Voi e la vostra famiglia godere di tutti i comfort di una casa in questo duplex arredato con gusto con la spiaggia a meno di 50 iarde di distanza. Le tre camere da letto al piano superiore sono accoglienti e colorate. Due hanno letti queen size. La camera da letto principale ha sia una regina e letto matrimoniale, grande se si hanno bambini piccoli che si desidera dormire vicino.
La cucina è ben arredata con un ampia offerta di pentole, padelle e casseruole se si sceglie di preparare i pasti a casa lontano da casa piuttosto che mangiare fuori. C'è un crockpot per semplici cene di famiglia. C'è un mixer e bakeware se si vuole fare una torta per un'occasione speciale. Naturalmente un frullatore è un must per quei cocktail sulla spiaggia congelati!
Ampia spiaggia poco affollata di Topsail vi aspetta. Sedie a sdraio, tavole scremato, e bocce sono a vostra disposizione. Rinfrescatevi nelle calde acque dell'Atlantico con alcuni body surfing casuale o semplicemente stare nel navigare con la vostra bevanda preferita. I bambini saranno molto contenuti, mentre la costruzione di castelli di sabbia, imbarco scremato, e il nuoto nel surf solitamente calmo. Una volta a recuperare da quella spiaggia pisolino è possibile rivivere gli anni gloriosi mentre gettando calcio e frisbee, o forse un gioco competitivo di foro di mais o di bocce è più la velocità.
Come il sole diventa più basso nel cielo fare una passeggiata con i bambini al molo quartiere o semplicemente rilassarsi e guardare il tramonto sul suono da sedie a dondolo sul ponte. Scegliere di griglia fuori o forse stasera è la cena fuori .... ottimi ristoranti di pesce, pizza, o tailandese, per citarne alcune scelte. Come la serata si snoda verso il basso, godere di film e giochi con i bambini e chiamare un giorno!

The house is located relatively not far from the beach, and this was the only pro we can submit. Our drive to get there was over 10 hours and we were supposed to arrive around 1:30 pm. We contacted the owner the day before and asked her if we can check in earlier than 3 pm. She said sure, if the cleaning team will finish before then. When we came, the lights were on everywhere, the kitchen was clean, the AC was on. We left our bags and after eating lunch left to Walmart. Our son stayed at the house. Around 3:15 pm our son called and said that people opened the door and came inside of the house. No one called us and told us that cleaning crew was running late, especially since it was after the check in time. Our son was scared as he thought it was an intruder, and didn’t want to be alone in the house anymore. The kitchen was badly equipped. All pans were scratched,it was impossible to use them. The kitchen didn't have any pots, we had to buy new pans and pots, as well as mugs for coffee {majority were old and overused), potato masher, foil, dishwasher and laundry detergent, softener, and garbage bags (cleaning crew left only 3), bedsheets,towels,paper prod. The grill was in awful condition and we spent 40 minutes cleaning it. All mattresses are atrocious, very bad quality. Everyone complained that they were having back pain. The price for the house was lower compare to other houses but after spending money purchasing all necessary staff you wonder if it was really worth it?,

My family (my self, husband, mom, dad, and two daughters 1 & 3) were very comfortable here. We spent a week enjoying the beach, we loved the close beach access, outdoor showers, and all the decks the most!! The kitchen was well stocked, and we would definitely stay again!

What I loved about this house: Everything! The layout, the cleanliness, all the light coming in from the front and back, Camille's excellent decorating, the marshes, the boardwalk and the dock, the goofy fish leaping high in the channel, the short walk to the ocean beach, the friendly neighbors, and so much more. Several words more about the decor: homey and tasteful and restful. The decor managed to be beachy without being kitschy, and I just loved it. I want to give the house a plug for having the common rooms on the 2nd floor, and the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. I've been in other houses where you have to climb and climb to get to the common areas, and it's so much better to put the common space on the 2nd floor. This house is in very good condition - it feels like it belongs to someone who loves it and cares for it.
We communicated briefly with Camille during the week about one small matter, and she was quick and responsive. In conclusion, hooray for the house and hooray for Camille!

Wonderful experience great amenities. The walk to the beach was more like a block away across a busy road. It was a little nerving with the little ones, but the house and dock was beautiful. Would stay again!

Such a great place to stay! Easy access to the beach! We very much enjoyed our stay! Very clean! The decks were great to hang out on and enjoy our coffee in the morning and supper in the evening! The dock was fun in the evening to fish off of!

We have been visiting TI for over 18 years now and this house had the best sunsets we have seen. The dock is a great bonus as our kids loved seeing all the fish. House is a 10 out of 10!

This is our second time staying in this house and once again it was perfect! This house has everything that you need, the appliances had even been updated. It’s a quick walk to the beach! The sound views in this house are amazing and my boys loved fishing from the dock!!

We enjoyed our visit to TopSail. Duplex was A very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood dock was great for fishing. I could only give 3 stars overall due to the ants. While I’m glad we didn’t find roaches or bed bugs, the ants were annoying. Ants were everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, ants even crawled on you sitting on the couch. Do not set a drink ANYWHERE for more than 2 minutes, the ants will find it that fast. According to the owner, they are worse in the fall. Exterminators had been out and she was scheduling again. My thoughts would be to find a new exterminator, because that one isn’t cutting it.
Pillows were provided, one of them had what looked like small spots of blood on it. kinda gross, but we brought own. So, we didn’t have to use them. we would consider returning to this duplex if the ant problem is taken care of, and maybe suggest the person who cleans to look over bedding. Other than that we had a great time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this clean beach house! It was only a short walk from the beach and was child friendly. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, boogie board, and outdoor shower twice each day to keep the sand out of the house. The kitchen was well equipped, which was wonderful because we cooked in every day. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We will definitely rent again if we find ourselves in the area. The house was absolutely well-priced!!

Our week long stay was the perfect vacation! The house was amazing, was better in person than the pictures showed. Very short walk to the beach that we made multiple times a day with an infant. The area, house, beach, and Camille were all excellent- we would come back again for sure.

Had a wonderfully relaxing week. Property was very clean and accurately described. Great location in quiet, less crowded area of Topsail Island with both beach and sound access a short walk from the house. Kitchen was well stocked with various utensils, cookware, and bakeware. All appliances were in great condition with several appearing to have been recently updated. Camille answered my questions timely and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in and was a few minutes walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The marsh and ocean views are really special. House is well-equipped and organized.

Another wonderful vacation staying at this lovely house! It’s the perfect location(short walk to beach that young kids can handle), very clean, has all the amenities you’d need, great A/C, and gorgeous views of the sunrises and sunsets from multiple decks with nice quality deck furniture! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Great clean house. Nice furniture. Good cooking utensils. The most accommodating beach house I’ve stayed at. Our family loved the warm outdoor shower. The back porch was beautiful, felt like an exotic trip. The front porch was beautiful to watch the sunset over the sound. The dock was an added bonus to fish from!

We had a lovely stay at this townhome that was within walking distance to the beach, and a very short walk to a fishing dock on the backwater. Our kids loved being able to walk to both! The home is nicely decorated, cozy, and super clean! Communication with owner was great! Would totally rent again!

The house was immaculate and filled with sunlight! We enjoyed the stunning marsh views, the wildlife, the sunsets that could be viewed from the front porch or the dock and the friendly neighbors. The beach was a short walk from the house and we enjoyed the bike paths!
