Great location so close to the beach and everything 30-A has to offer. The pool was perfect especially for the 3 children (Ages 6, 5, and 3). Great communication with the Property Manager, primarily by app and text was very nice.

My family has been staying in Water’s Edge for over 10 years. We love the area and have stayed at several different houses. For us we wouldn’t stay here again with the same group. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The bedroom set up was great for us, but trying to gather together in the family room was tough. The family room had 2 small/loveseats (not as pictured) so we could comfortably seat 4 people. There are backless bar stools for 4, but super uncomfortable for hanging out watching tv for playing games. I think if the 4 teenagers were young kids it would work better.We had a few small issues come up and the management company was very responsive and took care of everything quickly.

This was our second visit to Seas the Day. The first visit was wonderful. This year, there were several issues:There was only one lounge chair and it was in disrepair.Bug issue in kitchen and bedrooms.Door alarm was not working properly.Deck was in disrepair. Nail was coming up and boards were coming up. All of these things were reported and it took several trips to resolve. Also, the cleanliness of the house was not good. Sand in all beds. It was very disappointing. At these prices, I expect more!

Great location. This is our second time to rent on this street. While this house is nicely updated/furnished, it needs lots of upkeep, and generally felt a little unclean throughout. Windows were dirty (fingerprints from prior visitors), interior of cabinets were dirty, dead roaches in kitchen garbage area, and needed fresh paint throughout

We are repeat renters and love the house. The house layout is terrific and the pool is a great size. However, the pool lounge chairs need replacing. Two out of three lounge chairs were torn and not able to be used. Others were rusted. The cleanliness was not up to the standards of the last time we stayed. Hopefully, this all will be remedied.

We loved our stay at Seas The Day. We had 8 adults and
6 kids and we fit great. Check in and out is very easy. The house is in a great location and is very comfortable. The kitchen is large enough that multiple people can be in there preparing a meal at the same time. We would definitely go back there.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day for a girls trip. The property is located within a short walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is a short walk to the actual beach which is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is great for a large group, each bedroom has its own bathroom and was very clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable and there were ample towels for the group. The management company was very responsive - we had a big storm the day we arrived and the pool was a mess but they sent someone to clean first thing the next morning. A few things - the pool alarm bypass did not work from the outside door, so it went off every time we came in which got old (our group was all adults). The back lower deck/ pool area was kinda beat/messy so it would have been nice if that was cleaned up prior to our stay. Also, the house only comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach - given the house sleeps 14, I would have expected a few more chairs (maybe like 6?) to be available and not having to pay $68/set on top of all the other costs for this trip. All in all, still a great trip - the towns are beautiful with wonderful restaurants and bars and shopping. Highly recommend a trip to Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach for your next getaway!

This house was superb. The bunk room was great for kids. There is no door to their bedroom which was fine for us. The second floor had three bedrooms and then one on the first floor. All bedrooms had balconies. Lots of space to spread out. Pool was nice and had outdoor shower.Loved to proximity to the pool and the space outside our back door. Felt very safe in our gated neighborhood. Across the street in Seacrest, was a grocery store, shops and restaurants. A one minute walk and you are in Rosemary Beach. Perfect location!

Wonderful Waters Edge!
This is an excellent property and we loved our stay here. Easy access to all that Rosemary Beach and Seacrest has to offer by foot or bicycle makes Waters Edge a prime location. The beach is wonderful, however steps down to the beach would make it somewhat challenging for elderly visitors. The outdoor area is perfect for all ages and everyone enjoyed the pool! The house itself is well equipped with all the basic necessities and the beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've experienced over years of renting We'll definitely be back to "Seas the Day" .

Beautiful home and fabulous location. The home was thoughtfully laid out and the host thought of everything for families coming to stay a week at the beach. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay and wanted for nothing. Walking distance to the beach and other amenities. Look forward to future stays here.

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. First time we spent Christmas away as a family. Eight of us fit nicely with plenty room and a nice yard with pool. We loved the location and used the bikes often. The house was very clean. Would stay here again for sure. The only issue we had was the pool was losing water and the heater shut off. Maintenance was sent right away and it was resolved same day. The weather was beautiful and the beach was about a minute walk. We also appreciated the gated neighborhood and security. It was a lovely getaway.

Best thing about this house is the location. Only minutes from the beach with the convenience of two beach chairs included in the rental. My family loved the pool, which had a decent amount of sun throughout the day and being fully enclosed it was safe for our two small dogs. House is well designed, two master suits and a large top floor for the teens. Houses are close together, which is totally fine as long as other renters are respectful of the proximity of neighbors and the four bikes included were appreciated. Rosemary was very busy the week of our stay, but we had a great vacation and will be back. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seastheday. The house was perfect for our needs and offered a perfect setting to celebrate my 70th birthday with family. The location was excellent for activities in town and the beach, with its security, was excellent. And, by the way, the weather was also exquisite during our stay. Our only issue was leaving the area when we encountered numerous delays at an inadequate airport facility. We would come back, but probably drive the 14 hours from the Chicago area.

After staying a couple times south of 30A in Rosemary Beach, I found this to be an excellent alternative. It is close to the main Rosemary Beach spots, Seacrest Beach restaurants/bars are across the street, and Alys Beach restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk. The location to the beach is great (2-3 minute walk), and the beach wasn't super crowded (early May) as it private to the community. The home boasts plenty of beds and was pretty clean. The couch and chairs in the living room were a bit worn, but not entirely unexpected for a rental. Royal Destinations was very responsive. Overall, the house was great for our group of 8 people.

The location to the beach is great (2-3 minute walk), and the beach wasn't super crowded (early May) as it private to the community. The home boasts plenty of beds and was pretty clean. The couch and chairs in the living room were a bit worn, but not entirely unexpected for a rental. Royal Destinations was very responsive. Overall, the house was great for our group of 8 people.

Location, location, location!
Amazing property located in an ideal location in the Waters Edge neighborhood close to the beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Pearl Hotel. We walked and biked everywhere! The beach was just a short walk with chair and umbrella service provided. Can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely rent again!

This house is in a great location, close to the beach, Rosemary and you can walk or bike everywhere. House has everything we needed, nice rooms, big, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. We really loved the little community and the easy, private beach access and area. The house was perfect for a family of 5 (with room to spare) and was in great condition, except for a few small repair issues could be easily addressed. Overall, we would definitely return to this community and this rental!
