Beachfront Condo Stunning 7th Floor Views and tram at Westwinds in Sandestin. Private beach
Westwinds è l'edificio più bello sul lungomare di Sandestin, l'area della piscina e il centro fitness sono di gran lunga i migliori di qualsiasi edificio. Mentre tutte le unità sono gestite e gestite individualmente, i servizi comuni degli edifici condominiali possono davvero fare la differenza. Essendo un vero condominio di fronte al golfo a Sandestin, non si può aspettare il tram o andare a caccia di un parcheggio per raggiungere la spiaggia, basta scendere dall'ascensore e camminare per pochi passi. Una volta sei stato Westwinds, non si vuole stare altrove a Sandestin. Questo condominio di due camere da letto è stato recentemente ristrutturato e i proprietari sono davvero orgogliosi della loro casa di vacanza. Questa unità al 7 ° piano ha due letti king size e un divano letto nel soggiorno e può ospitare comodamente un totale di 6 persone.
Essendo al 7 ° piano, si ha una splendida vista a sud-ovest sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico. Non c'è niente come godersi il sole del pomeriggio o uno degli spettacolari tramonti autunnali o primaverili sul Golfo del Messico.
I bagni sono stati rimodellati con nuovi vanit��, granito e doccia circonda. La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici in granito e acciaio inossidabile. L'arredamento è stato quasi completamente sostituito quest'anno e nel condominio c'�� una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta efficienza. Sia che tu vada giù a Sandestin per una vacanza al mare, un incontro o una conferenza o uno dei tanti festival al villaggio di Baytowne Wharf o lungo il suggestivo corridoio 30a, nei nostri condomini Westwinds, ottieni il meglio che la spiaggia ha da offrire e tutto ciò che Sandestin offre, senza pagare le alte tariffe di Sandestin.
Durante lo Spring Break e l'estate, si affitta solo da sabato a sabato. Email per chiedere un'eccezione.
Al momento abbiamo 8 appartamenti a Westwinds, tutti includono l'accesso gratuito al tram più sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone da utilizzare nel condominio.

Just finished our trip with 4 small children, my husband and myself. We really enjoyed our time on vacation and this rental is the primary reason why! We were able to do some cooking to save money on food and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean with hot water and awesome water pressure. Pillows were nice and beds were a little creaky but very soft. Lots of space to spread out and an incredible view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the gorgeous views. The heated pool was broken for the first couple of days of our trip and slightly chilly but once they fixed it the pool was so warm it was incredible. The palm trees surrounding the pool with a view of the ocean when you’re walking past the fountains was just amazing. Great hot tub a super warm kiddie pool. Felt like a total tropical vacation despite it being March. Easy access to the beach with no steps which is unusual for the Destin area! Loved the covered and well lit, safe, parking garage. There are a lot of entrance codes to all of the gates but once you save and get the hang of it it’s no trouble at all! We will be back!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. Communication with owner was prompt, complete and helpful. This was a great experience for the entire family.

Great beach view plus a short boardwalk over the dunes directly onto the beach. Easy access to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.Arrived with some outer bands of Hurricane Sally still making waves and wind. Advice to other travelers: be prepared as some restaurants and stores were closed for a day or two even after the winds dies down. We had food and drinks with us and the condo has plenty of kitchen utensils so it was not an issue but something to keep in mind for anyone else arriving on the heels of stormy weather. The access road had some standing water after a night of very heavy rain that might have been too deep for a very low clearance car.
