Milioni di dollari di vista sull'oceano, sulla spiaggia e sulle montagne da questo paradiso tropicale. La mia casa è una camera da letto 4+ molto confortevole e ben fornita, 5 bagni completi in una posizione molto privata con un sacco di spazio all'aperto e una piscina a sfioro. È nella giungla che si affaccia sull'Oceano Pacifico e sulle montagne, ma a soli 5 minuti da Dominicalito e dalla spiaggia. La natura qui abbonda di molte scimmie, tucani (il mio preferito), rane, uccelli esotici e insetti dappertutto. Ti sentirai come in un paradiso. I giardini sono squisitamente paesaggistici con una lussureggiante vegetazione tropicale. La casa è stata completamente rinnovata con mobili per lo più interamente nuovi, aree dipinte di recente e molti miglioramenti.
Il livello superiore dispone di ampie aree con posti a sedere all'aperto coperti con viste meravigliose, nonché di un parcheggio coperto al di fuori del complesso recintato. La piscina a sfioro è arroccata sull'oceano e sulla giungla e con nuovi mobili in Polywood e un bagno completo e doccia esterna, accanto ad essa. All'interno, questo livello ha una grande cucina con ripiani in granito, splendide viste e posti a sedere per 12. Quando si passa attraverso la cucina si entra in una zona più privata con 2 camere da letto molto grandi, una con un nuovo bagno privato completo, una con un ponte privato con una vista incredibile e con un bagno completo e una zona lavanderia nel mezzo. Entrambe le camere da letto su questo livello accedono a un ponte esterno che offre posti a sedere in prima fila per la giungla. Ogni camera è dotata di aria condizionata e tutti gli spazi abitativi sono dotati di ventilatori a soffitto per il vostro comfort.
Il livello inferiore ha una camera da letto con letti a castello di grandi dimensioni, nonché una sala giochi per bambini con un proiettore, giochi e un futon. C'è una camera da letto aggiuntiva, con il proprio bagno. Questo livello ha anche un secondo bagno e una seconda zona lavanderia, nonché una seconda cucina e soggiorno. All'esterno, uno ha una grande area salotto coperta all'aperto con vista sui magnifici giardini, nonché sull'oceano e sulla giungla.
In tutta questa casa ha una costruzione di alta qualità, compresi accessori e mobili di fascia alta.
L'area Dominical è amata per i suoi paesaggi incontaminati e le grandi spiagge. Tra le altre cose, è conosciuta come la Mecca del surf! Questo tranquillo villaggio ha un eccellente mix di nordamericani e ticos (nativi costaricani) e tutti vanno d'accordo. Il villaggio ha molti ristoranti che vanno dall'alta cucina a molto informali, e molti posti dove rilassarsi.
Vorrei sottolineare che la vista è una delle migliori in tutto il Costa Rica e vorrai trascorrere ore divertendoti!
Si noti che, mentre la casa accoglie bambini piccoli e dispone di servizi come un seggiolone e pack-n-play, alcune famiglie con bambini di età inferiore a 8 anni potrebbero non trovare questa casa adatta poiché alcuni dei terreni lontani dalla casa possono essere ripidi ( come quasi tutto il Costa Rica), e poiché si tratta di un ambiente tropicale, le trombe di scale tra il livello principale e il secondo livello sono all'aperto, con una grande sporgenza del tetto. Tuttavia, sono molto a mio agio e felice di portare lì i miei figli piccoli. E molti bambini sono rimasti lì.
A causa della ripidezza del terreno in tutto il Costa Rica, si consiglia 4WD.

This unit was beautiful, so relaxing and had all the amenities you could possibly want. We will go back.

