Benvenuti in "Hughes Maui Condo" - unità al piano terra n. 113 dell'edificio 10 presso il Kamaole Sands Resort. Questo è un condominio con 1 camera da letto splendidamente rinnovato con 2 bagni completi e arredi molto belli dappertutto.
Il nostro condominio si trova al primo piano del Kamaole Sands Resort, a soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia di Kamaole # 3, una delle migliori spiagge del mondo! Lì troverai snorkeling, immersioni, nuoto, imbarco e abbronzatura fantastici. L'edificio 10 è * il più vicino * alla bellissima spiaggia di Kamaole 3!
Limitiamo il nostro condominio con una camera da letto a un massimo di 2 adulti, ma ospiterà anche 1-2 bambini piccoli. Il condominio è uno spazioso 76 metri quadrati (818 piedi quadrati) escluso il lanai extra-large e ha bellissimi pavimenti nuovi in tutto.
Questo complesso ha la rara combinazione di una grande piscina e grandi campi da tennis. Il golf di classe mondiale ti aspetta in pochi minuti ai campi da golf di Wailea e Makena o tramite un breve tragitto in auto verso molti altri campi tra cui Kapalua Plantation e Kaanapali. Il surf di classe mondiale si trova nelle vicinanze. Questa unità è a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, bar e piccoli negozi. Si trova vicino a squisiti ristoranti dell'isola e ai "Negozi di Wailea". La rampa della barca Kihei e gite giornaliere a Molokini sono a pochi passi dall'unità. Condo was excellent, updated and all you need for a great stay. Bob was a great host and responded promptly to any of our needs. Would recommend this condo for a great place to stay in Kihei.

The bed was very comfortable, we really liked having two separate bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and had just about every gadget you could think of. The quality of the amenities was excellent. Bob and Lindy were very attentive and checked in with us to ensure everything was okay. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. I would recommend staying here.

Well organized, decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities one might need, even though we packed in everything because other places are not so accommodating.
Washer and dryer in the condo made our stay even nicer.
Patio has a table with 4 chairs and a chaise. It overlooks several fountains and 2 lagoons. Fountains automatically turn off at night to prevent sleep disturbance.
Our hosts even provided welcoming gifts. Soooo thoughtful.
Any problems will be dealt with immediately as the owner stay much of the year in the same complex, which is very comforting.

We are regular Maui visitors and thus has been the best condo we have stayed in. Super clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Having nice beach chairs and an umbrella were an added perk we thoroughly enjoyed. Bob and Lindy care about their guests and have a beautiful condo. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location. Condo was well appointed, even with beach toys for guest use. Loved how close barbeques and pool were in relation to unit. Would stay here again.

This home was just as listed. Clean and had more than enough space and amenities. View from the lanai was beautiful and the walk to the beach was literally 3 mins across the street.
Check in was a breeze and the front desk gave great directions and tips on where to enter for convenience.
We had no issues. Wifi was available.
The instructions given by the owners were thorough and on point. When we travel to Maui again we won’t hesitate to check availability here first. :-)

The only thing better than the location of this rental (a few steps from a gorgeous beach, Kamole) were the amenities included. The rental was stocked with everything you might need for any activity in Maui. For example, if you want to go to the beach, there are umbrellas, chairs, towels, sunscreen, snorkel gear and so much more. the kitchen is fully stocked, probably better equipped than my own kitchen with state of the art appliances and quality utensils, pots and pans. Everything we forgot or planned to get on the island was already available to us in the apartment. Bob was very responsive and honest. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Maui, and would stay here again.

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. The owners were easy to reach, caring, and helped us with our inquiries. We loved the on site hot tub, BBQ, :) and the local beach was beautiful. Thanks for the beach chairs, umbrella, and warm welcome treats -- they were yummy.
The A/C was loud in the bedroom and living room which made watching TV and sleeping a little challenging. We often opted to turn it off in the bedroom, keep the fan on and open the window, but it got very warm and uncomfortable some nights. I'm not sure if the A/C units need maintenance. The bed was very comfortable though.
We have Maui in our hearts and prayers and hope to return someday to see and experience the island in the way we had hoped.

