Note that we did not actually stay in the Nest. That booking was accidentally made for the wrong date. Our hosts could not make the Nest available on our actual dates but they gave us a beautiful little cottage nearby. They met us in the road outside and guided us to our door. We drove up our private driveway, through the remote operated gate and into the secure garden with parking. There was a wood burner in the room and I failed to get the fire started. But a man arrived quickly when we called and he started the fire, tuned in the TV for us and made us comfortable. There was a lovely park across the street and it was altogether a great experience.

Very comfortable, surprisingly private, lovely location! Nice pool, beautiful gardens, great to use the kayak and bicycles that are provided, we had a lovely stay!

The wifi was very poor, but maybe that was a good thing ;)

We had an incredible stay at The Nest, it’s a fantastic spot, homely and friendly with lots of additions included (pool, bicycles, SUP boards, veggie garden, laundry, etc.), to make your holiday so worthwhile! The Nest studio was pristine and private and had absolutely everything you would need. We made use of the bicycles and had a lovely cycle around Leisure Isle, which was a great perk to have available. Great communication by Tori, very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend The Nest to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for hosting us!
