A Private Peaceful Luxurious Villa / Exclusive Gated Estate
Villa Tatutina è una spettacolare tenuta tropicale che è stata descritta come una delle proprietà più belle e uniche di tutte le Bahamas. "Il meglio della vita sull'isola". La tenuta è situata su un terreno bellissimo e recintato con vista sul porto, dove i panorami e i tramonti sono mozzafiato. La tenuta offre tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta da una vera residenza di lusso. I giardini tropicali che circondano la proprietà sono straordinari. Le enormi palme reali e il lussureggiante fogliame tropicale di razza elevata sono così abbondanti che devi vedere per credere. Le aree di intrattenimento all'aperto includono un imponente padiglione che si affaccia su una bella piscina accentuata da piastrelle dipinte a mano e cascate a cascata su formazioni rocciose. Questa zona spettacolare ha una vista favolosa sul porto.
Villa Tatutina comprende 6 strutture ospiti e 7 strutture di supporto. The Gate House, con le suite Curly Tail, Clownfish e Parrot Fish, comprende un bagno completo, una cucina completa e una lavanderia. Ogni suite ha un ingresso separato.
Ci sono tre case situate intorno a un cortile con una fontana e buganvillea a cascata su un pergolato splendidamente illuminato. Harbour House è decorato con un delizioso tema bahamiano ed è completo di ampio soggiorno, sala colazione e cucina. Il soggiorno ha un divano pieghevole. La suite Garden ha un bagno completo al primo piano e la suite Sky al piano superiore ha un bagno completo in camera.
La Reef House è composta dalla suite Grouper e dalla suite Red Snapper, entrambe con bagno completo in camera. La suite Blue Hole, a cui si accede dalle scale tramite Red Snapper, ha anche un bagno completo.
The Gathering House è progettato per intrattenere gli ospiti in un ambiente formale o informale. Ha un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo arredati con gusto con finestre di vetro dal design personalizzato dal pavimento al soffitto. L'ufficio privato dispone di armadi di design con area di lavoro in granito. L'eleganza sofisticata descrive la stanza delle polveri, con una ciotola in vetro soffiato a mano e un piedistallo galleggiante in granito tagliato a mano. La "cucina dello chef" è dotata di mobili su misura, ripiani in granito e un'enorme dispensa walk-in.
Il faro si trova in mezzo ai nostri splendidi giardini con una vista spettacolare sul porto, con un letto king size, bagno completo e doccia esterna
La piscina e il padiglione dispongono di cucina completa, bagno completo e posti a sedere all'aperto coperti. Rilassati e goditi la vista sul porto e le brezze orientali.
Il Dock ospiterà una barca da 100 'e 70' ed entrambi i dock hanno un servizio da 50 amp e 100 amp. Le tasse del bacino si applicano a tutte le barche a noleggio. Il ghiaccio è disponibile a pagamento al molo.

We stayed for two weeks and had a blast. The accommodations, boat docks, swimming pool and staff were all perfect. This is a wonderful house for a family reunion or a great place to stay with friends. We will be back!

We rented Villa Tatting for our company retreat and it was perfect. We all had space and the gathering house and pool made it easy for everyone to gather when we wanted to. The private villas gave everyone privacy as well. 10/10 would recommend. The staff onsite and offsite were extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating!

We were there the 2nd week of July '19. The location and home were as advertised, really nice property, well outfitted, very nice dock and great location. Staff was very nice and helpful (took sometime to hear back a couple of times, but all in all everything got done). Only ONE HUGE issue......We reserved this home because my neighbors had it last summer and raved about it, ESPECIALLY the "master suite".
The new owner has recently taken it for himself and made a new "master suite". TOTAL JOKE ! We would have taken one of the guest suites, but our friends with kids needed them. The "new" master suite might pass for a room at the Holiday Inn (and that's being kind). Small, no closet, no internet (in that room only), no tv, no box spring, just a cheap mattress on plywood, with sharp, exposed corners. I cut myself badly and will no doubt have that scar for the rest of my days ( I have the pictures of the chunk it took out of my shin and all the blood). For that much money, the master was a real disappointment. Anyway, such is life, other than the master suite, it's pretty cool.

Where do we begin? First of all, want to let everyone know about two amazing people who we met. First, there was Carolyn the property manager who was so helpful with everything, who answered my numerous emails so quickly, made arrangments for two birthday cakes to be made for my grand twins 11th golden birthday and delivered! Then there was Willie who was at the property every day bright and early to make sure that things were ready for the day, and made sure that we had everything we needed.
When we first arrived at the property we knew we landed in Paradise. The grounds on the property were amazing and the different buildings, which we called our houses, were exactly what we thought they would be. We spent the week with our two sons and their families. The gathering house was the best place for all of us to enjoy our meals together in the mornings. Each family had their own house to stay in and we never worried about waking others up since we all had our separate sleeping quarters. The one house with the kids sleeping area is amazing, but one note, to get up there you have to climb a ladder stair. We had a three-year-old that we would not allow them to go up because it was steep! The pool area was huge and great for all. A small sandy area with a hammock for the little one. There was also a hot tub that was great for the chilly nights that we had. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for the evening meals. The dock for our boat was great. Would love to have had some chairs on the dock for some night fishing that we did. The property was gated and we never thought once about locking up the houses when we left. The laundry facility on the property was great to have midweek. I just can't say enough about this property. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week at the lovely property and we will be back!
