* 2a camera da letto - con un letto matrimoniale, TV, armadio
* 3a camera da letto - con un letto a castello inferiore full size, due letti singoli in cima, più un letto futon queen size nella stessa stanza.
Il secondo bagno completo nel corridoio serve la seconda e la terza camera da letto.
Ogni camera ha un riscaldamento a parete elettrico. La zona giorno principale ha una stufa a pellet ecologica. Ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo per 10 persone e cucina ben attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze.
Parcheggio gratuito, fino a 2 auto (3 auto nei mesi estivi) - proprio di fronte all'unità e bus navetta gratuito per la montagna e tutto intorno alla città di Mammoth.
Bagni completamente attrezzati con asciugamani, shampoo, lozione, sapone e asciugacapelli.
C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità disponibile per i nostri ospiti e un sacco di spazio nelle camere da letto per i vestiti durante la visita.
Sierra Manors è la nostra casa lontano da casa. Abbiamo ristrutturato con amore questa casa di città in modo tale che quando la usiamo noi stessi è come se non avessimo mai lasciato la casa. Miglioriamo costantemente l'unità: sono appena state installate nuove finestre a doppio pannello.
La spaziosa cucina / soggiorno / sala da pranzo al piano superiore è luminosa, soleggiata e ariosa con un soffitto a cattedrale e finestre su entrambi i lati. La finestra panoramica si affaccia sul balcone e su Lincoln Mountain. C'è una stufa a pellet ecologica con pellet fornita per te che emana calore, calore e atmosfera e si accende semplicemente attraverso un termostato!
La cucina è stata allestita con tutti i nuovi comfort tra cui un tostapane, un frullatore, una macchina per il caffè e un forno a microonde. Abbiamo TV via cavo, una connessione Internet ad alta velocità gratuita e un centro di intrattenimento completo tutti disponibili per gli ospiti, ORA CON UNA NUOVA TV A PIATTAFORMA :)
Il Sierra Manor Complex dispone di una nuova piscina, 3 vasche idromassaggio / sauna / bagni e sala comune che è possibile impostare per feste su richiesta speciale.
Ci sono posti auto disponibili proprio nella parte anteriore dell'unità e forniamo permessi di parcheggio per 3 auto. Inoltre, proprio di fronte alla nostra casa di città c'è la fermata del bus navetta gratuito che corre tutto l'anno intorno a Mammoth Lakes e Mammoth Mountain.

Un bus navetta gratuito attivo tutto l'anno vi condurrà al villaggio in 5 minuti, alle piste e intorno ai laghi di Mammoth.
Questo è davvero un posto magico e incredibile in cui soggiornare per tutte le stagioni dell'anno!

We find this apartment very homy, very well furnished with kitchen and various household appliances. It is excellently located off a main-street and is a few minutes from grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. It makes an idea location for your visit to the area or anywhere along Hwy 395. Parking space is right outside the unit. will definitely stay at this place the next time we visit this area again.

This place had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us (3) adults, and would be perfect for a larger family with children. I liked that the front door faced Old Mammoth Road which made it easy to come and go. Would definitely consider it for a future visit.

We loved the fact you are able to park in front of property. The kitchen and living area is located upstairs. The bottom level is where you will find bedrooms. Very very clean. Its has plenty of pot, pans, and plenty of silverware. Our kids enjoyed the games and movies we were able to watch. We also enjoyed the pool that directly below us. It was our first time to Mammoth. June lake is like a beach area to go for a swim and rented a paddle board for our kids. We went hiking ro horseshoe Lake and lunch afterMy husband left us all asleep to go enjoy some fishing all by himself. We have been too so many other lakes. Mammoth is gorgeous!! There is so much to do here that we defintely need to come back and explore more of what Mammoth has to offer. We would definitely rent this property again.

The cabin was adorable, all of the rooms being on the first floor and the living space upstairs was great for our friend group! Perfect location to everywhere we explored. Would definitely come back!

We loved being downtown, close to lots of activities. Because of the closures due to snow, we weren’t able to do what we planned, but the local people directed us to a hike around Convict Lake, which was stunning! The house has wonderful accommodations, lots for kids to do, well stocked kitchen. We loved our visit!

The condo had everything we needed. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the Mammoth Brewery. We had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo.
My son, and grandson enjoyed the hot tub, and sauna very much. Thank you very much.

We stayed three nights in this three bedroom condo in Mammoth while skiing. The condo is conveniently located next to the shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain. Plenty of space for a seven adults and a fully appointed kitchen for cooking in. Easy check in and check out, responsive management - I would stay again.

Plenty of space and walking distance to restaurants, Grocery Outlet, and Starbucks. Home is retro 1970s but very well maintained. There was more than enough space for the four of us and we hope to come back with the kids next time. Parking was right in front of the unit. Access was easy (keypad door lock).

From start to finish everything was easy. Great communication with host. Great property. We will most definitely be renting it again if available. Our whole family was comfortable and the unit was even more that’s we expected!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the TV’s in each room and the beds were very comfy. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and an abundance of towels to shower with. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great. Will definitely look up this property again when returning to Mammoth.