From check in, to walking through the front door, to the view from the lanai, everything was perfect. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved the view of the ocean and the fountains in the well maintained community. We wouldn't hesitate to book this same condo.

This is a beautiful, updated condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are fantastic, and the floor plan feels very spacious and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic as well. They have the lanai closet stocked and ready for a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park. This feels like a home away from home but better: stocked kitchen and laundry, but you have a Hawaiian beach and sunset at your finger tips, and a separate bathroom for your spouse ;)
We cannot wait to return!

Proximity to beach and restaurants is great! It was quiet, peaceful, and my husband and I enjoyed watching the chickens and baby chicks that frequented the lanai area. The condo is clean, well stocked with all the essentials for cooking your own meals at home, and is beautifully decorated.
10/10 would recommend.

This unit was very well equipped, updated and centrally located to numerous restaurants and shops. The lanai faced the inward courtyard with beautiful landscaping and fountains, with only about 100 yards to the beach.
The hosts were awesome to work with, very responsive and helpful to be sure, and the check-in was a breeze. If you are booking a trip to Maui, you owe it to yourself to see if this unit is available during your stay!

We travelled with a large group to Hawaii this time, Kamaole Sands was the perfect place for us all to be in one location, the condo was beyond perfect for us. High quality just how we like it. I don’t have to repeat the reviews but all of them are true! Hosts are attentive to your needs and response time was amazing! This condo has been the best condo we have stayed in and we have travelled to Maui 12 times. We would highly recommend it to anyone

This was our first time staying at this particular unit at Kamaole Sands during our 20 years of coming to Kihei!!! Our experience with the Bob and Lindy was exceptional. The condo is extremely well stocked from kitchen products to beach gear, towels, anything you can think of to make your vacation perfect can be found in the condo. We loved the large lanai, such a nice place to sit for your morning coffee or an evening dinner.

This condo totally exceeds any expectations we had. It was up to date, so clean and has everything you could possibly want or need. Everything was like brand new. So many extras. The lanai was large with a wonderful view of the gardens and ocean. Our wonderful hosts Lindy and Bob were exceptional to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.

Place is immaculate, owners communicate well. Amenities are top notch. The complex is very nice and pool was great. Beach across the street is one of the best in Kihei and easily access trails over to wailea if you are a walker or runner. Can’t say enough. Didn’t need a/c because of the breeze that comes thru from the slider to the front door. Loved this place!!

We loved everything about our stay in your beautiful condo! We felt so comfortable there. I don't think we've ever stayed in a condo as nice as yours. The condo was exactly as advertised & the lanai is situated perfectly in the complex to allow full view of the pristinely manicured gardens and fountains. The Hughes have put a lot of thought & effort into the needs of their guests. We would insist our friends & family travelling to Maui stay at this specific condo. Never underestimate the value of a beautiful, clean home base for your vacation.

This condo is amazing! From the location to the small touches, we couldn’t have asked for more. Bob and Lindy have thought of everything. The view from the lanai is incredible. The beach is literally across the street. The unit is immaculate. We hope to return soon!

Maui condo vacation
The condo unit is in an excellent location for the beach & walking to food establishments, rentals for activities, ABC stores (which have a little of everything), a very nice pool & small gym area. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The condo was perfect for viewing the beach, cooking meals, doing my laundry, and well stocked for our 3 day stay. The resort is quite large and the check-in time required about 30 minutes due to a line forming and one employee available to register guests. The employee was very apologetic for the wait and since we were preregistered, our time for check-in was quickly done after the wait. We loved this property.

Kamaole Sands is one of the most desirable places to stay in Kihei. There is a large beautifully kept central landscaped garden area (pond, fountains, etc.) that is unique to the resorts in Kihei. The Hughes condo is on the ground floor so guest can walk from the private lanai into the garden area. This is especially nice for morning coffee and sunsets. The condo is oriented in a way that we did not get the direct afternoon sun beating through the glass – at least we did not get it in April-May. KS staff is friendly and helpful. The Hughes are a pleasure to work with. When we return to Maui we will stay at KS again – hopefully in this same condo!
