Splendido undicesimo piano con tre camere da letto, tre bagni Beach Club Resort and Spa condominio dispone di un enorme balcone (il più grande sulla spiaggia!), splendida vista sul Golfo a sud e ad est, una cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito e separato costruito nel refrigeratore di vino, e una griglia elettrica all'aperto che offre divertimento e festa avventure divertenti! Con un re nel padrone, la regina nel secondo, i letti gemelli nel terzo e il divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, ci sono sistemazioni per 8 ospiti. Il maestro conduce al balcone, mentre TUTTE le camere da letto e il soggiorno dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD. INTERNET SENZA FILI. The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view. We had every amenity we needed (but no beach chairs which have been included with other condos as beach club). We could never figure out the 'nest' temperature setting which was extremely frustrating. i would suggest leaving instructions because it did not match the one on the youtube video. We had huge issues trying to lock and unlock the front door. This needs to be replaced.

Overall this was a great place. I would definitely stay here again. We had an issue with one of the parking passes. The owner was very responsive and resolved the issue in no time. Some of the chairs that were on the baclcony are busted, but we had otherones to use. Overall this was fantastic-loved the pool and the gym. We will be back.

Second time at this condo. It is fantastic and the view of the Gulf and beach is wonderful. Lee is always very responsive to any questions - both pre and during our stay. The property has a great workout facility that we used or walking through neighboring streets was easy. Beach equipment rentals was very easy and excellent customer service. Walking distance to many restaurants. All made for a very relaxing vacation.

All the pluses: This is a great condo. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed it throughout our stay. The beach is a short walk and was clean. There are rental chairs & umbrellas on the beach each day, but if you bring your own, you can set up in front of them. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it for almost all our meals for our six night stay. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The condo is very close to shopping boardwalk that is very popular and nice. The grocery store is a short drive. The property is very secure and we had no issues parking our bigger vehicle in it(which can sometimes be challenging in these types of places). The unit was clean and I’m particular. Elevators work great!! No long waits. The master bed was very comfortable (pillows not so much). Lee was very responsive, even through a few challenges.
Constructive feedback that cost a star due to the price point: the place needs a little TLC, such as fixing broken furniture, tossing/replacing chipped or worn dishes, pillows and some noisy items, such as bathroom fans and the washer. When he’s able cure these items, and I suspect he will -5 stars won’t be enough.
Overall we had a fabulous trip!

Our time spent at the property was amazing the view was everything that was described and more. The condo had a lot of things that came in handy -dishes swim accessories everything I didn’t even think about until I was there and was thankful they provided.
My only complaint which isn’t even a complaint was the bath tub in master restroom hadn’t been cleaned properly from the previous guests I’m assuming because when we tried using it all the dirt came up. But that wasn’t really an issue because there was 3 other stand showers in the condo to accommodate our family.
The condo was great and the owner was helpful when I needed to make change in dates I would definitely recommend this place over and over again.
P.s the access to the gym pools and spa was amazing as well.

This condo is very big and roomy with an amazing view! Easy access to the beach. The condo was pretty clean overall. Comes well equipped with nearly anything you can think of. Balcony is huge with a full sized table for a group to enjoy meals on the outside along with a grill.
Parking and elevators good for sure, check in process relatively simple.
We are not complainers but really the condo just needs to be kept up a little more; 2 bathroom exhaust fans are loud need to be replaced. Master door does not lock, and some lights out need bulbs. Just being truthful and didn’t want to mention these things but the overall experience here was great. Beautiful beach, exercise room was excellent as well as pool area.

Fun in the sun
We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the condo. Great view, nice balcony, the pool was a good size and the beach was a short walk. The owner Lee was easy to reach, and responsive. Everything we needed was provided.

Great condo and view!
The condo was clean and ready for us upon arrival. It was everything we expected and more. The views were great and the bedrooms were as well. The building had a great gym and indoor pool+hot tub to compliment the big outdoor pool. This was our favorite place we have rented in PB. Lee the property manager was always available and responded to any inquiries promptly.

The beds were extremely comfortable! The dining area and deck were perfect for enjoying family time, relaxing, and making memories! Lots of laughs and photographs!

The view was fabulous, lovely deck. Pool was freezing and hot tub needs attention, too much chlorine. Inside of condo is so pretty until you look close. Quick once over cleaning job. The mattresses were so very old with gigantic gross stains. Had I viewed them when checking in I could not have stayed. The wine frig was full of someones stuff, we could not use it. If you open the closet to grab a beach towel it was stuffed to the ceiling? I did ask for toilet paper as no grocery is near by, I did not get a response. It does not allow pets which we were happy about(allergies) there was a dog bed stacked on top of towels and 2 guests arrived early and there was a dog in the condo. Needs a good cleaning and new mattresses.
