Abbiamo appena installato le piastrelle in tutte le camere !! Serratura della porta senza chiave per non dover tenere le chiavi durante il soggiorno !! Phoenix West è uno dei condomini più lussuosi del Golfo! Si può godere una vista spettacolare del Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nell'unità. Con oltre 1.950 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa e recentemente arredata. I servizi sono abbondanti in questo condominio di Phoenix West: l'unità è dotata di elettrodomestici full-size, wet bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, TV HD a schermo piatto da 55 "nel soggiorno con TV da 42" nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è un letto king size nel master, due letti queen nella seconda camera da letto e un letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno se avete bisogno di più spazio. Abbiamo anche il condominio 3br solo due porte in basso se avete bisogno di più spazio !! C'è un fiume lento, scivolo d'acqua, piscina all'aperto con piscina per bambini recintata, piscina interna riscaldata, due vasche idromassaggio, centro fitness all'avanguardia, 4 saune e campi da tennis sul tetto. C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per prenotare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione. La tua vacanza sarà completa a Phoenix West con tutti i comfort, la spiaggia e le lussuose sistemazioni. Condo was great. We had a really good time. Only a few problems. There were 4 bathrooms and only 2 had a roll of toilet paper. We called and was told that there should have been a roll in each bathroom and that they would take care of it the next morning which they did not do, but we just went and bought some. I also left my toiletries bag (yes was my fault). I sent a text and an email about it. All the text that I got back said “I asked cleaner”. I told them I would pay to have it shipped. I haven’t gotten any other response as of yet. But again that was my fault for leaving it, just wish they would have been more helpful on that.

My family selected this unit due to the fact that the bedrooms had full size beds vs bunk beds. There were seven adults who vacationed in this unit.
The unit overall is dirty. The floors and countertops were dirty. The pictures on the walls and fans had an inch of dust. That wasn't a huge problem.
One of the bedrooms had blood on the toilet and shower curtain. The showers had mildew around the bottom.
The batteries were low in the remotes as well as the thermostat.
There was food (chips) in the floor by one of the couches. Candy left in on the floor in one of the bedrooms. As well as a Kool-Aid pouch behind the TV.
Two smoke detectors were hanging by a wire.
The rug in the family room is curled on the edges which is a HUGE safety risk.
The filter needs to be changed in the fridge and the ice make said it needed cleaning.
The light in the oven is out.
My invoice shows a 'service fee' and a 'hosts fee'. I'm not sure where the 'cleaning fee' falls within those fees but we deserve part of those fees back.
What happened to cleaning 'Covid' protocols?
Overall, the location is great, the view is great, and we did enjoy our time together as a family, but this unit needs some maintenance.

Parking was a hassle. Have stayed at this location for the last 3 years. Have son and daughter come from different locations. First you rape people on parking fees, only 2 available for 3 cars. The garage was at most half full. Black mold in master bathroom. You should look up and down the beach at the condos available to rent. Me and my family will not be back.

Very roomy condo but needs updating. I can get past the updates that were needed but cleaning was only minimally done. There was no comforter on one of the beds so I went and bought a blanket. There were no extra sheets for us to put on the couch bed so I bought sheets for our kids to sleep on. Dryer wouldn’t dry towels until my husband cleaned out the vent hose and it was filled with nasty water. Also, make sure you get to the condo early or late for check-in as there are only one set of elevators for 30 floors. One poor guy I met was waiting an hour and a half to take his stuff to his room. Pools were great and overall we enjoyed the trip but I was disappointed in the condo itself.

Great condo -very clean, roomy . Small issue TV in one bedroom would not work, took a couple tries to get the other TVs on satellite. small crack in microwave door looked superficial the microwave worked fine

Our stay was overall was great. We did have an issue with one of the beds having DIRTY SHEETS. The AC didn’t work well, the dryer took forever to dry articles and the stovetop didn’t heat well.
However, we loved the faculties!
Already working on a time booked for next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities offered and the beach was great. Great views from the balcony and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would love to return next year.

The week was wonderful on the beach. The only thing I would change would be better cleaning from the cleaning service prior to our arrival. there was sand on the floor and food from the last visitors under the couches. We had to sweep the floor at the beginning of our stay.

We enjoyed our condo, and the property is well maintained (except the linens, which were motel quality).To keep it short, I had one huge complaint: Phoenix has a 4:30pm check in and a 10:00am check out. Plus, on the day we checked out, our automatic door code turned off at 9:45am (had to get a maid to let us back in the condo). Unacceptable.

The property had sand all over. There was dust all over condo and huge dust around ceiling fans and in closets. The towels had visible hair on them. The bedspreads had visible spots…… I could go on and on.

The condo/property itself is very spacious and stocked with everything you need! The building parking is easy to access and get to your condo from the elevator. Sometimes there is a line to get in the elevator or you have to wait a while during busy times but we only had issues the first day during check in hours.
The only downside to the condo was how high up it was. I didn't realize how high up 25 floors is and worrying about toddlers on the balcony if they stand on furniture etc. So we kept the door locked with them around. All in all, I would recommend to stay here! We had a great time.

The negative was the Elevators during peak times. Thecheck-in was a problem with everyone checking in at the same time. The staff were very helpful. The only problem was the pool rules said no glass bottles were allowed and there were many with those in the lazy river. Our rental unit was very nice

There were a few times we would have to wait a couple of cycles to get on at the bottom, but it was never too bad.
The lazy river was amazing and the beach was so close. We rented chairs and that's the way to go.
I thought the building was very well taken care of and there were always employees making sure the floor was dry and the place was clean.
I was also concerned about parking and this was also not a problem. Sometimes we had to go to the 6th or 7th floor of the garage, but it wasn't a problem.
The only thing I would have changed is to bring some disposable containers from home for leftovers. There weren't many dishes with covers for us to use after we cooked. And since we cooked most of our meals in the condo, we had a lot of stuff to store. I got a few at Wal-Mart.

Very spacious and comfortable for our party of 8. We traveled with friends and had enough entertaining space too. Easy beach access. Both adults and kids enjoyed the lazy river. We prepared most of our meals in the condo. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and accessories. The grocery stores and fish markets were close.

Very nice place. Lots of room for the family. Overall pretty clean, personally could have been a bit cleaner (floors looked like they just had a quick mop ran over them to say they had been cleaned). We would definitely stay again though. Never had to communicate with property manager.

Was nice, the kids loved the slide and lazy river! Room was nice could have been a little cleaner. Hated that we had to put our tent up so far back on the beach. Will probably stay in a house next time for this reason.

This rental was filthy upon arrival. It was clearly left fithy intentionality. There were water and toothpaste spit spots on all bathroom mirrors & faucets, piles of sand throughout the condo, the mircowave is damaged, therefore having to tweek it in order for it to operate, the A/C filter has not been changed since May 2021 and there is 2" of A/C dust caked on the inside of the HVAC closet and dust caked on the baseboards. It is absolutley disgusting.

We had a sorority reunion of 5 women (friends) all in our late 50’s. Everyone loved it and this was perfect to sleep that many women comfortably, giving everyone their own beds. Everyone loved the pool and lazy river along with all the other amenities. We will definitely stay here again! Furnishing were beautiful as well!!!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The view of the Gulf was beautiful. The property had great amenities with the lazy River being our family favorite. The staff were always very courteous and professional. The only downside was the dining room furniture needed much repair or be replaced. No complaints at all. We plan to come back in the near future.