There were 9 of us ranging in age from 14 to 50 staying at this VRBO. Lots of research went into the perfect place, perfect location. Disappointments were: not all lighting worked, different colored light bulbs in fixtures, no ground fans for kitchen area as it gets very warm and heat stays in, coffee maker and microwave were warn out, ran out of propane, lights in pool did not work and hanging by wires inside the pool (this was extremely disappointing), no cleaning supplies (mop to wipe off wet areas around pool & kitchen). Location and view were incredible. If these issues get fixed we would be rate it 5 out of 5. Communication with Oscar, our concierge, were great. We would easily stay here again but a little upkeep is required.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely with incredible views. There were a few glitches. The air conditioner in one of the upstairs bedroom was leaking down the wall so we couldn’t use it. The code for the downstairs rooms didn’t work. We finally found a key in the kitchen drawer that we had to use. We tried contacting Oscar’s property manager and she never answered our texts. The downstairs screen door needs repair. It has big holes in it. There was a giant spider on the wall downstairs when we arrived. We realize it’s the jungle but having secure screens would help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated more communication after we arrived. Oscar was very helpful before our arrival. It’s a lovely home with an unbelievable view! Costa Rica is an amazing country and the people are wonderful. We will be back!

One of the best views in the area I'm sure, and therefore, anywhere! Floating in the pool, looking at that view was heaven, as was relaxing on the lovely porch. It wasnt even hard to work in the kitchen, with that view to greet you, though on sunny days, it could get quite warm. The bedrooms were nice and cool. My son enjoyed having the seperate apartment area downstairs, to himself. Lots of room everywhere. We heard howler monkies multiple times a day and saw 2 tucans that visited for about 30 min. The road up was not hard after a couple trips. The waterfall on the way up was lovely as well, with a nice swimming area in front. You could get to Jolly Roger (good wings) and Scala (wonderful food and service) without having to go all the way back down to the highway. The location was convenient to all we wanted to do in the area. We enjoyed going to Adventura Wildlife park and hanging out at Fuego Brewery in Dominical. My daughter loved the horseback riding trip to the largest falls. Oscar was very prompt responding to all questions and comunications. We would gladly return.

This property is exactly as listed. The only thing is the pictures do not do it justice, as anything that is as beautiful as this. You have one of the best views you will ever get! The best part was when the monkeys came to visit. If your patient and are watching, they will come! Also, the waterfall with the rope swing on the street! If your afraid of bugs and reptiles, this isn’t the place for you. We saw new things each day. Kids had a blast! I loved going into the town of Dominical which is just a few miles down the hill. We did have one rainstorm which knocked out the power for about 20 hours. We had fun lighting candles and using flashlights. Bring some just in case this happens while you are here. It didn’t affect our trip, only thing I would say is never have too much food in the fridge to avoid it spoiling during a power outage. Oscar, the property manager was very helpful in giving us recommendations and booking tours. He communicates quickly and easily.
Downside- safe battery was not working. This should definitely be fixed right away.
Directions given- needs to say turn right at the toucan sign and is the last house on the street. There is only one other house on the street.
The police had to escort my father to the property because he drove past the toucan for miles. They were very nice and helpful. Overall, one of the best trips I have had yet! Would definitely return.

This listing is a one of a kind place especially for the price. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. Oscar was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes to downtown Dominical and about 20 from Uvita. There is even a waterfall on the road that’s only a few minutes away called Poza Azul.
Just a few things to note:
- Only one of the upstairs rooms has a king the other has a queen
- The downstairs kitchen is not stocked at all
- The kid’s room just has a small mattress that goes on the floor not a futon
- The house has screens all over most likely due to not having air conditioning previously so noise travels very easily between rooms.
- The pool is super safe not sure how anyone could accidentally fall over the edge. However, it is pretty deep and overall definitely more suited for adults.
- Some of the codes didn’t work (for the downstairs access and the safe)
Overall, I would highly recommend this place, it was perfect for our group of family and friends.

The home was magnificent! There is so much room and the views are amazing! The pool is well tended and refreshing. You cannot beat the sunset view from this home. However, the evening sun heats up the kitchen and dining area so cooking in the evening is difficult. You might want plan to cook after the sun has set or enjoy your dinner out in Dominical. But we truly enjoyed this amazing home!

What a beautifully designed house with a perfect view!
The directions to get to the house were very easy to follow. The road to the house was well maintained, but stick with a 4x4.
The home was spotless!
The bed was very comfortable.
AC in the bedrooms worked well.