The renting was very easy. The unit we rented was nice except that the furniture is so outdated, old and dirty. we didn’t want to sit on the couch. the one bed where the bunks were was very uncomfortable. you can feel the bed springs. The place was well equipped w dishes, pots n pans, etc.

Perfect location!
We loved your condo! It is super easy to get to the slopes and all the fun restaurants. The hot tub and sauna were an apres ski treat. Thank you so much! ❤️

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The only complaint I have is that the living room furniture is pretty worn, and the furniture and the rug didn't seem very clean.

We enjoyed our recent stay, especially the large windows and easy to use pellet fireplace. Shopping and theatre are only a few blocks away. Are host was responsive to my questions.

Walking Distance to Everything
We rented this condo because the location was perfect for the 3 teenagers we had with us. 19, 18 and 15 and they could walk, ride their bikes or take the free trolly wherever they wanted which was great. Its closeness to the restaurants and coffee shops was ideal and we highly recommend Roberto's right up the street for Mexican food. The free trolly will take you all over the place and the drivers are great about letting you off right in front of the condo if you ask. You can walk to grocery stores very easily as well. The thing with being downtown is you have to sacrifice the location for some noise so if you are looking for super quiet and serene this isn't the place for you. The street is noisy as well as the pool area that is right outside the kitchen window. The restaurant across the street also had live music on Saturday night until 2 am and leaving their doors wide open led to lots of noise coming right into the master bedroom.
There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. My pet peeve when we rent a home is where they advertise it is suitable for 5-6 people but the living room seats 3 people; this condo had plenty of comfy seating for everyone. My other pet peeve is lack of hooks for towels and hanging stuff, this condo had so many hooks in the hall for our helmets and beach towels and hammocks we could never have filled them all so we loved that! The only thing I would caution is if you are bringing bikes there is no garage for storage which I forgot to ask about so having to haul them inside every time we rode was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Saturday the power went out all over town and the owner did contact us to update us on what was going on which was nice, It was only inconvenient as far as we were in the middle of making coffee/breakfast but at no fault to the owner we just packed up and headed out for some hiking because we weren't in Mammoth to be indoors anyway. :) Kitchen is well stocked as are the linens. The pool is freezing cold and not heated and the jacuzzi next to the pool is broken but there is one around the corner that is bigger and more private, you just have to walk around until you find it. Super easy check-in/check out process. I'd say kid-friendly as well as long as you are okay with stairs if you had a real little one you could bring a gate for the top of the stairs since the living area and kitchen are upstairs. Do the hike to Devils Postpile it's amazing!

A week stay in a Mammoth
My family of 10 (including 5, 2, & 1 yr old) stayed for a week here are my pros:
-Clean condo with easy check in
-Parking for 3 vehicles
-Storage locker for fishing poles
-Well stocked with amenities! Plenty of towels, shampoos & soaps if you forgot yours, kitchen supplies (except for bbq tongs)
-WiFi and cable provided
-BBQ on balcony
-Kids loved the games and toys!
-Plenty of space for everyone!
-Location close to restaurants and shops
Cons:
-Location a little too close for us. We like being more secluded.
-The beds in the bunk room were not comfortable and squeaky!
-Non heated pool - kids were disappointed.
-Could not figure out washer & dryer- they kept stopping and washer would not drain all the water.
- wish there were screens on bunk room window. It got stuffy and hot at night
All in all it was a very nice place to stay. We had so much fun except for it raining everyday in the afternoon.

30th Birthday Get Away

Summer mammoth weekend
Renting with Kesia was straightforward and well-explained. The property was spacious and full of need amenities. The location is ideal to grab meals and is close to main St. I would recommend staying with Kesia!

Very well stocked condo in the heart of Mammoth
Condo matches the description very well. it is very well stocked and can handle a large group. There wasn't enough stress on the fact that neighbors can hear everything and we got a noise complaint because my jet lagged 4 and 5 year old kids were up and going crazy at 5 am, my 5 year old has some hearing issues and is a little loud I don't think a noise complaint was necessary.

Awesome Towhouse
Thank you so much. We really enjoyed the townhome in the middle of Mammoth Lakes. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and even the movie theater! And the townhome itself was incredibly well equipped for anything we might have wanted to do there. We will come again!

Convenient and all-around vacation condo
Great location. Very convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants, ski rentals within walking distance (less than 5 min walk). Shuttle to mammoth was across the street!! The two room with their own beds were great. The bunk room was okay, beds were a little squeaky/old but doable. They had pots, pants, utensils, bowls, plates, etc. Some spices but when I was there, no oil or aluminum foil. But it wasn’t a problem.

Perfection in a blizzard!
Although we were snowed in for much of our long weekend stay, we couldn't have been cozier. The pellet stove was humming, and we played games and cooked while the winds gusted outside. Once it cleared up we were able to get to some skiing and snow play, so the weekend was a win, overall. Thanks Kasia, once again, for the lovely hospitality!
