My family and I just finished our vacation. The condo was great and spacious. Check-in was super easy. The location is good with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The balcony is huge and has a great oceanfront view. The kitchen has all the basic essentials. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Kathy was a great host and checked in with us via text.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It feels like a real find as the condo itself is well stocked, clean, updated, and has a lovely huge balcony. In addition, the location of this condo has a family friendly beach with the Conch Cafe (it was delicious) within walking distance. Highly recommend! We plan to come back!

This is by far our favorite place to stay. Everything with the condo is always amazing. Great communication with the owner and the condo is very well taken care of. This was our 4th year staying here and we are already booked for next year.

Condo was just like the last time we stayed only sadly no bath linen were provided this time. Views from the balcony were beautiful as always, love the larger kitchen and was able to make all our meals with ease.

Loved the constant sight and sound of the ocean! Tastefully decorated! Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable! 2 of the 3 bathrooms needed updating. The bathrooms are not handicapped accessible although the condo was listed as wheelchair accessible. We will definitely rent again!

This condo has everything you could possibly want in your vacation accommodations. The priceless ocean view, spacious living area, kitchen that would please any cook, attractive and comfy bedrooms, and great bathrooms with wonderful showers made our family trip a pleasure. The hosts have thought of just about everything. There are plenty of games, books, current magazines, cozy throws for chilly evenings watching the sunset from the porch, and power strips everywhere so no one ever had to search for an outlet to charge a phone or laptop. There were clear instructions for arrival and operating the TV remote, and lots of info about restaurants and activities in the area. Kathy was extremely helpful and easy to reach when we had questions. We felt right at home n this lovely property. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at 501 Surfmaster! So many things made it enjoyable. The beautiful decor, spaciousness, cleanliness, the awesome views from the balcony of sunrises and the ocean, and the well equipped kitchen. The booking process was easy and the communication with the owner was great! We hated to leave! But we’ll be back!

Top notch oceanfront condo
This condo with an end unit balcony has privacy with an amazing view. Everything you need is there. It feels like being a guest in someone’s home. We will keep returning each year. Highly recommend !

The condo was very satisfactory. Only complaint was the sliding door to the deck - risk of tripping.

Ocean Paradise
We stayed at this condo for a week to enjoy spending time with family members. Our Condo became the favorite evening spot since we had plenty of room for everyone, a great view and no stairs to climb.
The owner has done a great job renovating this to maximize comfort, ease of movement around furniture, and beautiful decor.
The owner checked on us on the day we arrived, the day after, and was very responsive if we had questions.
I give this vacation condo 5 stars!

As we have stayed in this property on multiple occasions, this review is no different than the one's I posted previously. The unit is well maintained and the owner is very responsive. Of course, we will rent again!!!

Kathy’s condo was everything we wanted, loved the view of the ocean, condo was very clean and spacious, also liked that we had covered parking right by the condo. We would rent this again in a heartbeat 💗 She also connected with us about the thermostat. Just sorry we had to leave a day early because of the weather back to Michigan

Excellent Experience in every way!
We hit the jackpot on our first stay in South Carolina. This condo is an absolute DREAM....perfectly located for all our needs, and so so close to the water! Super clean and stocked with everything you would need in a home; especially the kitchen! I especially appreciated the tasteful furnishings, including fine art photos and other original artwork. A perfect A+ stay in every way.

As I have stayed and reviewed this property earlier this year, this review is a confirmation of the previous review. The property is in an ideal location (Garden City) and the views are spectacular. The condo is well maintained and and clean. The owner (Kathy) keeps in contact during check in and departure to make sure everything is in order. We will be staying there again!