The pool is not dangerous.
Improper use of the pool could be.
The pool issue someone wrote about was certainly not valid. We loved the steps going into the pool, which has as good of a view as you will find anywhere in Costa Rica, and found the pool awesome! If you sit on the outside edge of any infinity pool anywhere, you are taking a risk. If you allow your child to do so, you should be turned into Child Protection Services. The pool is not dangerous. However, Stupidity is dangerous.
The kitchen has anything you need and then some. There are actually two kitchens, since the lower half of the house has one as well.
I wish I could have watched this home being built. The attention to detail and design are superb. I found myself admiring the place everywhere I turned!
We loved the place and will certainly return.

This house has a beautiful view. We would have been very happy with this stay if it had not been that we were burgeralized while there. The back porch only has screened walls. Someone cut the screen and came into the house. They went through every drawer in every room and stole four computers from us. That was a terrible experience.

Travel to hang out with friends and new children. House was amazing easy to get to restaurants, beach, waterfalls and other activities. Views from all patios were gorgeous.

The views over the infiniti pool to the forest and sea are absolutely unforgettable. We enjoyed incredible sunsets there every night of our stay. We saw toucans and could hear howler monkeys in the trees. The home is luxurious and comfortable. We had a great time here and would gladly come again if we get the chance!

Beautiful house
This is a great property. Nice floor plan. Beautiful pool and view. Easy to get to from the highway. Close proximity to beaches, shopping, and dining. A/C works well. Wi-Fi is a little slow but was able to stream movies and check email. Would stay here again.

There was more than plenty of space and the refrigerators/freezers were bigger than our needs. The air-conditioned bedrooms were appreciated. We cooked breakfast daily and dinner once. And because there are 5 bathrooms we each had one to ourselves.
There is a house next door, but the villa felt private.
We were close enough to towns, but the location made it a feel like a "get-away-from-it-all" experience.
We recommend a 4x4 to help you get to the towns, restaurants, parks.
Of course there's the pool which we watched sunsets from daily.
Both the owner and concierge are readily available to answer questions and give advice.
Enjoyed our stay.

However, our first day there our 11 year old son was in the shallow end of the pool and fell backwards over the wall. The water is about 1 1/2’ deep with a 6” wall and on the other side of the wall there is a 10’-12’ drop on to dirt and rocks. There is no way to easily access where he fell and it was nighttime and completely dark making it extremely difficult for us to retrieve him. The experience was very traumatic for our son and us but we feel extremely lucky that his injuries were limited to a sprained ankle and a hurt back as this obviously could have had a much worse outcome. My husband and 2 adult boys were in the pool with my son so this wasn’t a case of a child being unsupervised. We wanted to post this so other people staying at this house are aware of the danger and to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else.

Million dollar view for sure!! We felt like we were in the rich & famous all week. From the moment we started the short trek up the road we knew it was gong to be amazing. We did arrive after dark but it was easy to find. Everything was exactly like it was described in the listing. The FIRST morning we saw a howler monkey! We thought that was the best but little did we know there was plenty more to be discovered. Toucans & howler monkeys almost every morning talking to each other. We even saw a Kudamundi driving back to the house in the evening!
We were a bit unsure about having the two 9yr olds sleeping down stairs in the second "house" but it worked out just fine. The queen bedroom down stairs was just right. The master is great & the 2nd queen room is great also. The outside sitting area is perfect. The kitchen is wonderful too! Ok now the pool, Holy cow...magnificent!!! Plenty of views its the perfect depth for relaxing.
We did a couple excursions, zip lining at El Santonio Adventure Tour. That was a great family time & great Costa Rican lunch after! We did a private deep ocean fishing charter guided by Dave Strong, the owner of the RumBar in Dominical! We caught 2 sail fish, saw turtles, dolphins and a HUMPBACK whale!!!!
I've heard that once you've been to Costa Rica and return to your home, you can't get it out of your mind... this is SO true!

We did arrive after dark but it was easy to find. Everything was exactly like it was described in the listing. The FIRST morning we saw a howler monkey! The property was just as advertised! Could not get enough of the amazing views. You could hear monkeys and birds at all hours and the toucans even came close enough for us to grab pictures. I would rent this place again and again. Close to Dominical and we get super safe the entire stay.

Jungle & Beach Paradise
Cant say enough good things about our stay. Beautiful home, amazing views, incredible indoor/outdoor living space with an infinity pool. The area of Dominical & Dominicalito can’t be beat!

