DO NOT STAY HERE.
A month after making my reservation the host reached out saying I would need to pay another fee and that if I did not pay it my reservation would be cancelled. This fee was almost as much as the room itself and was in addition to the other two fees I paid for when making the reservation. They claimed this was for a “cleaning fee” but they didn’t have this cleaning fee listed anywhere on the page when I booked which is standard for every other listing on these sites. I ended up just paying the fee because I didn’t want them to cancel my reservation. But I’m disgusted with how this happened. When talking with their email support they claimed that they have in their policies that they’re “allowed to add any additional charges they see fit.”
They’re clearly taking advantage of people. Absolutely awful experience.

Ok, here is the good and bad. Beautiful location, Keystone is a quiet condo community. Top floor condo was very clean. King size bed and pillows were comfy. Perfect size for 2 people. Nice big ceiling fans. Decorated and updated well.
Living room was small, kitchen amenities were not great, ice maker didn’t work, no non-stick skillets, spices provided but not much else. Biggest disappointment was the traffic noise because unit is on Hwy 6 side of building. No A/C so having the slider open was necessary for us. If windows and doors are closed it’s pretty quiet.
Overall a good value, I would stay here again if the temps are right.

Overall a good stay. Kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and porch were all large. Living room was small and dining at counter barely fits 3...but it's such a great price that you weigh that and decide. Master bed comfortable, 2nd bed not quite as options. Skylight in 2nd bedroom, didn't bother that person. It was pretty warm at times and there is loud road noise, but plenty of fans! It wasn't crowded. We played pool a couple of times, there are 2 hot tubs, underground parking and elevators. I would suggest instructions for the shower! And don't drink the coffee! Be sure to ride bikes down from the pass in the fun! (We had no interaction with management)

Check-in was a hassle. The door code sent via email didn't work. Found the building property manager (not associated with SCMR) and verified I wasn't doing anything stupid/wrong. Called SCMR; no answer; left voicemail. Waited ~30 mins for callback before building mgr suggested going to their office a few blocks away. Drove there, found one person working and handling the phones which explains the lack of callback. He said the door code didn't update properly and gave me the previous one that worked. So ~1hr check-in hassle was a poor start. BR2 has a skylight right over the bed with no way to cover/shade resulting in lack of sleep for kids at 7PM-MDT . Ended up purchasing two suspension rods and a blackout curtain panel at WalMart the next day to resolve this issue. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

Hidden River was just what we need for a quick ski getaway. Clean, quiet and conveniently located to almost anything you might need. I received several emails with passcodes for our stay, a bit confusing on what code was for common area access, garage. Overall I loved the place, i will come back 100%

We are avid skiers and the ski experience is what we primarily seek. Lodging is far less important, however, we were marginally satisfied with the condo.
-The previews do not accurately depict the place. It appears much bigger than it is.
-no top sheet on one of the beds.
-TV in the living pod ( it is hardly a room) did not work.
-Check in was poor....we did not get the codes for garage and unit in a timely fashion.
-property management seemed non existent with respect to sanding driveways during some winter weather
-Security concern....when we were unable to open the garage since we did not have the code, an exiting driver gave us his, enabling us to get in, however, made us question the ease at whcih non registered people could get into the garage...
Since we had a great week of skiing, we enjoyed our vacation, but the place added little to the experience and was basically a decent place to sleep and shower.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Easy access to the ski resort by walking trail or driving. The condo was cozy and kitchen had most things we needed. We had some difficulty with the key cards and had to get new ones a few times but the management company worked well with us to help us. The fireplace created a nice ambiance and the furniture was comfy. We also enjoyed the outdoor hottub with views of the resort!

This was a nice place. Clean and well- kept. It is small, but ok for 2 people. Limited kitchen stuff, but had what we needed (but we did not do major cooking).
Clearer directions would have been nice. Had to search king and hard for code to get into garage, as well as the lock box. Would have been nice if code was just on door, not having to get keys from another building. Overall, a nice stay.

The check in process is more complicated than most rentals. It would be easier to just be sent a code for a door. The management company kept in constant contact and offered any assistance if needed. The place was spotless and had a good supply of paper.products, etc.

Came into dillon for a couple concerts, this was a great location, close to the venue, lovely views and beautiful place to stay! Condo was clean and easily accessible. Great check in and east check out. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was good. Condo was very clean and quiet, beds were very comfortable. Living room was really too small for the 6 of us but we made do. The deck was our favorite place to be. The master room was nice but couldn’t leave windows open at night because the road noise was so bad from the semis going thru the road to Loveland Pass. The last night we put a fan in the window and it really cooled the room down and drowned the noise. The guest bedroom got hot at night because there was only a sky light and no air, but there are several fans in the closet. The bathrooms were super clean and well stocked. Kitchen was great. One of the hot tubs was cold but there wasn’t anyone else around so no biggie. The residents there said they see a moose and her baby walk thru by the Snake River sometimes, but we missed them. Overall our stay was really good.

Unit was well equipped and clean. The toaster had an issue. Tried to toast a bagel and there was an immediate spark and smoke. Just a plain Thomas bagel with nothing on it. Otherwise great

We had a short trip to Keystone for a concert in Dillon. The place was clean and great location. Our only complaint would be the skylight in the second bedroom could use a shutter. No sleeping in that’s for sure. Also the road noise in the main bedroom at night kept us up. With no air conditioning in the mountains you need to keep the windows open for air flow.
Otherwise the property was great.

Accurate description and easy rental
The property management gave simple but explicit instructions and directions. The location was an easy walk or bike ride to Keystone Lake Village and Conference Center. Checkin was easy. The digital guest book was helpful. Figuring out the TVs was tricky, but worked well for streaming and cable. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Hot tubs were luke warm, which was a bummer b/c it was snowing and we really wanted to use them. Overall though, a good experience!
