrimoniale con grande bagno en-suite e tv a schermo piatto. Il layout di questa casa e la posizione comoda rendono la vacanza senza stress.

Questa casa è a pochi passi dalla bella piscina della comunità. L'area della piscina dispone di 3 griglie a gas di grandi dimensioni e una zona salotto coperta. Mentre i bambini si divertono a nuotare, gli adulti possono rilassarsi intorno alla piscina nelle comode sedie a sdraio o hamburger alla griglia per tutta la famiglia! Se la famiglia vuole trascorrere la giornata in spiaggia, prendi il Sea Pines Trolley direttamente al Sea Pines Beach Club. This had to be the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless from top to bottom. The communication was top notch and flawless. Parking passes, bikes, key codes all went off without a hitch. One bike had a ripped seat, we called and it was immediately replaced. The living room furniture is super clean and comfortable. The first floor bedroom could use an update with new flooring/bed and a check to the AC system as it didn't seem as cool as the rest of the house, but it was clean and comfortable. We had three teenagers who had plenty of room to spread out. The community pool is a PLUS after a hot day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and our four daughters stayed at this property with my parents. We all had plenty of room! This was an amazing vacation rental with all the immentities and plenty of room to spread out. The appliances were fabulous- the washer and dryer were very large and updated and helped us keep on top of laundry. The kitchen appliances were also great. The bathrooms were very large! Our favorite things about this property were sunrises with coffee on the deck overlooking the pond, family dinners in the large kitchen, hanging out playing games. The walk to the pool was short and the pool is huge! Of note, there is no hot tub. We were able to take the canal road to the pool on our bikes and it was very easy. We also listened to Greg Russell in Harbor Town and enjoyed Salty Dog and a couple other restaurants on the Island. We rented a pontoon boat to search for Dolphins and we found many. We played put-put golf at Legendary. Everything was close to the house and it made for a memorable vacation. We would definitely stay in this house again!

The pool was huge and the water temperature fantastic.The location right inside Sea Pines was very convenient.The house was inviting and like new.The air conditioning was difficult to control. The upstairs got overly cool and the temperature in the master bedroom down did not match the living room and kitchen.The shower handle in the master bath was EXTREMELY difficult to turn on and off. The half doors leading to the master bedroom and walk-in closet were annoying to squeeze through. The door to the toilet area was always in the way. I did not call about the TV in the master bedroom, but the remotes did not turn anything on. There was an unplugged cord on the floor, but when I plugged it in, it did not help. We really did not need to watch the TV, but I was curious how my Spectrum App would work since I have Spectrum and Samsung TVs at home.Overall, we were highly satisfied.