Amazing house, unbelievable view!
Everything in this house is exactly as pictured, but even more amazing when you actually see it in person. The pool, wow! The views go on forever, we loved being able to see and hear jungle all around us accompanied by the most expansive ocean view. You can even hear the waves from the house. We enjoyed our stay here and as fun as our daily excursions were, we could not wait to get back home and jump in the pool.
The outdoor open air living room is very sheltered from rain and sun, the fans are great to keep the air flowing and bugs away. We have traveled to many tropical climates and have always had to use bug spray to sit outside, but not at this house. The house has good airflow throughout, but the door to the hallway/bedrooms on the main floor can be closed off as well, so we could use the AC to keep that area cool for showers and sleeping.
The grill worked great, we made dinner 3 nights out of our 6. The supermercado in Uvita had everything we needed.
We heard the howler monkeys every morning and evening, saw several toucans and a pair of Coatis. The landscaping and position of this house makes the most of wildlife and panoramic viewing. Very well planned.
The driveway was not an issue. We used a 4 wheel drive, and followed all the instructions we were sent, including the GPS pin saved to our phone mapping program. We switched between WAZE and Google Maps for all of our excursions and didn't have any issues.
I highly recommend booking this house for any trip to this area. We were able to cover a lot of territory because of the central location on the Coast.

Amazing home and views!
This home took my breath away! Everything was exactly as they said it would be. We had my husband, three adult daughters, son in-law and 2 grandsons. Everyone just wants to go back they had so much fun.
It is every bit a 5 star home. Swimming pool, view, kitchen, sitting area, two different areas for families. I could go on and on.
I only hope we can come back. Thank you!

Beautiful sanctuary
The house is amazing! Gorgeous views of the ocean and jungle. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space for your belongings. Ac in bedrooms keeps it cool at night. The pool is clean and refreshing, five of us floating around enjoying the views and sounds was a highlight. There is an outdoor patio with lots of comfortable seating to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee. We heard howler monkeys most days, they were so close one morning we could hear the leaves in the trees rustling, but couldn't spot them. There is a resident frog who comes out every night to enjoy the pool lol. Lots of beautiful birds, the yellow toucan made a couple appearances. Many species of butterflies and the grounds are immaculate with flowers, even a pineapple plant at the gate to welcome you. There are many spiders in plants around house, but they are really cool orb weavers that i'm sure help with the insects. We felt safe while here, pool cleaning staff very friendly and efficient. The road up isn't that bad, it is a quick trip to town. The tiny store in Dominicalito has quite a bit of stuff packed into it. This place was a great escape, private and peaceful. I didn't want to leave.

Relaxing Week at Amazing Vacation Home
Property is exactly as pictured. Spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable for a large family group. Nature is all around you. Quiet and peaceful with amazing sunset views. Airflow of open air sections of home were pleasant. Nearby proximity to fresh fish, produce and restaurants very convenient. Proper 4x4 vehicle is required. Helpful communication prior to arrival. Private chef arrangements on arrival day was fantastic. Very special place- hoping to be a return guest in the future!

Really cool house with a beautiful view!
My friends and I loved staying here! The property is absolutely gorgeous, with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. The location is remote enough up a mountain to enjoy some privacy and the fantastic view, but close enough to town to make a quick grocery run or beach trip! A 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. The town of Dominical is close by and super fun. Very small town, surfer/beach vibes - no big resorts or stores. The house has your all of your essentials - towels, dishes, furniture, etc., but nothing fancy. We hired J y K catering through the property manager. Jussely cooked us breakfast, dinners and threw me a birthday party - it was all delicious and perfect. This part of Costa Rica is a must-see and we hope to come back!

The view and private pool were the best part and made it nice to enjoy home cooked dinners. A few things worth noting for future renters that wasn’t completely clear in the listing: 1. The stairs down to the two bedrooms on the lower level aren’t 100% covered. If it’s raining you’ll definitely get wet. 2. The house lists A/C but only the bedrooms have A/C. Not a problem when there’s a good breeze (no breeze while we were there). 3. You’ll want to arrive during the day! The house is very hard to find at night and the roads are not lit, nor are there many road signs.
