My boys and I thouroughly enjoyed this house. Talk about EVERY single detail thought of! We were even greeted with a lovely bouquet of flowers and chocolates. My son, 11, only wanted to go fishing for his Birthday and this property made his entire Birthday week a memorable one. The property is beyond beautiful, inside and out. The fishing from the dock didn't disappoint, I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, went to Disney and SeaWorld easily. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities and things to do. Great view of the lake and can also see the beautiful LDS temple across the lake. House was tastefully renovated. Janice was also professional and easy to communicate with. Total recommendation here.

We came over to Orlando for a short golf weekend and this was such a fantastic place to stay. Great location to head towards downtown Orlando or Disney area. The home is as great in person as the pictures. Thanks for a great stay.

She is right on top of every detail and was always available if needed. I can't brag enough about how well stocked the home was from the laundry to the kitchen to the bathrooms. Because the location is so centrally located, we made several trips during our stay, including Daytona, Univeral Studios, and Disney World. It's so fun to visit those places knowing you have a peaceful retreat away from the crowds awaiting your return. Best stay ever for us!

Great place for a golf group
The house was great, clean and well maintained. It is a perfect place for a golf group, central to some nice golf courses with a lot of restaurants close by. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful vacation home!
We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Janice was a prefect host. She respond quickly with any questions we had. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A special treat was chocolate candy and bottled waters. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Home & Location. Superb Host!
I can honestly say the owner of this home is hands down the most amazing host. She is a true testament to how a perfect vacation rental should be. She is very communicative and her attention to detail is second to none. We loved staying in her home. The home, grounds, dock, everything is first class. This was a phenomenal experience and we appreciated staying there.

Beautiful, modern property
This house is well taken care of with all the amenities you would need away from home. We were comfortable and feeling like we were in the lap of luxury. The open floorplan allowed us to gather together and the view was fabulous! The house has been updated nicely with all new cabinets, island, furniture, lighting and beautiful baths. Everything down to the towels have been upgraded! The Hostess, Janice, made sure we had everything we needed, including a generous box of chocolates! We will want to stay there again and again!

Wonderful hospitality! Godiva and Fuji waters were a nice welcome surprise! Home is clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful neighborhood. Communications were very responsive, too. Thank you, Janice for everything.

Modern and cozy
Loved the open lay out of the place. Decor is modern and yet really warm and cozy. We loved our stay here. It’s beautiful being right on the water. Super close to Wal-Mart and Publix. The house is unassuming from the front but the minute you walk in it’s like “Woooow”
The host was really nice and communicative. We loved hanging by the fire pit at night. Very beautiful

The house is beautifully appointed, with all the little extras too- like shampoos in the showers, and K cups for the coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the house is full of charm. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a lovely property and perfectly situated for what we needed
We had an amazing time in Windermere. My daughter and her family live there and we travelled out to spend Christmas with them. This house is fantastic, the space and decor are great and Janice ensures there is everything you need in hand such as plenty of clean towels and bed linen and even loads of coffee pods for the coffee machine in the kitchen.
Janice is the perfect host and is happy to help out with any queries that may arise.

Peace and Serenity
We have been staying at Home Away and VRBO homes for years. I can honestly say this home was perfect! It was pristine and the floor plan is wide open and contemporary. Janice does things like no other home we have stayed at. She supplies coffee, paper products, soaps and detergents. For the first time ever we felt we didn’t have to wash the glasses and dishes, they were so clean! The ambiance outside was a bonus. Looking out at the boats going by only eased our relaxation. You should be a mentor Janice to all who rent their homes!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house. Beautiful setting with unbelievable sunrise over the lake and church. We will be back again!
