Questo lussuoso 3000 piedi quadrati 4 camere da letto (1 letto king size, 3 letti queen size), 2 1/2 bagni, ufficio completamente attrezzato, sala teatro, piscina e centro benessere (riscaldamento incluso con tariffa) e molto altro, vi offre la vacanza più rilassante lontano da casa. Piuttosto che stare in un hotel con spazio limitato, questa casa situata nella suddivisione di Rancho Eldorado a Maricopa, in Arizona, ti garantisce tutta la stanza di cui avrai bisogno.
Questa casa costruita nel 2003 recentemente arredata ha tutto per una vacanza rilassante. Appoggiare sul campo da golf di Duke's fornisce privacy e una vista meravigliosa mentre si sta sdraiati a bordo piscina o godersi una spa calda e fumante. A soli 2 minuti in auto potrai raggiungere il golf club "The Duke's" per i golfisti che amano fare un giro, o 5 minuti in auto al club "Dune's Golf" per i golfisti.
Se preferisci stare in casa, ci sono due grandi TV a schermo piatto LCD con una videoteca per farti divertire. Puoi affondare nelle lussuose sedie da teatro motorizzate in pelle nel Loft, o goderti il divano componibile in pelle contemporaneo nel soggiorno. Puoi anche scappare per un po 'di tempo o rilassarti e leggere un libro nella sala da tè. As usual, Bonnie’s house was phenomenal! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The hot tub was perfect, the pool was perfect, and the new couch in the room is absolutely fantastic!One of our favorite parts of staying here is being so close to The Duke Golf Course, which holds a special place in our hearts. We also enjoyed several great rounds at Southern Dunes and other courses around Scottsdale during our trip.Bonnie is an outstanding host, and everything was exactly as advertised—if not better. We’ve stayed here before and will gladly stay here again. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained home in a great location with a host who truly cares about her guests, this is it.Thank you, Bonnie, for another wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back.

My family and I had an amazing and relaxing visit. We loved our time in the pool and spa, as well as grilling and sitting around the fire pit. The house was clean, spacious, and included all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Check in was flawless. Bonnie, our host, is so nice and was easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely book again!

Even though we were credited with a small amount of money back due to all the many many issues with this property, see a summary below for the issues with the property:
1. Three days into the stay, the upstairs air conditioner compressor went out. Arizona day times got to upper 90's. We had to sleep on the couch for 2 nights until the owner was able to get a tech out to repair the AC. When owner was notified, she had a sophomoric cackle laugh saying "I don't know what I can do":. Did not see very motivated to have AC companies come out on an emergency case. Friends and family would not stay with us due to the extreme heat in all of the upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs temp rose to 90 degrees.
2. AC filters needed to be changed. We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time.
3. Several days into our stay, the ice maker broke. It took 4 days to get a new unit. When the techs took out the old unit, their comment was "man this thing stinks like fungus". Wonder if anyone else got sick from old ice...We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time. We had to purchase ice.
4. Approximate two weeks into our stay, the blower fan motor for the AC burned out. Again, sleeping on the couch for two nights due to high 90's and low 100's outside temp. Upstairs temp rose to 90 degrees. It took a tech several days to get a new part. We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time.
5. TV did not work. No sound and picture would go dark with a code on the set. Tech came out several days later and fiddled with the splitter. Nothing changed still with no sound and a dark picture right in the middle of a program. We just gave up at this point. We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time.
I would highly advise anyone else if they want to VRBO this property, to vet the property before renting. Dishes, glasses and pots and pan definitely need to be upgraded. The house is listed as "luxurious", and for the high price we paid for our stay, I would not agree with "luxurious". We will not use this property again and advise others to use caution.
