This house is exactly what you see in the listing. The inside is dated and could use some updates however the location is great and the neighborhood is very nice. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Spent all of our time there and our kiddos loved it!! Walk to a small park, little longer walk to the beach. Perfect for a bike ride.

This property was perfect for my family with 3 younger children (7, 4, 4). The kids used the pool all day long despite the chilly temps the week we were there and the hot tub was perfect for us. The property was safe, clean, and comfortable. I’ve already recommended this to a few friends and family members.😃

Had a great stay. Enjoyed being outside by the beautiful pool overlooking the river. Neighbors were friendly, and great neighborhood to walk. We rented a golf cart, but was able to walk to the beach within 10 minutes.

The house was perfect for our family which included young children. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction and were kept up very nicely. The dock was perfect for fishing however we didn't have much luck the week we stayed-may have been due to chilly weather. Unlike most of the VRBOs we've stayed in there weren't a lot of toiletries so make sure to pack or buy hand soap, extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. This obviously isn't a big deal but we did not have a vehicle so getting extra groceries was more difficult. On that note, if you don't have a vehicle the nearest Walgreens or Publix grocery store is about a mile away or a 15 min walk so I would recommend grocery delivery. The nearest beach is about a 10 minute walk which isn't bad but if you're hauling a beach bag and beach toys it's not ideal so we got Ubers to the beach which was easy and more cost efficient than renting a car. Overall we had a great trip despite chilly weather and would recommend the house.

The pictures do not lie. The pool and hot tub area are as wonderful as they appear! We enjoyed a week of relaxing and fun. The location is a nice walk to the beach, with good restaurants nearby too. The local grocery is convenient. Everything we were looking for. We loved sitting on the dock and by the pool, reading, swimming and watching the fish and birds! A great stay!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. First of all, and most importantly for me, the communication was amazing. The property owner was Jake on the Spot with responding to questions etc. Although I never met him I really got the genuine feeling he cared about my party having the best possible experience. I feel like if I had said my car was making a noise he would have offered to send over a mechanic! The house is great. The pool was perfect. Great temperature. Large enough to play pool games in. The canal was gorgeous and a nice coffee in the AM spot for sure. The inside of the house is as pictured. The hot tub was great. The pictures of the property showing the pool at night is really as awesome as it looks in the pics if not more so. The property is a walk to Treasure Island beach or very easy drive but wasn't at all an issue. We had fun on the walk every time. The immediate area was nice and grocery store/pharmacy were convenient. I would (and hopefully will) stay here again without hesitation.

This property has a great layout for family. The pool/ spa was beautif and the view was awesome. The kids fished everyday. Our family stayed for 7 days and only went to the beach twice because this location was just as fun and convenient. We will definitely stay here again in the future :)

We have been vacationing in Treasure Island for over 40 years. First time renting a home and this is the only way to travel. The peace and privacy is exactly what we needed. Having the pool and dock available anytime of day and night was priceless to us. Had such an amazing time. Jake was responsive to all issues. Can’t wait until next year, if we can wait that long!! Loved the location of this property. Our family (ages 12-14-16) stayed here for spring break. The neighborhood is Quiet and safe and the beach is just a short walk away. We enjoyed St john’s pass for shopping and restaurants. Also did some golfing and was close enough to Tampa to go see a Lightning hockey game! The backyard has a large pool, hot tub, and fishing/canoeing off the pier in the intercoastal waterway was very fun! Saw dolphins in the backyard and caught a variety of fish. Jake was a very responsive host and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

We have been staying at this property for several years. Each year it gets better than the year before. We actually feel like we have come home each year when we check in. We have developed a friendship with the owner and his family and they are incredible people - so warm and accommodating. We appreciate them sharing there beautiful home with us each year. We hope there are many more years to come! Thank you so much...

Lovely backyard and dock for sitting in the sunshine. Quiet neighborhood away from the beach crowds yet close enough to the TI restaurants and bars to walk (15 minutes). And they were all open unlike in Seattle.

We enjoyed our time at house with family. Would love to come back and visit. Highly recommend

Bella Casa is a truly lovely, immaculately maintained property. The grounds, pool, waterfall hot tub and view of the intercoastal are amenities that make this home a slice of paradise. The well appointed kitchen and comfort level of the furnishings in this home made staying here for the winter a wonderfully memorable experience. The owner is responsive and accommodating making you feel like a very honored and welcome guest in his home. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again and again.

Fantastic property for dolphin watching and bird watching. Quiet and fabulous location.

What a wonderful vacation we had with our children and grandchildren at beautiful Bella Casa! 10 of us total... 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for all and stocked with everything you can imagine one would need. Nothing shabby here, the linens are fresh and new, the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals if you desire and just lovely! The pool is clean and the entire property is well maintained! Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches! Our son in laws and grandsons spent hours fishing on the backyard dock. We all enjoyed night swims before bed! Don’t miss a visit to John’s Pass! Wonderful and fun restaurants and great shops. Also loved Caddy’s on the Beach, an inside/outdoor bar and grill, with great food and drinks and they even offer cabanas on the beach. I could go on forever... but seriously don’t hesitate to enjoy the opportunity to stay at Bella Casa. The home is beautiful and the owners so hospitable! You will have no regrets!

We had a fantastic time. The location of Bella Casa Beach House was amazing on the water and close to town. Jake did a nice job communicating with our family if we needed anything.

This is the 4th year that we have rented this property and it gets better every year. The owner, Joe, and his family are such personable people and are anxious to help with anything you may need or want. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything. The heated pool is a little bit of Heaven in the middle of Winter and it sparkles. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and a very close distance to shopping, great restaurants and the beach. You couldn't ask for a better location. We absolutely LOVE it here and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!
