Questa bella casa ENORME si trova nella gated community di Tan Tara. La casa è costruita in una scogliera alta sopra l'acqua con vista sul canale principale. Attended a wedding. We are a large family from Ohio so this was a perfect selection. The host was very responsive and the place was as described

We went down with 4 adults and 3 children under 3. The space and bedrooms were more than enough, and it was exactly what we wanted.

We enjoyed our stay at the property, but we encountered some issues that we would like to share. The kitchen counters had an ant infestation that was unpleasant and unsanitary. The dining room slider to the deck was malfunctioning and difficult to operate due to a damaged track. The main floor bedroom lacked a bathroom and required us to use the stairs to access one. The air conditioning for the main floor bedroom was inconsistent and did not cool well at night, although it worked fine during the day. The lake was not easily accessible from the house, which was disappointing. We also had trouble with the pool code, which did not match the one we received by email or the one in the house binder. We managed to enter the pool with the help of another group, but we noticed that several other groups had the same problem. We hope that these issues can be resolved for future guests. Overall, we had a decent experience, but we expected better from this property.

We stayed here for our mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary gift. It was so nice to have room for the whole family to stay together. We had a great time!

Spent 5 days vacationing with my children and grandchildren. The property was perfect for what we needed as a group of 14. There was plenty of space and the location was outstanding. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and access to all the amenities offered by the Margaritaville resort. Would definitely go back again. And the host was always there to help out with whatever we needed.

House was fine for our family - every family had their own room and bathroom which was nice. The kitchen is smaller than the pictures portrayed and was very crowded when prepping and cooking for all of us. It was stocked with everything we needed. It is an older property and could use some TLC. The sliding door in the dining area needs work or replacing as it is very hard to close so we had to use the door in the living area to get to the deck. The floors were not very clean - our feet were dirty after walking on them the first day. I also had to clean around a toilet in one of the bathrooms because it smelled like urine. The pool is close by so the kids spent alot of time there which is a definite plus. Overall we had a fun vacation and enjoyed our stay.

A spacious property for our family of 8 adults and grands; and short walking distance to the pool. DVD player didn't work when we arrived but Jill responded quickly and it was replaced the before the next evening.

We had a family of ten stay at this house for a week, and there was plenty of room for everyone! Location of the home was in a quiet neighborhood, and was easy access to anything you needed to do. The use of all pools, including the resort pool is a major bonus! The house was clean, organized, and ready to go when we arrived. Lastly, the view over looking the water is spectacular! Many of days and nights grilling just sitting on the patio enjoying the view. Thanks for entertaining our family for the week, we really enjoyed it!

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We had to clean the grill before using it. The maintenance man did come fix two of the toilet that kept running and fix microwave door while we were there. Thanks Bone! Hopefully the sliding door to deck can be replaced before the next person stays there. We had a great time, the pool was close. We weren’t too far from Margaritaville, Go-carts or Boat rentals! Our family did enjoy our stay! Thanks!

We had a great time at this property. We have stayed at many places in the Ozarks for our annual Ladies Golf trip and this one really met our needs. It had a large family room with lots of seating for everyone to gather, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the bathrooms were good, and it was nice having the bathroom near the family room that everyone could use plus 4 of the 5 the bedrooms had their own bathroom. We had great weather so we were able to really enjoy the outside decks and the view was fabulous. When I asked the ladies if they would stay there again, the answer was a unanimous YES!

The property is on a fantastic location right on the Lake of the Ozarks. We enjoyed the view on the deck, though we wished for more sun and had trouble finding it because the property is quite shady. We thought we would have access to the pool around the corner, but it was closed. Our biggest problem with the property was the amount of garbage we cleaned up before most our sisters arrived. We took pictures, if you'd like to see. There was broken glass on the deck, and even a razor blade! There was some garbage under the grill on the deck, but we couldn't reach it because the grill drip pan was overflowing with grease. The rest of the house was cleaj and had plenty of towels.

We loved the views and enjoyed our stay. A few minor things are why I gave it 4 stars. We walked or drove down to Landshark, enjoyed mini-golf, and relaxed on the porch as the sunset. Overall, we would stay here again.
The cleaning crew missed picking up some garbage, the on-suite bathroom toilet had a leak inside. Another bedroom had a door that didnt have a door knob and the lock was broken, not a big deal because it still closed.

This place had plenty of room for 8 old golfers. Great patio to sit out on after our rounds. Courses and restaurants all within easy driving distance.

House is pretty huge to comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 9 kids. Great view from the covered patio. Jill is very prompt in responding to queries and requests. 1 room is detached from the rest of the house and has a separate entry. Be aware of the checkout procedures and follow it to the T otherwise will be charged additional fee as per the checkout procedures.

We totally enjoyed our family get together. It was nice where the separate rooms let each family have some privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cookware etc. please note that one of the bedrooms has a different entrance and you have to go back outside to get into the main house. Very little toilet paper provided (which we were told in the listing) so make sure to bring some. Great stay. Very quick responses when we had questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Property was great. Everyone had a bed and enough bathrooms for 12 girls! Property owner was very quick to respond when contacted. View was awesome and we definitely had enough room to spread out!

Entire family vacay first time in the Ozarks. The house worked very well for our entire group. Beds were very comfortable and Jill was very quick to respond when we needed anything. We will stay with you again! Anything you could possibly need was in the kitchen and the grill was very clean when we cooked out! Highly recommend for large groups.. Sue S.

The house was perfect for our group, but there wasn't access to a dock or the water which was a little disappointing, but the house is a short Uber ride away from a lot of the major pool bars.

We had family from Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois for our family vacation. It was a great house for our large group with incredible sunsets and great views! The floors could have been cleaned better before our stay, but overall it was a great vacation!

We loved this house! So much space to spread out. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. It was so peaceful to sit out on the deck anytime of the day. It was great having the screened in and non screened in deck. Beautiful place to stay and would definitely come back!

We had a family wedding to attend so my part of the family all wanted to stay in the same house. We didn't realize when booking that one of the 2 bedroom was a separate entrance but we had a baby so it worked perfect for them when it was bedtime. We would definitely stay here again!!

Rooms were very spacious. The view of the lake is great, very relaxing on the patio. Great for big groups because has several beds in each bedrooms, plus most of them have a small fridge in them which is also nice.

The house was beautiful inside and out. It has an amazing view of the lake out the back door. All around the house was exactly as described and was just what we needed. The house was in need of a deeper cleaning as you could still see the dust and debris under the furniture, there was a hat behind the couch, and laundry still in the dryer. Just a deeper cleaning, aside from that, the house was cute as can be and was a very pleasant stay! Some of the boards of the back porch are in need of repair. A few simple updates and this house would be grand! I would definitely recommend!

This place is the only place my family will stay. The host is such a sweetheart and the home is always clean and well-kept. And the beds sleep amazingly! No need to look any further!
